If you want a healthier option than beef burgers, try these juicy turkey burgers. With their lots of flavor and fresh vegetables on top, they make a satisfying meal for any event.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Pickles. Ketchup and mustard optional.
Instructions: Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. The turkey burger patties should be cooked on the grill or pan for four to five minutes on each side, or until they reach 165F 74C inside and are no longer pink there. For a minute or two, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are just barely golden. Put a turkey patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, pickles, and lettuce leaves on the bottom bun of your turkey burger. If you want, you can add ketchup and mustard on top. The juicy turkey burger is now ready to be served. Just put the top bun on top of it.

Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes. 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes. 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks. 2 green bell peppers, cut into chunks. 2 red onions, cut into chunks. 2 zucchinis, sliced into rounds. 16 wooden skewers, soaked in water. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 teaspoons dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: To make a marinade, put olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Split the marinade in three equal parts and set one aside in a separate bowl to use as a basting sauce while the meat is cooking on the grill. Put the chicken, beef, and shrimp in different bowls and add their own portions of the marinade. Let them sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Using skewers that have been soaked in water, alternate the marinated chicken, beef, shrimp, bell peppers, onions, and zucchinis on them to make a colorful presentation. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the skewers on the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over and basting them with the marinade you saved, until the meat is cooked all the way through and the vegetables are charred and soft. If you want, you can serve the shish kebabs hot with fresh herbs on top.

This tasty cheeseburger with grilled Spam, pineapple rings, and a tangy pineapple slaw will take your taste buds to the Hawaiian islands. It takes a classic song and adds a tropical twist that will make you dream of paradise.
Ingredients: 4 hamburger buns. 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices of Spam. 4 pineapple rings. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 1 cup coleslaw mix. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking oil for grilling.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the pineapple chunks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the coleslaw mix and mix everything together. Blend well and put in the fridge. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. On the grill, put the Spam slices and pineapple rings. They should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side until they get grill marks. Take it out and set it aside. Rub a little cooking oil on each burger patiety and cook them on the grill for three to four minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like your burgers more done. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown. Put a cheese-covered patty on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Add a grilled pineapple ring, a grilled Spam slice, and a lot of pineapple slaw on top. Put the top halves of the buns on top of the burgers. If needed, use toothpicks to hold them in place. Put extra pineapple slaw on the side of your Hawaiian burgers. Have fun with your Hawaiian Burger with Spam and Pineapple Slaw at Cheeseburgers in Paradise!

Put the skewers on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over once in a while, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and has nice grill marks. If you want, you can serve the BBQ chicken skewers hot with fresh herbs on top.

Take it off the grill and serve it hot. If you want, you can add more chopped parsley on top.
