A Different Kind of Wordgirl AU
Becky is stronger than most humans, she doesn't have super strength. Becky is faster than most humans, she doesn't have super speed. Becky is more agile than most humans, she can't fly. Becky's five senses are better than a human's, it doesn't mean she has superpowers.
All her life, Becky Boxleitner knew she was different from a lot of people on earth. She was a hybrid alien child, born of a human father and alien mother from Lexicon. Yet at the same time, she was also different from the inhabitants of her mother's planet. The only thing Becky inherited from her mother was a majority of her looks plus her extraordinary vocabulary skills. Becky cannot fly, run super fast, nor lift extremely heavy objects like her mother could. The only Lexiconian Becky could surpass was her pet monkey Bob aka Captain Huggy Face. Becky never thought she would be hero material until she was an adult. She never thought she would be ready to be a hero like how her dad wrote about them in his book. Things changed when the local hero Amazo Guy vanished one day, and her dad, the best expert on heroes, became fused to a vicious lab mouse and became known as Dr. Two Brains. So this au is an idea where Becky is an alien hybrid but the only powers she has are her extreme vocabulary. She becomes Wordgirl still in this au but only after her dad becomes Dr. Two Brains and Amazo Guy disappears. There are major differences in this au from other ones.
-Becky's hero outfit is more tech savvy. She calls her tools her "Word Tech." She wears a clear yellow visor which masks her identity as well as detects heat signatures, allow her to look at data on the go, help her see things far away or analyze materials. She has a hidden earpiece in her helmet to allow her to communicate with the police, DA Botsford, City Hall, and Captain Huggy Face. Her yellow cape can act as an invisibility cloak, shield, light deflector to blind enemies. He gloves and boots allow her to walk on walls like spiderman. She can generate electricity within her gloves to stun. Her boots have attached rockets to help her fly. Becky has other gadgets on her belt which are interchangeable depending on her mission. She also has a special pouch attached to he utility belt as well. Gadgets she uses are grappling hooks, flashlight, laser pen, bow staff, tracking devices, bolo nets, etc. Huggy looks like his canon self with only minor changes such as a light blue visor, earpiece, and navy blue gloves and boots that can operate like Becky's, plus a parachute bag attached to his back at all times. Huggy also wears a special wrist watch shaped like a lightning bolt that can shoot small lasers, stun villains, and act as a shield. -Since Becky never had any of her other powers except vocabulary, Steven taught her science and technology. That is how Becky is able to create and use her "Word Tech" so effectively well. -Becky in this au is a rookie compared to her counterparts, she is using her dad's book plus other Lexiconian books to help her fight and be better prepared as a hero so she makes more mistakes than her counterparts. - Bob in this au teaches her how to fight and helps give her self confidence to believe in her self as a hero. During the Miss Power arc when Bob shows her the book "Super Advanced Secret Battle Moves of The Planet Lexicon" and tells her that the reason he didn't show her the book until now because he thought she was doing a great job so far without it, Becky becomes more emotionally touched and cries a bit before getting back on task. Becky can also understand Bob still in this au. -Violet and Scoops very early on are told by Becky about her hero identity. This is because Becky felt she needed someone she could talk to about her hero life and issues besides her dad. (She later found out the part about hero's keeping their identity a secret afterwards in her dad's book. Whoops!) Becky also wanted Scoops and Violet to help her on the side in finding out what happened to Amazo Guy after he disappeared right before her dad's accident. (Coincidence...maybe😈). -Dr. Two Brains knows that Becky is Wordgirl off bat without her telling him. He recognizes his daughter's work in the gadgets Wordgirl uses, plus the amazing vocabulary skills and lack of superpowers is a dead giveaway to Two Brains as well. Unlike other aus I have written, Two Brains in this one is strongly against the idea of his daughter being a hero. While Becky does have thicker skin, she is still prone to cuts, bruises, and other injuries. Mouse man nearly had a heart attack when she got a sprained ankle. They have argued about Becky's continuation of heroics and facing dangers, but Becky is adamant about doing this and points out to her dad that since there are no heroes around, someone has to stand up to fill the role who had hero and villain know how. Because she is still hurt in bothered this early about her dad's accident and transition to villainy, Becky makes a passive aggressive comment that she has to unfortunately take the role because the only adult hero expert in this city is now subjected to a life of cheesy crime due to the control of a parasitic lab mouse. Becky did apologize for her choice of words when she saw her dad's reaction, but Two Brains still feels hidden guilt of making his daughter face this path unprepared alone with only Bob. Dr. Two Brains reluctantly lets her continue, but is still in silent protest about it.

