Corat Coretan tentang Raker Persiapan Semester 2

Dua hari ini saya rapat kerja sekolah plus pelatihan aplikasi aplikasi baru yg harus digunain di semester 2 nanti (‘harus’ soalnya kebijakan dari sekolah mengharuskan beberapa aplikasi digunakan beberapa kali). Terlepas gimana nanti pelaksanaannya yg tentunya tidak sempurna dan pasti akan ditemukan beberapa kesulitan kesulitan serta dibutuhkan beberapa penyesuaian. Tapi dari pelatihan ini seneng banget dan jadi mikir kalo, bahkan dengan situasi online yg banyak dikeluhkan banyak orangtua, murid, pun guru (yg memang jujur enggak mudah dengan perubahan drastic offline menjadi online) ada loh pihak pihak yg terus mengusahakan  memberikan service terbaik yg bisa diusahakan. Kalo mengutip Pak Rahmat, Direktur Pendidikan YPPU Nurul Fikri, 3 kunci sukses pendidikan adalah: 1. Perencanaan yang matang, 2. Pembelajaran bermakna, dan 3. Evaluasi yg terukur, terencana, dan fairness.

Perencanaan yg matang jadi hal yg penting banget, apalagi dengan sistem belajar online yg waktu belajar bersamanya pastinya akan dipotong kalo dibandingkan dengan belajar offline. Kalo yg biasanya belajar di sekolah jam 7 pagi hingga jam 3 sore, sekarang waktu belajar Cuma jam 7 pagi hingga 12 siang. Karena waktu yg singkat itu, maka perencanaan belajar harus bener bener mateng sehingga ketika nanti di waktu pelaksanaan gak termakan dengan kendala kendala yg belum dipersiapkan.

Pembelajaran bermakna juga jadi hal yang penting banget. Ini nyambung ke poin sebelumnya, karena waktu belajarnya lebih singkat, maka proses belajarnya harus lebih berkesan buat anak. Jadi dia nangkep poin pembelajaran meskipun waktunya lebih singkat. Nahhhh untuk dapat pembelajaran yg bermakna maka perencanaannya perlu matang. Gak bisa accidental atau dengan tanpa sengaja. Kalo kata salah satu pembicara, bedanya pendidikan di institusi, di sekolah, dengan pembelajaran mandiri yg di masa digital ini bisa dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun, adalah ‘sengaja’. Pendidikan itu dilakukan dengan sengaja. Kita ‘sengaja’ mengkondisikan anak dengan situasi situasi, lingkungan lingkungan, tugas tugas, yang kemudian ‘memaksa’ anak untuk mempelajari suatu hal.

Dan poin terakhir yg juga penting adalah evaluasi yg terukur, terencana, dan fair. Pendidik harus punya checkpoint, cara cara evaluasi yg bisa mengevaluasi sejauh mana pemahaman siswa. Ini gak terlalu dibahas sih dalam konteks belajar online.

Jadi apa sih yg sebenernya mau disampein? Seneng banget sih mengetahui sekolah segitu mengevaluasi, mengasesmen, meneliti berbagai cara, bahkan hingga sampai ke tahap melatih guru guru untuk bisa memberikan service terbaik, sehingga anak bisa punya pengalaman belajar terbaik meskipun dengan segala kendala online ini. Belajar online emang gak mudah, tapi kita tetap bisa mengusahakan yg terbaik. Semangat kita!
