im not sure what james and elyse are up to aside from being on an episode of kinda funny games showdown) but charlotte, jacob, and patrick have a new channel called astrogoblin (they’re currently playing shadowman with lawrence which i choked i freaking love that game) and im not sure if charlotte still has it but she had a YouTube channel while funhaus was still a thing but it was like a game show and she also makes music 😅 when i first saw astrogoblin i legit googled what everyone was up to cuz i miss thei videos already 😭 astrogoblin is literally just like regular funhaus gameplay videos sans james and elyse~

low key trying to act like I’m not actually distraught about funhaus ending. (know I’ve still got mutuals from that time who remember when I was a funhaus blog). they were one of the few YouTube channels I didn’t just…stop watching with time. I’d hop out periodically, but I’d always tune back in again, and I’ve loved the covid and on crew.

charlotte and patrick and jacob were always my favorites of the new folks. james and elyse are still so fucking funny. i loved seeing john holland’s songs. ryan was crazy smart and wildly funny. minch is my pfp on discord. i loved seeing lindsey play the sims.

it’s honestly hitting me way harder than the rest of rt. i remember back when i was subbed to first i got a silly little doodle of elyse and joel as muppets on the fanart show. i really wish I had a way to save it the vid now.

I guess I’ll have to just see where they go from here, but man, I think I’m a little sad.

the life cycle of gaming youtube channels is so bizarre and seeing Inside Gaming being a weird phoenix is funny but seeing what's risen from the ashes of Funhaus is like wow Jacob, Charlotte, and Patrick are having a fun time and I'm happy for them. I wish good things for Astrogoblin.

funhaus has been SO GOOD lately. the star war series? some of the best youtubin i’ve ever seen. the RETURN OF RAHUL?! best christmas miracle ever. charlotte? the love of my life?! literally the funniest person there. watching her play hitman is both the most painful and funniest shit i’ve ever seen. an icon. a legend. and the newest ryan’s bargain bin with some random woman??? the look of shock and mild terror on james and elyse’s faces? A MASTERPIECE.

so happy to be a regular viewer again. if you dropped off when all the shit with kovic happened like i did, please give them another shot. they’ve definitely done better than...other rooster teeth channels....