Screenshot of Becky, Teresa, and Dr. Two Brains please. Oh also when you can, maybe a screenshot where Dr. Two Brains faces off with Mr. Charming but Mr. Charming's mask is off and TB is shocked to finally learn who he is. Basically its DTB finding out Mr. Charming's true identity.
Crosses fingers and hope my files import properly

What are your favorite ships? What are your favorite headcanons? Ramble on, please do. What are your hot takes?
Thank you for the ask (^w^) AW I appreciate it!
Favorite ships?
Well my two favorite ones are on my header and looking through my art it's pretty easy to tell 💀 so yeah it's Tjohnson and Tobecky, however there are other ships I do consider favs, like Doctor Two-brains x Professor Tubing, Victoria x Rose, and Chuck/Whammer. To mostly name them. I think they're all so sillay 🥹
Favorite Headcanons?
Oh Lexicon I have a lot of them... but to be brief I'll name some of them, ones either I have myself or others coined:
- Doctor Two-brains (Steven), Professor Tubing, and Professor Doohickey all used to know each other before.
- Becky (Wordgirl) is technically an orphan from Lexicon which is why there is no external family who has yet come to search earth, or why Becky and Bob don't really care about returning back to Lexicon.
- Jewish Johnson and Jewish Two Brains
- Rose is half Hispanic
- Theodore McCallister the second is real and he's the worst, he and Claire haven't technically divorced, he's just gone somewhere.
- Tobey was fixated on space/aliens before he pivoted into robots.
- Captain HuggyFace (if that even is his name on Lexicon) probably has guilt over something back home which is why he's resigned to look after this random kid on earth and why he cries over the picture with his brother thinking about him.
- No one is straight (except--[insert characters I don't like])
- Trans Fem Becky
- Ms. Davis has gone through three divorces at least.
- The narrator secretly has been trying to get Tobey redemption to happen (this is a theory more than HC but you get it).
- Victoria and the Bests are experiments or at least half-human experiments.
- There are planets based on every educational curriculum/school structures.
- TJ can understand Bob (somehow)
- TJ's camouflage powers isn't a gag.
- The learnerer is half Lexiconian.
- Beatrice and Dave have known each other since highschool.
- Afro Latina Becky
- Johnson is actually his last name, his full name is Joshua Johnson but ppl are just used to calling him by his last name thx to TJ.
- Hunter and Victoria are in a fake relationship, WLW and Bi solidarity and hostility.
- Tobey during the months leading up to "By Jove you've wrecked my Robot" where he was convinced Becky was Wordgirl he developed a crush on Becky and after the episode it never really went away.
- TJ and Johnson by the later seasons are boyfriends but in a "playing house" kind of way, not yet really official or knowing what that means. By the last season, they "break it off" but it's clear they both like each other but TJ is trying to deny the allegations 🏳️‍🌈 and it's all so dumb that it definitely will bite them both in the future.
- Rex actually ran away from his home planet and not just exploring. For what reason? Anything is interesting, but for me I said it was because he really wanted to play superhero but Hexagon is a serious place so they discouraged him, leading him to play dress up very seriously. Probably has gone to other planets being Kid math with not do great results.
- Rose's family takes in Rex.
Hot takes?
I don't really have that many spicy hot takes or at least I don't know if they would be considered as such, but here are some ig.
- The upset over there being too many Tobecky centric fics in the Wordgirl fanfiction space is silly and dumb. Shipping fics especially for a popular ship is naturally going to have a lot of works and getting upset over it is not that serious, and it's disheartening to put down other's passions to writing a fic just because its what's available.
- I don't think Doctor Two-brains is that interesting anymore (to me), or at least I think he gets too focused on more than Becky sometimes, especially when it comes to their previous mentor relationship. Personally I like him more as a tragic yet still continuing to be a goofy guy who doesn't care what he's become and just wants to live his best life, RIP Steven. Oh and I don't buy into the whole he would be a better dad/parent to Becky or Tobey. That whole elitist Dad brains mentality has unfortunately turned me off to most of the idea of the villians and WG being a found family, to me I like their dynamic (when they're not fighting) more as friendly acting buddies/coworkers.
- Granny May> most of the other villians. ( I'm sorry but my queen does not deserve this disrespect).
- The Becky/Wordgirl is ambiguously ethnic or isn't at all bc she's technically an alien (and for any person to insert themselves into her) has always been dumb and I think let's some people get away with white washing the hell out of her.
- The show itself...has a real poc character problem ngl. Not on its representation or I think there's anything offensive no. I mean more like...the Botsfords are painfully written by someone who has never seen anything but a white family interact AND the casting choice of literally almost every poc character being voiced by a white VA except Cree Summer and two of the May I have a word kids, is like 🫤. Which is why if there were ever to be a hypothetical reboot I personally don't want most of the old VAs for those characters, like Tom Kenny I love you but you absolutely should not have been TJ for as long as you did 💀
- Chuck is right, crustless bread is inferior. #teamcrust
- I hate to think that this is a hot take but I recently had someone complain about this... CLAIRE IS NOT AN ABUSIVE MOM THERE. Do I think she's a flawed woman with her short comings? Yes... that's what makes her so damn interesting and good. God forbid moms are anything but the ideal non-stressed; never angry, gentle soft spoken archetypes. And I absolutely know it's also bc she's depicted strong and buff that warrant ppl to just point and go (abusive!!), like idk if anything she's incredibly lenient to a kid who literally destroys buildings every week and even supports him sometimes.
- Possessive/Yandere Tobey jokes or headcanons aren't funny. If anything they really make me cringe and uncomfortable. Like normies have one joke about Tobey and it's the unfunniest thing.
- Scoops is a good character. If you're asking if this is a hot take, kinda yeah. Some ppl find him annoying or meaningless after the early seasons, but idk I like him. I think he's silly :-P. Oh and same with Rose, I know ppl joke that's she's some random OC/self insert Mary Sue BUT THOSE PPL DON'T HAVE TASTE, ROSE IS THE GOAT.
(^^ That's the ones I could come up with. Obviously no ill will on some of these takes, especially on the DTB one, it's mostly my ideas and what I think either gets overlooked. However the hot takes on Claire and Tobey tho, those ones I'm actually going to be hostile on. But yeah some of them are serious others aren't. It's just what it is.)
Again thanks for the questions! I hope I didn't just get you to block me lmao.

