Flo (Florence) Lahiffe:

Recently moved back from American with her family, immediately thrust into being Paris’s new bug themed hero Ladybird. She uses her mathematical prowess and logical mind to reason her way through the unique challenges her lucky charms present her. She can calculate exact right force and what trajectory she must take to victory. Of course, sometimes her one track mind means she struggles to think of - more creative- solutions. If her formula doesn’t work she often struggles, similarly in her civilian life. Its her family and new friends that help her see there’s more than one solution to the problem.

She was a star track runner and was set to get into a top American uni for engineering if it weren’t for her family moving back to Paris. They left to escape the shadow of the miraculous and its with much chagrin that on the day of their return, the Butterfly made her comeback.

Emma Dupain-Cheng:

I’ve already talked a bit about her but she lives to roller skate and stan the old heroes. It’s at her birthday party at a roller rink, her best friend is akumatised and she watches her father suddenly become almost heroic. It’s when he locks her in a room for her safety that she finds the cat miraculous and becomes Kitty Bell. It’s the thing she dreamt of most.

But things don’t live up to her expectations. More on that to come.

Anyway she’s like bestest of friend’s with Adrien and they cosplay and go to Hero Cons together and neither of them know their both old and new identities and it starts to tear them apart.

Lately I've come to the conclusion that I am apparently a fan of the "person from the future goes back in time to prevent the apocalypse" trope lmao. I'm pretty sure I already compared CJ to Silver at some point, and TSAU!Leo being a fan of the Sonic franchise would definitely make that comparison. Aside from that I think Donnie would be a Terminator fan because of the whole "evil AI and robots rule the world" thing, and Casey would be a fan of Dragon Ball because it's about a bunch of buff characters fighting and yelling a lot.

Then that got me thinking about how Raph would probably also like Dragon Ball, and that it would be cute if it was specifially Casey that introduced him to the series in the first place. It would also be fucking hilarious if the plan of sending CJ back in time at least partially was inspired by DBZ of all things so that's canon to the AU now hell yeah

Can I just speak for a moment about how much I love my own future au for miraculous like guys its what I fall back on when all else is tired. I need to talk about it! Just the idea in general of the future lovesquare children — all the possibilities

Like look how sneaky she is - so cringe fail at all times

The au is primarily focused around the Emma - Adrien relationship. Adrien’s complicated feelings around his lineage and his renouncing of the cat miraculous while his daughter worships the old heroes -especially Chat Noir (and then becomes one herself). That as Kitty Bell, she tries and tries and tries and fails to be a hero like Chat Noir but she’s not like Chat Noir. She isn’t good at being Chat Noir and it’s so obvious to her that Plagg is disappointed. But she doesn’t fully understand that her desire to be like the old heroes is holding her back, she needs to be herself. When Plagg says she’s not like Chat Noir it isn’t him asking her to be more like him, it’s asking her to stop trying to be him.

And Adrien, oh Adrien, who just wanted to keep his family safe. Never thought any of this could return. Thinks at least his daughter is safe, at least there are new different heroes protecting them and they can’t be his daughter because he’s a better father than Gabriel so he’d notice. He should notice but he doesn’t until it’s too late and he has to find out her identity in the worst of ways.

And I need to write a fic on it so I can just finally feel it.

I doodle and draw them all the time and I’m redesigning everything as we speak. Literally drawing Ladybird and I can’t wait to talk about her too. The love square is so so gay in this I need you to understand. Kitty calls her Birdie (and my lady of course) and Birdie says ‘ma belle’ and so many more. And and I wrote them to do this I can’t be this obsessed

I want this to be a Paris haunted by the past. So fucking scared that it’s coming back. They saved the day 20 years ago but that doesn’t mean things were happily ever after and ooooooo things are just so fucking sweet and fucked up. And the young people just don’t get why people are so afraid. It’s all lalalala until the first big battles hit.

mafia boss price in the 40’s and how you both meet

you moved to the city to get away from a toxic family and start a new life. becoming a career woman, that they chastised you for. you attend a new church because the ones back home were full of hate but you wanted to at least give this one a try.

it’s not a big one, probably has more seat rows than people on a busy sunday service but it’s incredibly welcoming. a pack of four old ladies come up to welcome you to the church, ask to take you to lunch and ponder more about your life.

no husband? that’s alright dear. you are an exceptionally intelligent young woman who they can’t wait to see flourish in her career. you start to grab lunch with them more throughout the next few weeks after sunday service; a new routine for you while they gossip about their sons. something about the family business but you never understood what that particular business was.

you ran into mary on a late wednesday evening at the grocery store, running out of a cooking ingredient you forgot to grab earlier in the week. she had as well, claiming that she’s baking a large batch of cookies for the youth center with a 25 lb bag of flour in her hands (that you tried to help her with while she almost scolded you about it). you’re both making small talk as you hear a deep voice from behind her.

“there you are, mum. you can’t go wandering off like tha’.”

a bulking man of 6’2 with a mutton chop beard and bright blue eyes came right around behind mary and took the large sack of flour from her hands onto his shoulders.

“darling, i’d like you to meet my son john.”

it was like sparks between you but you couldn’t be sure if he felt them too.

“hello, love.”

smooth man. just like the playful mirth in his eyes and the grin on his lips.

“john? mary, is this the same john who actually slipped on a banana peel and ruined his grandmother’s birthday cake, right?”

the grin dropped and the tips of his ears turned red.

“mum! you told her that yet i don’t know anything about her?”

“then get to know her john”

he turned back to you as he heard you quiet giggles.

“would you like to go to dinner with me, love?”

“i would love to.”

“i’ll pick you up at 7 on Friday.”

“wait, you don’t know where i live.”

“no but my mum does, i’ll ask her for directions.”

mary and john had both walked out of ear shot before you could say anything else.

“thanks for helping me find my wife, mum.”

“of course dear. anything to help get me my grandchildren!”

Looking for Ursa right after being banished had some...wildly unexpected results. One: Zuko actually found her. Two: she wasn't alone. Three: leaving her children behind in order to protect them was, apparently, just something she did.

Looking at the bright side, Zuko now had a three-year-old younger brother to look after. Looking at the dark side, Zuko now had a three-year-old kid he needed to parent while also keeping him a secret from his father because—may Agni help him—the Fire Lord would have to go through Zuko first if he dared to even look at Lu Ten II.

(AKA an AU in which Zuko is a good big brother and doesn't want another kid to grow up like he did.)
