Silly Doodle of TF2 if they were dogs. I wanted their accessories to resemble their human counterparts, but it can be difficult because putting a dog into human clothes is hard to draw.

Scout: A Boston Terrier. A breed known for being lively and happy, it's friendly and open to strangers. Scout as a guard dog would show you where his owners keep the valuables if you give him even a crumb of attention. Also, they can be bug eyed and derpy at times.

Pyro: A Dalmatian. Duh. With a bag on their head that resembles pyro.

Soldier: Solly is an American Pitbull Terrier. The fact that it's a controversial breed makes it an even better fit! ABPTs were used in combat missions in WWI and II. In WWII they appeared often on war propaganda posters. One of the most well known ABPT was named Sgt Stubby in WWI, and he earned himself numerous medals. Stubby is probably the deciding factor. Soldier has an American flag bandana and his food bowl over his eyes. He smells faintly of rotten bbq ribs.

Heavy: An Ovcharka (Caucasian Shepherd) while originally the breed hailed from Georgia, the USSR pushed to have the breed standardized. The huge dog breed was originally bred for guarding purposes, and has a serious and protective nature. Perfect for guarding his medic. He greatly treasures his Sandvich, a stuffed squeaky toy from the bargain bin at the pet store.

Demoman: A one-eyed Scottish terrier with a sturdy body and a manly beard. My personal experience with Scotties as a dog groomer is that they are absolute assholes who are wary of strangers squeezing their ass glands. I'm pretty sure Demo would bite me too if I touched his asshole. Demo has a squeaky bouncy ball that resembles a sticky bomb, one eye, and a hat that looks like a beanie.

Engineer: An American Bulldog. Mainly this was influenced by their stocky body and their friendly personality. Bulldogs are also a very intelligent dog breed that possess high endurance, agility, and strength. American Bulldogs were bred with the intention that they would be a farm dog. I would have gone with the Blue Lacy, but it didn't feel very Engie, despite being the only breed outta Texas. Engineer dog has doggles.

Spy: A french bulldog. Both the French Bull Dog and the Boston Terrier both descended from the Bulldog, so in a way they are related. While a poodle would have fit Spy as well, Frenchies are pretty expensive in their own right, and the cost of their medical bills might as well cost 5 poodles. They're like the luxury bulldog, and I feel like the fact that Spy and Scout's breeds resemble each other makes it better. Since dogs don't usually wear balaclavas, Spy-dog got his face stuck in a pair of red/blu underwear and started wearing them ever since.

Medic: What dog is more demanding, bratty, and sadistic than a Pomeranian? Pomeranians are extroverted, lively, alert, and highly intelligent dogs of German origin. They can be aggressive to humans and dogs to try and prove themselves. They don't seem to realize how small they are, and somehow wind up ruling the house anyways, even if there are other dogs. I can just imagine Medic-dog commanding Heavy-dog, and Heavy-dog going along with whatever he says. Medic has tiny glasses and a stray hair curl.

Sniper: A dingo. Aloof, mysterious, and a bit scrawny for his size, he's an excellent hunter who can brave the scorching bush and all Australia has to offer.

I judge fandom ship top and bottom potential by how much potential a character has to be Nick Valentine. Cause Nick Valentine is the top of tops and the most absolute top to ever top. Nobody tops him.

Iron Bull and Love Sausage. Off the charts potential. 1000% possibility of Nick Valentine.

Billy Butcher. 0% Absolutely no potential for Nick Valentine. Bad bad temperament.

Hughie Campbell? NEGATIVE 1000% He wears a neon sign that says "Raw dog me, I'm a bottom."

Homelander... Eh, I'd say he has a decent chance given the right circumstances, the temperament for Nick Valentine is there but it is deeply buried and requires a lot of work. 67%? But like... Covered in shit. I got it, ranges from 32% to a 98%. Nick Valentine Homelander is possible and he's very epic.

M.M.? 100%

Soldier Boy... 0% because fuck him. But also bad temperament with no salvation chance.