I don't know if you read this post yet, but I have created an au call Mutants and Metahumans in Fair City where all the heroes and villains are either mutants or metahumans because of a freak gas accident about a decade ago. I hadn't planned on using Amazo Guy for this au because it more ties in with my half human/half alien Becky headcanon, but I did talk with @melodythebunny on discord and explained to her how I picture Amazo Guy and other fanon characters in the au. This was before the divorced amazing cheese au, but then I realized Amazo's characterization in my mamofcau can work as a crossover with this one. So this is how the combination would work with some temporary changes for this in comparison with what I had planned out, Amazo Guy is assigned as a new lab assistant in Steven's workplace and he and Steven end up as close colleagues and friends (and maybe a bit more😉). What Steven and Becky don't know is that Amazo Guy was sent by The Protector, a main villain in my au, as a spy to gain Steven's trust and to either 1. platonically or romantically persuade Steven to join The Protector's side or 2. Obtain (steal) all of Steven's recorded knowledge about mutants and metas so that The Protector can use the information for their cause. Here are the links for mamofcau and The Protector:
https://ninjastormhawkkat.tumblr.com/post/685152384504184832/mutants-and-metahumans-of-fair-city-au
https://ninjastormhawkkat.tumblr.com/post/685247351389044736/mutants-and-metahumans-of-fair-city-the-villains
I did read about that AU but I had to reread it to refresh my memory. I absolutely adore that AU concept so much. Oh Amazo Guy, the angst potential it has in this yesss.
Emotional manipulate the mouse man to do what is needed. Either way it's sooo good!!
Seizing every opportunity to get close to him. To fake vulnerability with the scientist. Maybe at one point it stops being pretend but that can't stop his mission.
Would WordGirl become an obstacle that he would have to gain her trust as well? If you go the convincing Steven to join the Protector route.
Either way it goes it'll be so intense and fascinating, the outcome which you choose!
Oh! Question about him. What is Amazo Guy exactly in your AU?

I saw mutants and instantly tthought of x-men
Yeah I got a few other comments who though this au was similar to x-men. But mutants and metas are classified differently in this au compared to the x-men, marvel, and DC universe.
Here is the link to the main au to explain what this side blog is about.

