hi friends, i'm procrastinating doing my fema courses in favor of watching season 4 <3 have a lil bit of eddie vs the hoa

It’s just—Buck is big and it kind of drives Eddie a little crazy.  Like? God, okay. He’s a little stupid over it. You’ll have to forgive him.  He is so big, right, larger than Eddie and Eddie isn’t a small guy. He’s filled out since finishing his probationary year, settling in his career and getting comfortable in the life he chose for himself and Chris. He’s more functional muscle than big gains; his stomach’s soft, protected by a sweet layer of fat, but his core’s solid and his arms are twice the size they used to be when he was twenty-seven.  See? He isn’t small.  But, like, Buck’s just bigger, wider and broader and thicker, and there’s something so delicious about having somebody that large at his mercy, at his every beck and call. Buck has this quality about him, no matter his size, like he’s always ready to drop to his knees and let himself be taken care of, and it has Eddie’s head buzzing in a way that most definitely isn’t from the beer.

idea i had for arcane that most definitely isn’t going to happen:

so jinx as of now is VERY different from how she is in game in terms of personality. in arcane, she’s just so sad and even in her more crazy moments that still shows. so she has a lot of sadness to get over by the end of season 2 if the show intends to be like a prequel.

so she has sadness to get rid of. and how will she just drop all that baggage? well, there’s another character who specializes in emotions. specifically removing them. so my weird idea is that jinx asks viktor to help her out so she doesn’t have to b so sad all the time. ofc this would require viktor to b super into his glorious evolution, no human error mentality by the end of act 2 but it’s possible. it could lead to some interesting interactions idk.

ik this isnt going to happen but i thought it could b neat.

i am allergic to talking about Vi and ESPECIALLY Vi and Jinx on tumblr.com because i will start banging my head on the wall sobbing slumping to the ground in anguish. i understand them both so well you guys will never understand.. i spit on the graves of everyone who talks shit about Vi. she is literally the most attractive female character ive ever seen and also one of arcane’s most interesting characters. u guys get only scraps of my thoughts bc i refuse to delve into arcane like i did w previous fandoms because i will get sooo miserable. no sad comics (this is likely a lie) bc it will make me too sad!! i tried to rewatch episode 9 and actually cried.. i was fr praying on silco’s downfall (and it was deserved) but after episode 9 i was literally sniffling choking on tears bc of him. ‘you’re perfect :’))’ SHUT UPPPPPPPPP imagine being a bad horrible ass dad but at least still loving your kids. silco and vi loved jinx/powder so much but they have both done completely irreversible damage to her and tbh life is just like that! jinx isnt the joker for women she is SO MUCH MORE. vi and jinx are for the girlies who know what its like to suffer.. who know what its like to have that undying love for a sibling and who know what its like to be disappointed and what its like to be the disappointment. i promise i can actually have coherent thoughts about this show and make artwork with nuance and detail that isnt just silly doodles of the characters who cause me the least pain but it wont be today.

To soothe the melancholy thoughts and depressed shackles of his gifted mind, he often sat and spent time with his little sister, Jinx. Jinx, whose blue hair looked so out of place and yet like it belonged in the crackling fire's glow of his Zaunite lab. Silco had taught him how to braid, and here he was, gently sectioning the cobalt strands and putting flowers and other shiny materials there. He didn't know why he picked the lily, just that it seemed like an obvious choice: it represented Silco's power, and braiding her hair, or attempting to, if she wasn't busy moving, was an act of mourning.

The lily was one that he had often seen around Singed, and the day he led Silco back to the scientist's lab had been an intriguing one. It was the day the undercity was put upon a path of growth. With Silco and Singed's collaboration, the days of Vander's Zaun were numbered. Viktor didn't even have it in him to be mad that Jinx killed their father. There were worse ways to die, after all, and Viktor had it on good authority that Silco had wanted Jinx to kill him, if it got down to it. It was almost merciful.

His visor rested on the nearest workbench, and he was busily weaving more flowers, only interrupted by her hand proudly resting over her gallbladder. Like Viktor, she was augmented with Shimmer, an eerie reminder that their father was always with them. A small smirk played on his lips, and he tutted, "Jinxy, stay still."

Expert fingers continued to weave more flowers into her hair, and he grasped more lilies, and slid them into place before finishing with a smile. Viktor tugged each braid to tell her he was done and took the moment to bask in the roaring fire. The crackling warmth of the lab calmed the cacophony that raged within, the shared agony of a father lost.

He peered over Jinx's shoulder, his voice softer, "Do you miss when Papa would do this?"

In many ways, Jinx was still the same girl that Silco raised, but there had been a shift in her since he had died - she'd only become more herself, and the Herald not only felt a duty to watch out for her as her older brother, but for their late father.

"If you are up to giving me some more Shimmer for the HexCore, it would help me. But you don't have to."
