Ok i know Matt has said multiple times that the tree is a Gau Drashari, but I still firmly believe that it's Evandrin. Like the coincidences are too perfect.

Like the tree of names -> tree of atrophy

Evandrin -> Evontra'vir

He was on Domunas -> the tree's on Shattered Teeth

The tree is said to sit "in between the worlds". You know who else sat between the worlds? Fuckin Evandrin.

All I'm saying is it wouldn't be hard to mistake a guy who was already in a tree for a druid, when there are no mentions of Avalir we've been told, and a bunch about the Gau Drashari.

First Knights of Avalir fucked me up. Those are some powerful lines from Evandrin to his love, Zerxus and vice versa. TSoA level sort of tragedy there.

Cerrit and his family -- the tension and grief in the conversation he has with his son once he realizes what is happening.