A Different Kind of Wordgirl Au - Continued
-Two Brains does take care of her medical needs. He goes somewhat easier on her without making it look suspicious to others. Dr. Two Brains wishes he could give hero advice, but thanks to mouse brain, he has forgotten what he put in his book most of the time. The relationship between Becky and Two Brains in this au is a bit strained at times due to circumstances, but Two Brains still loves his child dearly and tries to make up his villainy by being the best father he can be to Becky. -Becky is more stressed than her canon counterpart with heroics and has difficulty balancing out parts of her civilian life with her hero life from time to time. She does have a support system with her friends unlike her canon self as well as her dad from time to time. -Becky's relationship with the villains is almost like canon. She doesn't particularly like them at first because she feels bad at how easily she can be tricked by them from time to time. Some of the villains like the Butcher notice Wordgirl struggling a bit at times and try to give her a boost out of sympathy or a an ear to listen to vent out her frustrations. It takes a while for Becky to start forming close bonds with the villains like in canon. They do treat Becky better than most of the citizens in the city. -Amazo Guy's disappearance rocked Fair City and had people in a frenzy. When Wordgirl came along, people were relieved to have a new hero to save them despite the age. But most of the citizens began to notice Wordgirl's mistakes and there were those that began to criticize her early on. They expected her to be a professional hero, otherwise why would she be doing this gig at all. Scoops and Violet do their best to help boost Wordgirl's public image. Besides the villains, the Botsfords are 100% both on Becky's and Wordgirl's side. TJ still has his international Wordgirl fan club which helps to give Becky motivation and lift her spirits. People change their views of Wordgirl overtime, but there are others that are still jerks. -Rex still looks up to Becky as a big sister and hero mentor despite her having no powers like he does. Wordgirl becomes a bit jealous of the fact at first, but overcomes it and bonds with Kid Math in the end. -Dr. Two Brains is not the number one villain in this au, that goes to Rhyme and Reason. There introduction episode is combined with the Violet Superhero one. Violet and Becky do get into an argument and break off being friends but for completely different reasons instead of canon. -Miss Power episode and the Mousebrain Takeover - angst city people.

Do they have any fears or phobias? If so, is there a reason why they developed?
Some light phobias I have discussed with Eris, In space there is a ravenous and vicious species that can tear flesh off of most aliens, including Lexiconians. They resembles Earth bunnies very closely. Teresa screamed a bit and latched onto Steven when she saw a rabbit on Earth for the first time. Angst phobias - She has a fear of losing her loved ones, and imprisonment. This is due to the harsh laws Teresa had to live by on Lexicon and the traditions that made her fearful for Steven and her unborn child when she was pregnant with Becky.
6. How do they handle mental/emotional pain? She closes herself and her emotions off. She pretends things are fine when they are not. So she doesn't handle it well.
10. What’s their biggest insecurity? I would guess that Teresa would feel insecure about not being prepared or strong enough to protect her family.

The Definition Of A Name - Epilogue
"I should have found out sooner. I should have told you about Maddrix's ominous words. I SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE! YOU WOULD STILL BE HERE IF I DID!" Steven grieved aloud as he cradled his friends lifeless body in his lap. Steven looked up to the sky, the dark clouds reflecting the mood and atmosphere of this city. Steven now glared at the sky, tears continue to stream down his face. "That monster won't get away with this. I will make him suffer the consequences of actions." Steven spoke through gritted teeth. "I will make sure good will rise once again. You won't die in vain. I will make sure of that." Professor Terror then let out an anguished guttural sound as he wailed loudly in the empty streets amongst the dead. Mourning for those who should have never passed Years later An adult Steven beheld the most precious thing in his life in Fair City General Hospital. Tears of joy appeared in his eyes as he was clutching his newborn daughter. "High there little one, I'm your daddy." Steven cooed as his daughter was sleeping soundly in her father's grasp. "You seem very elated my love." A gentle tired voice called out. Steven looked up to see his partner Teresa sitting up. Although very well, she looked exhausted after many hours of going through contractions and pain to finally give birth to their child. Steven gave her a content smile. "I definitely am." He concurred. He walked towards Teresa and handed her their daughter who was still wrapped up in the hospital baby blankets. Both new parents smiled fondly at their sleeping child, resting in blissful silence. Teresa hummed a little before speaking. "So I was pondering something. You remember when I suggested naming our child Hope if it was a girl? Since you gave me so much hope when we first met." Steven nodded. Teresa continued. "I was thinking about making it her middle name. It sounds more lovely that way in my opinion." Steven made a small grunt of agreement as he began to gently caress their daughter's forehead. "If that's what you want then it's fine with me." Steven responded. "Excellent. Then what do you want our daughter's first name to be?" Teresa happily asked her partner. Steven looked a bit startled before turning to look at her. "Me..well I..uh." Steven hesitated in replying. It wasn't that he couldn't think of a name, he thought up of girl names before their child was born. But for the life of him his mind was drawing a blank on recalling what names he wanted. Just then their daughter gave a great big yawn as she stretched her arms. Her eyes slowly blinked open to reveal beautiful brown orbs staring quizzically at her parents. Steven stared wide eyed, frozen in a trance at the eye color his newborn inherited from him. Eyes that held a strong soul. Eyes that held the soul and heart of a hero. Eyes that Steven had not seen since... "Rebecca." "What." Teresa exclaimed, not catching what her partner just said as she was looking at their child. "Let's name her Rebecca Hope Boxleitner." Steven said, holding back a choked emotional tone. "Becky for short." Becky seemed to like that name as she giggled happily, reaching for her dad. Teresa smile softly in agreement then handed her baby back to her father. Steven once again caressed his close as Becky made happy gurgling sounds. Trying to grab her dad's nose. "I promise with all my heart, I will always protect you my little starlight." Steven whispered. Tears once more falling down his cheeks as his precious child.

