don’t you just love when you get out the car and you’re shaking and almost throwing up and the person you’re with, who has witnessed you have panic attacks hundreds of times, just storms off cause they don’t want to deal with it and leaves you to have a meltdown alone at the entrance to a public car park so when you finally start to be able to see things again and recognise anything other than blind panic you get to witness every single person staring at you as they go past while you stand shaking against the wall. cause i personally think it’s great, i love when that happens
