a silly little fanfic i write in my head! i tell myself. no big deal, helps me get to sleep at night without being bored.
why don't i write it down? that could be fun! i tell myself. nobody else has to read it.
i want certain things to happen plot-wise, about how long is it gonna take for that to work? hm...
*a few simple math equations later*
Tumblr media
oh. that's a lot of words.
well, might as well publish at this point! i tell myself. still a silly little fanfic that just happens to be incredibly long
*a few months later*

...
there is not a sigh deep enough for the shit i've gotten into.

Note
16, 20, 27, 42, 90 for the book ask game :)
16. a book you'd recommend to your younger self
This is really hard, but I think I'm going to go with When You Call My Name by Tucker Shaw.
20. a book that got you out of a reading slump
The Fifth Season by NK Jemisin.
27. a book with a purple cover
The Sugared Game by KJ Charles.
42. a book that made you want to scream by the time you got to the end
I'm going to choose to take this in a positive way, like made me want to scream with joy and feelings that I couldn't express any other way. Which a lot of books do, but I'll go with The Kingdoms by Natasha Pulley.
43. the longest book you've read
I'm pretty sure I've read War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy and Les Misérables by Victor Hugo (both over 500k words), and I definitely know I've read Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell (418k words).
Thank you for asking!!