A Bittersweet Reunion
She looked like an angel, floating down from the sky and hovering in front of him. It made his heart ache more as she stared with eyes full of confusion and concern at his appearance and the fact that he matched her height, 500 feet above the ground. "Steven?" she asked with both longing and curiosity in her voice. He slowly nodded his head, trying to hold back the growing emotions he was feeling inside. Hoping to avoid revealing a horrible truth to her his once and still beloved partner. "Hi Teresa." Steven said softly. Teresa slowly lifted her hand and gently caressed her lover's left cheek. She rubbed it slowly on his face, feeling the new red abrasions to his human skin while also observing the other features he obtained that almost made Steven look like one of her own species. Steven took a silent deep breath. Her touch was still soft and warm as ever. This only further weakened the barrier that held his emotions back. "Steven. What has happened to you?" Teresa asks with genuine concern. Steven says nothing, just grabbing onto her hand, pushing it closer to his cheek, letter her warmth and undeserving kindness caress his face and heart. Teresa's lips pursed as Steven's eyes, his tired, soul crushed, emotionally wrecked brown eyes only stared back at her in response. 'What has happened to the kindness and warmth I once saw in your eyes?' Teresa thought with worry and some guilt aching in her heart. Believing she had some cause in the way Steven emotionally looked now. Another question popped in her mind, one that truly troubled Teresa deeply with worry as well. If Steven was like this then... Teresa took a deep breath before voicing her concerns "Steven, is our child okay?" she asked in a determined, but warm tone of voice. That question alone had demolished his resolve, letting a flood of emotions flow through Steven's body. Steven had now clutched Teresa's hand tightly as tears flowed from his eyes now shut from the emotional pain and agony he was feeling. He could only sob into her arm, giving short and vague apologies for the horrific consequence that befell their beloved daughter. A horrible fate that fell onto their sweet and innocent little girl. One that he failed to prevent, and one that he caused himself.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

A Mother's Name
Thinking of you always
Ever present in my head
Remembering nothing of your face
Even still a haunting memory
Superpowers I gained from your DNA
Always will be a good person
Sadly we may never meet
There will always be a missing piece
Are you watching me from where you are
Reimagining what could have been for you and me

I find it funny how deep wordgirl became the more and more we think about where Becky came from
Exactly. I was trying to figure out why her family never came back to get her despite having advance technology and there is no clear cut evidence because of the interactions Becky had with Kid Math and Miss Power never gave the idea that Lexicon went like Krypton did. Then the scenes from inside Becky's ship in the "Rise of Miss Power" made me wonder if Lexicon had some type of military style rule and then came my half human/half alien Becky headcanon because of my experience with other shows that feature alien and human interactions. Also with noticing a lot of similarities between Steven/Two Brains and Becky's personalities. But yeah I agree with you there.

Au idea?
I did have a time travel idea similar to that episode where Wordgirl, Dr. Two Brains, a few canon villains and one new villain get caught back in the past because this new villain wanted to destroy Wordgirl's parents but expected to be back on Lexicon and not on Earth. This tied in with my half human/half alien Becky headcanon.
I know they did this for an episode with the Owl House where Luz met past Phillip and unknowingly helped him on the path to becoming Belos. I am not sure what au idea to come from the owl house based of that youtube episode.
What shows do you want to experiment this au idea with?

