Starfighter had it's 15th Anniversary!

I've never uploaded much of these here but I felt nostalgic over this comic I had discovered, when it had 8 pages and then continued to have such a grip on me that I learned to sew fullbody spacesuit from stretch vinyl for it. And now the smell of 4-way-stretch vinyl means friendship to me on undisclosed insane levels. Abel is me Cain is @neonpastelnina

I re-found HamletMachine Starfighter and man... I want it all. Been raving in Lundi's DMs about it and I went through the entire website just to peruse and appreciate. Re-read the comic too.

It has all the things that keep me sane inside. Feels like I'm a Hortus de Escapismo civilian and every time I look at Starfighter my paranoia bar goes from panicked red to peaceful white.

Thank GOD I dont read a lot of comics because otherwise I would never have gotten this bad boy up again. My most distant memory was the website view and that the character's colour scemes were matching in ways that rewired my brain.

We're team Abel, honeyyyyy, we cry when he cries and that is approximitely 4 times in chapter one.

i dont know if this is a hot take or whatever considering before about two days ago when i was reminded of it i hadnt thought about the comic since ~2018 and the fandom has been dead since 2022 it looks like but Abel forgave Cain way too easily- like i get that Cain didnt have a choice and im not blaming him for that but also… Abel, babygirl, you can be mad for a hot second, he pretty much forgave Cain Immediately but i think he should have been upset for a little longer- build up the drama, the suspense, be a little more mad, idk, just think he let him go a little too quick and a little too easy, boy should have been mad for a bit
