there's a place 600-800 metres from our new unit that's hiring and the pay seems to be a lot better than where I'm at. I really hope I get it
#I've working on my resume this weekend#I'm tolerable of my current job but I'm kinda over it man#you're paid essentially the same as a cashier with more responsibility#and you also need a car to drive all over the place#either gonna call in sick tomorrow or do a halfday because they want me to go all the way to manly for a 2:00 to 4:30 domestic clean#so like. probably 25-30 mins from the previous client#then driving around 40 kilometres home during peak hour traffic#to make what.. $75 lol? while also wearing down my car and having to buy petrol#honestly such a pisstake. I'm not fucked financially since being with them my incoming is less than my outgoing over a year and a half#though**

I talked with our occasional babysitter in MARCH about if she could do transportation for our oldest to do camp next week, she agreed so I paid the $450 and booked it, confirmed last week, and now SUDDENLY her family has changed their vacation and she isn’t available for like half the days. This is not a teen I’m talking about, this is a grown woman in her twenties with a child of her own. Just flat out flaking on me last minute and saying she can’t control her family and they would be out of money etc etc like what we paid for the camp is nothing? I don’t have local family, I don’t have backup, we’re scrambling to rearrange my husband’s schedule where we can and I have no idea what else to do
#I feel like the worlds worst mom#but also what could I have done differently?#Told my husband we are flat out not using this person any more#so now Im looking for someone new to help with a halfday camp two weeks from now#Im so upset

K so the outline is done and i know my subject pretty well so im confident i'll be able to write it, it wont be my best work but it'll be decent enough to get me my diploma (i hope) so i'll go to bed and tackle it in the morning
#i did spend like 30min looking around online for a new computer instead of working#that was my little recess of the night#but tomorrow it's all gonna be writing#i think i'll be done by monday afternoon at the latest#then i can edit and polish it up before the midnight deadline#completely doable no reason to panick#i have work on monday but i talked to my boss friday and he agreed to a halfday so i can finish up#so i should be out of there before noon#txt.
