油温が気になるお年頃のヤマハ GX750に油温計を装着してみました。5年以上前に安っちぃ油温計で測ったさいには1時間ほどの走行後で98度だったのですが近年の酷暑の下ではどうなのか心配で測定しました。

結果、気温36℃の中、40分ほどの走行後で油温計は120℃・・・うーん熱い🥵

予想より高い値におののきながらも、油温計の精度が気になったので、赤外線非接触温度計で60℃と表示された紙コップのお湯を測定しました。

表示は70℃。10℃ほど高い？となると実際のGXの油温は110℃。

ギリギリ許容範囲内ってところでしょうか🤔

それと、今入れているエンジンオイルが夏用の粘度の高いものだったので、20w-40のものに交換し、オイル添加剤のルブロス プロメディックを投入しました。これでしばらく様子を見ることにするとします。

ちなみにこの本体装着式の油温計はモトグッチ V7 V9 ルマン850 カリフォルニア1100・ドゥカティ MHR モンスター900・BMW R100RS R100RT用などを弊社にてお取り扱いしていますデス👍

初めてバイク（原付）の免許を取って、ダックス50を購入し、お店のお兄さんにいろいろ教えてもらっていたときに、ほかのお客さんがニコニコ笑いながら、気を付けてねと言ってくれて、爆音（良い意味でのだよ）を響かせ帰っていったときに乗ってた、懐かしのバイク W1 も登場しましたよ！

懐かしいバイクで、ちょっと古めかしい感じもするのだけれど、これぞカワサキのバイクって感じで、良い音してた。

乗りたかったけど、免許の関係で、400cc までしかその時は乗れなかったし、若かったから、レーシーなタイプのバイクに乗ることになり、その後は、いいなぁと思いながらも、販売も終わってしまい、その後は部品の入手難もあったみたい。

復刻されて、新しいのは時々見かけるけれど、なぜだろう、あの爆音は感じない。

もうね、物欲がヤバイ。

いや、物欲がヤバイっていう書き方はおかしい。 大型バイク欲しい欲がものっすごく高くて抑えられない。 抑えきれなさすぎてKLXはもう売却の手続きを進めてる。

でも、漠然と大型バイクに乗りたいけど、車種が絞り込めなくて困惑。 長く乗りたいからそこそこ新しいツアラーを買うか、 はたまた70's 80'sの古き良きオールドルックネイキッドを買うか。 お金は後者の方がかかるけど、愛着も湧くと思う。

だがしかし、旧車には旧車なりのリスクと覚悟が必要でして。 夏に行く予定の北海道ツーリングに耐えれるのかっていう問題もある。 1人のツーリングならまだしも（普通1人の方が不安になるけど） 今回は彼女のmatsumoも一緒に行くから、途中リタイヤになんてなれん・・・。

そしたらやっぱり第一候補のTDM850なのかなぁ。 270度クランク/パラツインの不等間隔爆発音はたまらない。 マッチョな上半身とスリムな下半身はまさに俺好み。なかなか見ない車種ってのも良い。

しかし、4stトリプルのGX750も気になる気になる。。。 昔SR400に乗ってた影響もあって、このスリムタンクが大好物。 絶対手間のかかる相棒になるけど、高速かっ飛ばしたい訳じゃないから、 そんなに最新のマシンじゃなくっても良いもんなぁ。

そうなってくると憧れのCB750K0も魅力的。 Kawasaki党の俺だったけど、K0は大好き。Z系よりも断然CBです。 どんどん値段高騰しちゃってるけど、やっぱり乗ってみたいCB。

そんなことをずーっと妄想しながら過ごす日々。 キャンプ道具も山道具もそうやけど、こうやって考えてるときが一番楽しいよね。 バイク決めて納車したら、そいつの魅力をいっぱい書くよ。

毎年この季節になると、そろそろワイのGX750にオイルクーラーつけねばのぅと思うのですが、ラバーマウント付きのステー作らなゃきゃな・・・、一応油圧調べておいた方がいいか・・・が面倒でつけず終いになってしまいます。もう10年くらい経っちゃたかも😀

一応LockHeartのXS750用なので大丈夫だとは思いますが走行中にオイルがﾌﾟｼｭｰとかなったら悲惨ですからねぇ。今年こそはなんとか！

いえね。こんな暑い日だからってバイクに乗ること自体がイヤなのではなく、ただただ日中の信号待ちがツラいのです😑

なんだかんだ言ってもバイクですから、走り出しさえすればヒーターのような熱風ですらまぁまぁ耐えられるのですが、アスファルトの照り返し、タンクから太ももに伝わるエンジンの熱気、バイク乗りを狙ってやってくる目に見えない熱波師(オカルト)のせいで、都内で信号で止まる度に意識が遠のきます🥵

これで日中に環八とかで渋滞にはまった日には、歩道にバイク留めてふて寝してしまいたくなります。東名や中央道に乗るまでも無理です！
