Új szakmákban próbálják ki magukat a Carson Coma tagjai

Teltházas koncertek a Budapest Parkban, MTV EMA-díj Düsseldorfban, Fonogram-díj, négy nagylemez, számtalan kaland – a teljesség igénye nélkül valahogy így festett az elmúlt öt év a Carson Coma zenekar tagjai számára. Jelenleg az ötödik születésnapi koncertjükre készülnek, amelyet az MVM Dome közepén, egy teljes egészében körbejárható, 360 fokban megtekinthető színpadon ünnepelnek majd április 6-án, ám addig sem áll le az élet a zenekar háza táján… Mivel még öt hónapig egyáltalán nem koncerteznek, így ebben az időszakban újabb területeken próbálták ki magukat a srácok, az új kalandokat pedig naptár formájában is megörökítették. „Mindig is rajongtunk a tengeri életért, a végtelen óceánért. Mindketten imádtunk kalózosdit játszani, sőt, Zsombornak tengeralattjáró volt a jele oviban. Jött egy telefon, hogy esetleg elmehetnénk pár hónapra a Karib-térségbe vendéglátózni egy hajóra. Mivel már a hátunk közepére sem kívánjuk a zenélést, úgy döntöttünk, hogy inkább matrózként próbálnánk ki magunkat. Mindkettőnknek van már mancsaft-tapasztalata, tehát kapóra jött a dolog és a téli hónapokat így együtt tölthetjük a fedélzeten” - mesélte Héra Barnabás a Bóna Zsomborral közös téli munkájukról. Jónás Attila és Gaál Péter az Amerikai Egyesült Államok nyugati partján vízimentőként pihenik ki az elmúlt öt év fáradalmait. A zenekar két fő alkotóeleme, a tűz és a víz természetesen az új szakmákban is megjelenik, Fekete Giorgio és Kun Bálint önkéntes tűzoltóként próbálják ki magukat. A zenekar frontembere így nyilatkozott az irányváltásról: „Mivel szenvedélyes rajongói voltunk az egykori Mentőosztag című sorozatnak, mindig is foglalkoztatott a katasztrófavédelem. Imádunk segíteni az embereken, az ezzel járó izgalom, az adrenalin pedig egyenesen függővé tett minket. Sajnos sok tragédiával találkozunk, de annyit vettünk már ki a kalapból, hogy most már szeretnénk egy kicsit beletenni mi is. Az egyik legismertebb angol metalcore csapat, az Architects már 11. alkalommal lép fel hazánkban augusztus 2-án. A Budapest Park színpadán osztozik a titokzatos és egyre népszerűbb Sleep Tokennel és a Heriottal.   

Az Architects utoljára 2019-ben lépett fel nálunk a Budapest Parkban, augusztus 2-án a tavaly októberben megjelent ‘The Classic Symptoms Of A Broken Spirit’ lemezükkel térnek vissza. A zenekar bebetonozta magát Anglia vezető metalcore zenekaraként a 2021-es ’For Those That Wish To Exist’ albummal, de nem féltek újból feltalálni magukat és újszerű hangzások után nyúlni, ennek eredménye az új anyag: ,,Ez a lemez sokkal élőbbnek, izgalmasabbnak és szórakoztatóbbnak tűnik, megvan benne az energia. Azt akartuk, hogy sokkal indusztriálisabb és elektronikusabb legyen, ez volt a fő küldetés. Mr. Electronic és Mr. Organic egymás mellett is megférnek” – mondta el Sam Carter, a zenekar énekese. A szövegekben bátran nyúltak sötétebb témákhoz, Sam elmondása szerint ez egyfajta lehetőséget jelent számára, hogy dalain keresztül feldolgozza a sötétebb gondolatait is, és a koncerteken sem fél az olyan témákat felszínre hozni, mint például a mentális egészség fontossága.

Az angol Sleep Token a Slipknot-frontember Corey Taylor új kedvence, sikerük az elmúlt két év egyik legnagyobb berobbanása. A műfajokon átívelő stílusban játszó és anonimitásba burkolózó zenekar a 2021-es lemezével szinte minden klubot megtöltött, a Wembley Arena-koncertjükre pedig 10 perc alatt elkelt az összes jegy. A rejtélyes csapat májusban adta ki új lemezét ‘Take Me Back To Eden’ címmel, augusztus 2-án először hallhatjuk őket Magyarországon.