Who introduces their partner to their family first? How does it go?
For star crossed cheese bc i crave more of them
(I saw djsadbeans response to amazing cheese freaking adorable-)
Well Steven is the only one that introduces his partner to his family. Steven has never met Teresa's family and she had no intention about anyone of them finding out about her lover.
Teresa was adored by Steven's family. His sibs obviously embarrassed him about bring such a brilliant and smart girl home. His sisters asked if she had any twins or if she became single ring them up. Steven's mom especially adored Teresa and was happy her son found such an astounding woman to date. Teresa was so moved by their family dynamic that she started tearing up a bit. It was amazing but bittersweet as well.
(Oh yes I loved djsadbean's headcanons as well)

More star crossed cheese content plz
You're my only supplier of this wonderful ship ;-;
And i can only make fan stuff for it not knowing if it will be canon or not/pos
Here are some headcanons - a few tw's here.
Teresa has a lot of scars from her time imprisoned by Navren. He really hurt her a lot physically and emotionally. The only way she remained strong was by thinking how Becky and Steven were still safe and it was all worth this.
The way Navren found out about her human mate and the location of her hybrid child. Navren new Becky was half human when he got her DNA secretly tested and discovered she was not his biological child. Lexicon has alliances in economics and diplomatic with Miss Power's planet and the planet Hexagon. Lexicon relations with Hexagon has become strained over the years due to Navren's dominion but unfortunately has increased with Miss Power's planet. Navren had emissaries (hint: spies) on each of these planets. These spies reported back to Navren about a Lexiconian child being a hero on Earth with Captain Huggy Face as her sidekick, based on descriptions they have heard of them.
When Teresa first saw Dr. Two Brain's exposed mouse brain, she thought it was kind of cute and adorable the way he looked now. This caused the mouse man to fluster a bit.
Teresa had arrived on Earth before Navren did and was trying to find Steven and Becky and Bob to warn them and everyone else about the incoming doom from the Lexiconian armada. She had found Wordgirl doing an occasional fight where all the villains decided to fight against Wordgirl at once (because that has happened a few times before) Teresa took them out one by one with no sweat. She soon encountered Dr. Two Brains when she was about to punch him in the face but soon recognized him.
Teresa: Steven?!?
Dr. Two Brains: Teresa?!?! (He was too stunned to correct her.)
Although Teresa is a bit mad about how Steven ended up fighting their own child, she does not blame him as he never knew the truth. She still harbors guilt about having to lie to him and Becky as well as stay away for so long and thinks things might have been a bit better if she was able to find a way to stay on Earth.
Even thought he is hurt by her leaving him and not telling him the full truth (Also the fact that the city's superhero was his own child!), he still doesn't hate her and still has romantic feelings for her as well as Carrie and Amazo Guy.
Carrie, Amazo Guy, and Teresa become great friends at Steven/Two Brains' expense.
Teresa has an intimidating stare that silences Calvin by a miracle.
Like her daughter. Teresa has terrible dancing skils as well as singing and art skills (I think all Lexiconians are like that but that can be debatable.) She is only able to do the Waltz successfully because of Steven holding her close and guiding her. Steven had a few feet stepped on (not critical damage but still very painful) but it was worth it for him.
Dr. Two Brains and Teresa talking about Becky's characteristics - both physical and personality wise. Teresa confirms that Becky inherited his eye color and that when she looked into her eyes the first time she was born, she knew she would inherit Steven's personality.
*Dr. Two Brains reflecting back on the times the other villains compared him to Wordgirl* "Holy cheese curds they were right."
Becky has introduced her mom to the Botsfords and they enjoy her company and love to know more and talk about Becky's bio mom. Dr. Two Brains hasn't met them because of reasons. He does get a bit jealous at Wordgirl's adoptive family he has never met and a bit peeved at the idea of Wordgirl calling another person dad. He understands why due to their history but it still makes him a bit mad.
Also funny thing here.
Carrie: So does this mean you have been getting your butt kicked by your own kid this whole time.
Dr. Two Brains: *indignant and annoyed now* Excuse me! I will let you know that I was the one who taught her how to kick my butt in battle. Thank you very much!

If im being honest. Even in canon verse type of aus
I still see steven as Becky's real dad. Your half human half lexiconian headcanon is just perfect to me
Thank you. Also looking back on my old theory post I have to make some edits. Like when I talked about Becky having brown eyes like Steven, I meant they had the same eye color inherited. I just thought back then Becky had brown eyes. I am also fine if my headcanon does not turn out to be true in the end. It is still an awesome au/theory I love and enjoy.
