On the scale from plotter (a writer that outlines and plots a story in advance) to pantser (a writer that just starts writing and figures it out as they go, eg flyingby the seat of their pants), I am definitely more of a pantser.

I make outlines, but they're very loose, and I break from them as often as I follow them. When it comes to ROs, I never really know what they're like until I start writing them. Sure, I have a rough idea, but nothing concrete or particular.

If you're like me, the only way to really figure out what it is you are doing, is to do it. Start writing.

But, you might be more of a plotter, and that's totally fine too, I'm afraid I can't give you any advice.