Az atmoszférikus metalcore-t játszó Heriot zenéje remek kritikai fogadtatásban részesült, és nem ismeretlenek a magyar közönség számára, ’Profound Morality’ című debütáló albumukat már bemutatták idén februárban a Dürer Kertben, azóta új kislemezdalt adtak ki Demure címmel.

Nem elírás, a matek stimmel a címben, a Def Leppard 1996-ban, a Mötley Crüe 1991-ben járt utoljára nálunk. Meg először is, de ez ma este megváltozik: mindketten az MVM Dome színpadára lépnek, amelyet az Abaházi.RT melegít be. Abaházi Csabáék műsorát is sikerült megszerezni, a két legenda várható programjából pedig hegesztettünk egy playlistet.

A Mötley Crüe 1991. augusztus 22-én lépett fel a Monsters Of Rockon a Népstadionban olyan nevek kíséretében , mint az AC/DC, a Metallica és a Queensrÿche, az azóta eltelt 11603 nap alatt sajnos egyszer se nyitották ránk az ajtót. A Def Leppard a ’Slang’ album turnéján, 1996. október 14-én játszott a félig elfüggönyözött Budapest Sportcsarnokban, az előzenekar a Terrorvision volt, Def Leppardék se néztek felénk 9723 napja. Ma este viszont a monstre co-headliner koncertkörútjuk eléri Budapestet, az MVM Dome-ban megrendezésre kerülő show hazai vendége az Abaházi.RT. Jegyek már csak erősen korlátozott számban kaphatók a Funcode-nál, felkészülési gyakorlatnak pedig készítettünk egy Spotify-playlistet a várható esti műsorból, az Abaházi.RT zenés setlistje külön, a dalok címére klikkelve indul el.

I am aware that this will probably not get answered but for what its worth: Is it possible to access the 'variables' generated within the ~ATH code externally? I.e. if I import an alive object would it be possible to use the python code to test if that object is alive or not (and potentially change that)? I have taken a look at the code but am unsure if it is possible or even coded in that manner. Any response is appreciated but I will not mind and understand if this goes unanswered.

Hey,Assuming I understand what you mean by your question:Yes it would be possible to do that with not too much of a change to the code, but no the code wasn’t designed specifically to facilitate that.The way the code is written, the python function “evalScript” takes two arguments, the first of which is the text of the drocta ~ATH code to run, and the second is a drocta ~ATH object to give as input to the script.In this function, there is a python variable called ATHVars which stores a dictionary of variable names as the keys, and the values being the ~ATH object that is currently pointed to by the variable. If you want to have python do something with a ~ATH object that a particular ~ATH variable points to, you could use this dictionary in order to get that object.At the end of the “evalScript” function, it returns the ~ATH object stored in the return_obj variable. This can be set by sayinganyothervariable.DIE(theObjectYouWantToReturn);So, one way that might work to do what you are wanting to do, is in the ~ATH script you want to run, you would first take all the objects you want to check if they are alive at the end of the script, use BIFURCATE or SPLIT .... ah phooey I never actually put split in this version I guess? ok repeated use of BIFURCATE it is then I guess.Anyway, you would use BIFURCATE to get an object which is the combination of all the objects you are interested in, in whatever way you put them together, and then you make it so that that object is the one you return at the end.If you have one of the ~ATH objects in python, the way to check if it is alive or not is to check the theobjectinquestion.living attribute (see bif.py for this part if you want).

You said “if I import an alive object“, which I’m not sure if might suggest that I haven’t explained how the “import” statement works in this clearly enough.

“import” is a bit of a misnomer here. For the most part, “import” is more of a way to declare new objects, not to import existing objects from a libraryIf I set aside a bunch of time to work on this more I would maybe add support for them actually being libraries?---Oh! If you want the python code to inspect (and possibly change) whether the object that a variable currently points to is alive or not while in the middle of the ~ATH script , a good way to do that would probably be to modify the part which it handles calling functions, and make it support calling functions which are written in python and included in a dictionary under some name, similar to how it uses the funCodes dictionary.

However, that might be kind of tricky to do if you uh, weren’t the one to write the code, because the code I wrote is rather messy? I started cleaning it up at one point by starting to write a parser instead of using the terrible regex that it currently uses, but I never finished writing the parser and integrating it into the interpreter. Bler...

I would like to do that at some point. Hmm...

Maybe I should schedule some time to do that? I have had more experience writing parsers and interpreters since then, so it shouldn’t be /that/ hard for me to clean some of this stuff up and add support for functions written in python.

I probably shouldn’t try working on that like, right now, because I have schoolwork I should be getting to, but, hm.
