rewatched episode 2 of tpaa for giffing purposes and even tho i Know the premise of the show, i Know!, i couldnt help the sinking feeling in my chest in the scene where herman is sitting next to the radio with his family the night of the election results and the nighttime darkness gives way to the light of the morning, but a morning with a fascist as the commander of chief. especially with the previous 2 episodes showing herman being Adamant that roosevelt had the election in the bag
