5. My Story ‘The Chemist’ Still a WiP, halfway done (posted) at the moment. It is my most complex work up to date and I am very fond of it. There will be a first real climax soon.

The story takes place between the hospital scene in TLD and Sherlock’s ‘birthday’. Sherlock’s and John’s struggle to get back on their feet. It is a bumpy road for both of them, Sherlock gets locked in in his mind palace when withdrawal hits him hard and John struggles to realise Sherlock might not be the only one with addiction issues.

🎶These are a few of my favorite things 🎶

Let's start small!

•My roller bottle opener: this little tool is a life saver! It easily removes the roller figments on my roller bottles. So refilling is a breeze!

•Sticky note tabs: I use those colorful things like crazy, as bookmarks, I use them to keep track of favorite recipes in my cookbooks. They are just amazing.

•Tiny Teether roller bottle: So I just found this little DIY about a week ago, my little man has been teething like crazy, and this has been so helpful. I just roll some onto his jawline and not only does it relieve him, it also calms him down some too. (So much stress has been lifted off my shoulders with this amazing stuff)

•Fractionated Coconut oil: this stuff is just amazing, it is soothing, and it makes your skin so smooth! I use it in just about ALL of my DIY's especially for little man.

•My label maker: I label EVERYTHING! I use it to make my roller bottle labels, in my craft room on my storage, and even in my kitchen when I rearrange it on everyone 😂 Everyone is the house loves it, I love it.

@waitingondecemberrainbows She is an absolute doll and both of our girls are December babies so we kinda bonded over that. She’s also so sweet and quick to give an uplifting complement.

@lantzhaveababy bonded over our professions and she’s been amazing. We chat almost every day and I’m glad to call her a friend.

@canarydown She’s got such a sweet little girl and I’ve enjoyed talking to her the couple of times we have. :) A very kind lady.

@tales-of-a-single-mom makes her way on to my list for reaching out with a really supportive and uplifting story.

@positive-patty cause I love what yall are trying to do and think its absolutely fantastic. Sometimes we all need a little kindness in our lives.

Wie viele wohl wissen besteht mein Leben nicht nur aus Coffee Dates. Ich gehe auch gern und viel auf Konzerte, und dazu gehört es auch, dass ich mich in meiner Freizeit viel mit Musik beschäftige, ständig Musik höre und meine Freunde damit nerve, dass ich rappe/singe wenn ich einen Ohrwurm habe. Ich führe daher auf meinem Blog ein neues Format - oder besser gesagt eine neue Kategorie ein: “5 favourites” Ich werde dabei jede Woche (oder jeden Monat - kommt ganz darauf an wie viel Zeit ich habe) meine momentanen 5 Lieblingssongs auflisten und vielleicht ein wenig darauf eingehen oder den Hintergrund dazu erläutern. Die Inspiration dazu bekam ich durch den lieben Linus von @schallkasten, welcher ein ähnliches Format auf seinem Blog hat.

3Plusss - Gespenster Das Video zu diesem Song ist sehr gut gemacht. Es ist während der Juice Doku in Kalifornien (welche ich auch empfehlen kann) entstanden.

#fivefavs fashion

Es ist wieder Zeit für #fivefavs! Aber diesmal ausnahmsweise nicht über Musik, sondern über Mode aus Österreich.

Ich stelle euch nun meine Wiener Lieblingslabels vor. Manche kenne und supporte ich schon lange, andere wiederum habe ich erst vor kurzem entdeckt.

Fangen wir mit einem meiner langjährigen Favoriten an:

Biaschtlbude

Dabei weiß man zuerst nicht so recht, wie man es verstehen soll… geht es um eine Würstelbude und Fast Food oder doch ums wienerische „saufen“? Es ist eine Mischung. Vielleicht… so recht weiß ich es nicht, aber es ist auf jeden Fall sehr wienerisch und ein tolles Markenzeichen für die Fast Food Tradition in Österreich, wenn man das so sagen kann.

Früher war die Biaschtlbude auf T-Shirts spezialisiert, doch wie jede gute Marke, hat auch sie sich verändert. Die T-shirts sind nun im Sale und werden danach nicht mehr nachgedruckt. Dafür steht der Fokus jetzt auf Pins und Accessoirs wie beispielsweise Handyhüllen. Sie sind zwar based in Vienna, wie man so schön sagt, aber haben keinen fixen Verkaufsstandort. Hin und wieder sind sie bei Design-Märkten vertreten, ansonsten gibt es den Online Shop.

Supaschaas

Hier gibt es nur T-Shirts mit dem Supaschaas-Logo, welches eine Verarsche des Supreme-Logos sein soll. Ich habe es erst vor ein paar Tagen entdeckt und finde die Idee einfach köstlich! Die T-Shirts sind nur online zu bekommen.

Nullkommasiebenprozent

Auch diese Marke kenne ich schon sehr lange. Die Designs erinnern mich sehr an Tattoo Motive. Vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass die Gründer sich gern tätowieren lassen. Sie haben sogar schon einen eigenen Shop zusammen mit Franz Textilmanufaktur am Neubaugürtel 4 (1070 Wien). Er heißt WIER. Es gibt aber auch einen Online Shop. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass dieses Label eher in der oberen Preisklasse liegt. T-Shirts, Hoodies, Pins sowie Patches befinden sich im Sortiment.

Nachtaktives Pack

Hier sollte man schnell zuschlagen, denn es wurde angekündigt, dass dieses Label im September aufhört. Es handelt sich um Wiener Schmäh, und freche Sprüche, sowie coole Motive. Ich persönlich liebe die „Kein Wetter stört mich beim Raven“-Windbreaker, aber auch der „Oida“-Hoodie hats mir angetan. Ich finde die Designs passen vor allem gut auf Festivals! Die Klamotten sind im Wunderladen in der Nähe vom Karlsplatz zu bekommen, aber auch im Online Shop.

Zu guter letzt wieder ein ziemlich frisches Projekt von ein paar Grafik-Schülern aus Wien: Die Motive sind wieder zum Schmunzeln. Ihr Shop bzw. Büro am Akkonplatz 4 (1150 Wien) hat jeden Sonntag von 13-16h geöffnet. Einen Online-Shop gibt es nicht.

Supportet unsere lokalen Labels, auch wenn sie etwas teurer sind, als die Großhandelsketten. Hier weiß man wenigstens woher es kommt und unterstützt mit gutem Gewissen österreichische Nachfolger!
