Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons was originally a 12 episode series on CW Seed. (Part of the free CW app.) The best I can tell, only one 38 minute episode has aired on the app, back in January 2020.  . The VOD movie is 87 minutes. (I don’t understand.) . . I just watched the 38 minute episode. Grace Randolf, in her review described the movie as being as violent as the recent WB animated Mortal Kombat movie. I didn’t find what I watched to be anywhere near close to as violent. Though it is plenty bloody. . .  J.M. DeMatteis answered a fan question implying that the 38 minute episode is the edited version, and the movie is just more. Which kind of implies that they cut out 49 minutes of gore to leave a 38 minute movie.  . . The DC animated movie Superman: Man of Tomorrow hits VOD Aug 23rd 2020 also for $20. . Its so crazy to me when people make a post stating a villain or an antihero cant be good parents because their "evil".

I dont know how doing bad things equates to having to be a horrible parent. You can still be a bad person, or make bad choices and that doesnt mean that they dont love their kids.

I see this in writing SO MANY TIMES. Were the villain/antiheros are written as abusive to their kids because "LOOK AT ALL THE BAD THINGS THEY'VE DONE!"

Hello. I did an art.

The lovers tarot card with slade and Adeline.

I shall explain:

The lovers card in meaning refers to relationship, love, harmony, values, soul mates, partners, strong bonds, and it represents people who are made for each other. The person your soul knew before you were born into this incarnation.

And in my opinion that was in fact the true feelings between slade and Adeline. They loved each other greatly. Arguably even after the divorce slade still loves her. They were the twin flames. The perfect match. And they married - another meaning of the card if accompanied by hierophant or justice -

In symbolism of the card. We have:

sun: energy, clarity

Tree of knowledge

Stability, inner continuesness.

Snake of temptation - the one from the biblical tale.

Clouds : harmony and balance

Raphael angel of air

And a plant with 12 flowers on it indicating the 12 zodiacs.

And most important both people in the card are naked, symbolizing that they have nothing to hide.

In reverse, the card means the opposite:

It means, conflict, imbalance, TRUST ISSUES, detachment, disharmony, strifle, lack of respect, lust and indecision.

And are these not what broke them apart? From all the arguments, conflicts, not trusting each other, lying to each other, and even when slade did tell the truth it only resulted on more conflict. They no longer had love but they still had lust. Having sex right after a fight and deciding to divorce before even the after glow went away.

Which led to Adeline shooting slade right in the eye. Most of the time from behind. Another sight of extream conflict.

Interestingly enough:

In a career based reading, the lovers mean a contract, a mutual contract with successful outcome, work place relationship, financial growth.

Which also maches slade Wilson's life:

He is a contract killer. He makes mutual contracts. With successful outcome because his professional integrity obligatee him to always finish his missions. And financial growth, he went from a homeless boy who got sold off for his father's debts to a soldier with a 'meh' amount of salary to worlds greatest assassins and effectively one of the wealthiest men in the world. -right behind I assume ra's al ghul and vandal savage - because you bet the world's greatest assassin is expensive enough to bankrupt a damn country.

Secrets that had devastating results.

Did you notice? In my depiction, unlike Adeline, slade is not completely naked. He is not completely honest, he has secrets.

Also. Before anybody starts. Yes I well aware my skills are not as good as a lot of artists here. But what can i do. I just started. And you gotta start somehow, somewhere.

And done is better than perfect.

Or so I'm told.
