Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons was originally a 12 episode series on CW Seed. (Part of the free CW app.) The best I can tell, only one 38 minute episode has aired on the app, back in January 2020.  . The VOD movie is 87 minutes. (I don’t understand.) . . I just watched the 38 minute episode. Grace Randolf, in her review described the movie as being as violent as the recent WB animated Mortal Kombat movie. I didn’t find what I watched to be anywhere near close to as violent. Though it is plenty bloody. . .  J.M. DeMatteis answered a fan question implying that the 38 minute episode is the edited version, and the movie is just more. Which kind of implies that they cut out 49 minutes of gore to leave a 38 minute movie.  . . The DC animated movie Superman: Man of Tomorrow hits VOD Aug 23rd 2020 also for $20. .
