Konekomaru Ao: grandma friend! Created the chat room and is the oldest by several years, the rest of her family has cat quirks and she is slightly bitter. Has a few knee problems and chronic pain even though she’s under 30. Very loving. Grammer nut. Username: Whynokitty

Hatakayama Akari: second oldest, a mom friend, lived near Tai for several years when they were younger, kept in contact, now an actor working on her first big film! She’s playing a young mother and she loves it. Close with the younger girls. Username: Heroesaremylife

Nurdel Hana-Jasmine: newest girl in the chat, probably Persian-Muslim but not stated in text. Attacked for daring to turn a boy with a firequirk down. Moufubiki Haru: recently attacked by the same guy who hurt Hana, and trying to figure herself out again. Misses her long flowing hair that reminded her of her aunt Todoroki Rei. Tough, kind, and seriously looking forward to college, when she can go to the quirkless college, and be near most of her friends. Username: Rue

Ashido Daidai: like many of the quirkless folk in my AU he is not cis or straight. He’s a trans man with acid burns from taking care of his baby sister (Mina), and his older brother was the one who helped Izuku get into the chat room. Because he had four siblings, and they were all the right colors, they jokingly called themselves after the English names for the packman ghosts. I wanted it to be the Japanese at first, but Wiki didn’t tell me the proper pronunciation, just the translations. (The packman ghost is only there by artistic liscense) Username: Clyde

(Shadowking2015) Konekomaru: She done good! She done good! Also, the bitterness is an interesting touch, but I'm glad it's not much. And Grammar nut!? KIN! But what's the source of her chronic pain? Akari: You're doing amazing, sweetie! Also, what's Akari's family like? Jasmine: Firequirk guy. Who is he? *distorted voice* He deserves the eternal VOID. Also, I'm glad Jasmine's in the chat, that she's making friends, and that she can still really, TRULY feel safe!

Ao is bitter bc she could have been a kitty cat, or understood them, or at least have had a tail. Instead she got physically abused by her classmates for being quirkless, which is the root cause of her chronic pain, which is probably focused on her knee, presumably due to repeated injuries.

Kari’s family is fairly well off, as the used to live by the Noutsus before moving to the countryside. Given how well adjusted she is I think she had at least one good parent who made sure to teach her not to be self depricating. However she hasn’t talked about her family much so who knows? I don’t. I should given that I’m writing her. But *shrug* I guess.

As for Hana (she goes by Hana because she’s a little bit shy about tossing around her clearly non-Japanese name, and they mean the same thing anyways, her family probably calls her Yassi though), the jerk who hurt her deserves much worse than whatever he got. I think I gave him a name but I don’t remember what it is, and he doesn’t really deserve the honor of one anyways. Everyone is glad that Hana’s growing more and more comfortable with them too! She deserves the world

And tough and kind is always a good combo. So is Haru's determination to continue her education and drive to get that little bit closer to her friends. :)

Yup, that Rei. And firequirk Guy has no relation to the flaming jerkwad,it’s just a common typing for quirks. I also wish Haru the best, and to get her cousins to safety.

As for Haru’s desire for college, it’s less a desire for continued education—although she does want that too—and more that a lot of the quirkless community life is based around that one college. :p
