I am from a household where I was prohibited almost everything. I was constantly under suspicion. What did it teach me? To leave things exactly how they were. To the circle of dust something was occupying. To the millimeter to the right. Kim knows the drill. It made me paranoid. I wonder, how paranoid he is.

It seems to me, that Kim's investigation was at full bloom when Porsche happened. Kim connected some dots and came right to his father for answers.

Khun Korn was really surprised to find his nosy youngster in his study unsuperwised. Probably someone received a punishment over it. Or some new rule, because earlier Korn wasn't that concerned. Because earlier Kim... Kim is (about) 22, and he started his investigation how long ago? And Kim came to snoop in his father's study only now. There was a reason for this. Before that point Kim didn't have a (good) reason to search the study and before that point Korn was sure Kim wouldn't (yet?).

Korn was surprised. Unpleasantly so. But soon his mask was back at place. As for Kim, he had some split of a second to put on his own mask.

I repeat here too, that Korn thinks any business of Kim's except the family one is irrelevant and unimportant. Kim is not happy about it.

Chess is an open game. No concealed cards, no hidden figures. All there is to see is there to see. You don't get to see one thing - your opponent thoughts.

That's what Kim goes for while not even been seated properly yet.

Their game (sorry, khun Korn, - war) is on the table, literally. The sweets between them are the cover, as the masks on their faces. The sweets can be easily switched for the chess board. That is what really placed between them. They see each other's pieces. Kim knows the white knight (Big) was moved (pieces on both sides are technically Korn's). Kim sees the black king - Porsche. He just doesn't know what Korn wants to do with it - yet.

Kim literally saying with the words from his mouth, that he is watching his Dad.

Despite doing some "very important" errands, Kim is still in the game. And Korn knows that he is a decent player. Korn doesn't mock that.

There is palpable tension. These people don't trust each other. But they are bound together so they are keeping the upfront. Korn wants to have Kim as a hired grossmeister, or as an interesting opponent, either way Korn wins.

Kim wants nothing for himself, but to know what the fuck is happening and how he can keep his brothers safe. So he got what he could here, now it is time to look for clues somewhere else, Maybe he'd stick by the koi pond around the time Tankhun goes to feed his beloved children. Maybe Kim will catch some truffle bread too ;-)

July was stressful for me. 

But when at the end of July I heard about the death of my fellow student, I just went crazy. She lost the fight a serious illness.

And this spring and summer has also been hard for me because of my own illnesses and I am just... oh.

Gross, good fellow of mine, invited me to Pony Town on the morrow. He was hoping I could relax. (Could I?) Maestro (our old fella) joined us later. 

We sat quietly under the tree, but then suddenly Deadpool joined us. They wore a skirt Х)  

They squeezed in between us and we couldn't get him out X)  And then they started crying.T_T And I started crying too cuz I want to be an only child in the family    cuz my sadness drowned me again. Anyway, thank you guys for trying to get me out of my anxiety.

Thank you, Gross, you pull me from myself in those days. I promised you this sketch, and even if it took a time, I kept my promise.

I really liked Queen's Gambit and like everyone who watched I suddenly wanted a chess set. Now, I have a chess set. But what I really wanted was the set they played in the finale.

Some digging later suggested that was what was known as Grossmeister Supreme set. Made only for high level Soviet tournaments. Which will cost around 300+ euros. Even replicas made entirely of wood are expensive.

However, I also found out that the general Grossmeister set was used in all normal tournaments. Up to the 60s they we all wood. From the 60s onwards the knights and decorations were made of plastic.

For a far more reasonable price (but still not super cheap), I managed to find a set from the 80s. It had only one minor flaw. The soles of the pieces had deformed preventing some pieces from standing straight.

Luckily I still had some black tolex leftover from an old amp project. This stuff matched the style of the original soles and is also designed to take a beating. Some cutting and glueing later all pieces have shiny new soles and can stand up straight once more.

Now to locate a nice wooden board to go with it.

Well. I showed the sketch (this one) to Maestro and she suddenly said...what if she didn't touch (or kick) Deadpool to get them go away?.. What if she touch (slap) them...and it was some kind of molestation flirting?
