Super belated, but this is the splash art I drew for my portrait generation mod for the game Rimworld! I had a lot of fun designing the character. As campy and extra as it is, I wanted a little lore/story around the mod. Basically the premise is that Penny Painter explores the world with one goal - to draw every person on the Rim. It's been such a wonderful (and labor-intensive lol) journey with the mod, but I am constantly moved by how kind and supportive the community has been. Working on this has genuinely changed my life.

Originally, this package of icons for various characters, with different expressions, was created for a friend of mine who wanted to attempt a private RPG Maker project. It was a free favor from me to him. Unfortunately, he benched that rather quickly and never needed the icons, so they have been gathering dust on my external hard drive ever since.
