The “Drug” that is Fujiko Mine (No Reference to Drugs but Fujiko is an Addiction)! (DM ME PLEASE)
I want to know something about Fujiko: Ever since that seduction she pulled on Bincam and he became obsessed with her, I want to know in the previous Lupin the Third franchise, how many villains became obsessed with her?
And this scene may be weird but this gave me Foe-Yay vibes but I felt like Oscar in that scene from episode 6 of The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, I thought it was his hate-love crush on Fujiko but after re-watching it, I realized he was referring to Zenigata. So yeah, I wish I knew other characters in the Lupin universe that either are obsessed with Fujiko.
I mean I knew Dr. Oz kidnapped Fujiko to use her singing voice to capture the Loch Ness monster and karma bite him in the ass but that’s another I can think of. I wonder if there’s anyone else interesting that became infatuated with Fujiko to the point where they would kill for her, have her forever, etc. Because she’s gorgeous and despite her femme fatale wiles, she’s such an interesting female anime character!
To end this, if anyone has any sources to what I’m talking about, let me know okay?
I did a watch party of the Lupin the Third: Woman called Fujiko specials and did not tell the guy i got super invested in these characters that the story wasnt finished yet so it ended like this.
And im really proud of the fire i lit in my friends heart, For i love the chaos.
There are certain crazy brain chemicals you can only get from seeing the Part V end credits for the first time when all your previous knowledge of Lupin comes from early Part II. You’re watching it like ‘okay so they’re doing Fujiko’s technicolor dreamland & sad photo album’ and then outta nowhere they slap you hard across the face with a serenely content Zenigata just hanging out. Now that’s a real “sometimes I feel very sorry for the coyote” catharsis moment.