Frenchie. 50% Smack dab even. Cause he's a French whore.

Kimiko. 100%

Susan Raynor. 200% Because fuck you Butcher, she was more Alpha than you will ever be.

Norman Osborn... I gotta be honest. He's like a negative 25%. But I guess there's technically salvation potential there. And if it's Willem Dafoe Norman Osborn, then he's at a solid 102%.

Sharon Carter. 97% She'd be so damn epic as Nick Valentine. She's close but a bit harsher.

Steve Rogers. 94% Actually almost is Nick Valentine depending on the version, so that number can go up.

Endgame Steve Rogers. Negative 40% He's such a fucking bottom and shell of his former self, it's not even funny. It's like he took all his potential, and just regressed into negative Nick Valentine plus extra Joe Biden or good God, fucking traded it in. Who the hell wants Joe Biden to Nick Valentine?? Just complete and utter disappointment.

Black Widow. 100%

Bucky Barnes... He's like a 49%. I love him but the boy's got issues, no duh. Not a whole lot of Nick Valentine.

Hawkeye. Actually a 96%. He's pretty cool when they do his character well. And very on point for Nick Valentine. Maybe a bit more Deacon though. He is 200% Deacon.

Tony Stark. Negative 12% Very little Nick Valentine potential and almost no salvation potential. Bad temperament, very emotional.

James Rhodes. 89% Tony gives him so much shit to deal with that it knocks points from his temperament.

Sam Wilson. Ranges from 78% to 106%! He's got great Nick Valentine potential!

Gorilla Grodd... 23%

Lex Luthor. Negative 6%

Batman. 0% Just straight up. Too emotionally constipated.

Superman. 100% Actually has fantastic Nick Valentine potential. They'd be like two peas in a pod!

Wonder Woman. 99%. With room for growth.

Judge Claude Frollo. Negative 30%, no chance of salvation. I'm sorry. Can't get over how he stuffed his nose in Esmeralda's hair. Creepy motherfucker.

Big Jack Horner... As much as it pains me, only 32% and there's just no room for character growth with that boy... But I'm okay with that.

Alexander Pierce. Surprisingly... Annoyingly... 76%. That is a lot higher than I was expecting but he's not so far off for Nick Valentine potential, that number could actually be higher.

Red Skull. Negative 1%

Lionel Luthor. 69%

Cable. 999%

Deadpool. He can go from 0% to 100% and back down to 0%, bit of a wild card. Canadian whore.

Charles Xavier. Negative 50%. I would say he had great Nick Valentine potential if he wasn't such a goddamn cheat with the mind reading.

Magneto... Ranges. 42% to 68% to 92%, depending on how much he's listening to Charles. The more, the higher. Cause when he's not listening, he's a maniac with less Nick Valentine.

Logan. 79%! Has actually been Nick Valentine a few times, but also a Canadian whore.

Scott Summers. Negative 79% Raging puckered butthole with such a reverse of Nick Valentine temperament.

Venom. 36%

Eddie Brock. 64%. Venom lacks a certain maturity for Nick Valentine while Eddie lacks a bit of intelligence. However, he's not stupid either. They work best pooling their Nick Valentine potential together.

Shrek. 1000%.

Why French Bulldogs (and Their Owners) Are the Worst: A Rant

"So not only are overall health, quality of life, and mobility sacrificed to get these modern marvels distinctive enough to flatter the owner’s self-image and impress passersby, so is the ability to behave as real dogs. Deduct right off the top the many weeks or months the French and English bulls that I, personally, have known to spend in ICU isolation attached to oxygen tanks for pneumonia. Add the very common multiple surgeries to correct their show-standard mouths, noses, eyes, skin, legs, and spines. Then add the recovery time, assuming there will be full recovery in immunocompromised breeds prone to infections, and not much is left for getting to know other dogs and learning basic social skills. Disabled pets may help improve their owners’ social chances, but they’re dealt a bum hand for dealing with their own kind. Poor performance in puppy mixer groups is par for the course."
