I made a test batch of gooseberry jam to see whether we liked it, and I think I’ve discovered a new favorite jam. It’s wonderfully tart & it’s a gorgeous color because our gooseberries are red. Since I’d never had this kind of jam I figured I should test it before making a real batch -- and now I’m going to make a whole gallon & become the mayor of Jam City!

I need to clean out my freezer for meal train reasons and my brain is just telling me to take the two full bags of cranberries in my freezer and bake tons of orange cranberry breads...which presumably would need to be stored in the freezer.
