The last of my crochet gifts is finished and I managed that a few days before deadline (and over a week before ultimate deadline). I used 1500m (a bit less) of merino/acrylic yarn, hook size 4mm. It's for my mum.

The pattern is Rutka shawl by Martika Grabowska.

Okay so I made those Odysseus bracelets and I knew I had to also make Penelope and Odypen bracelets because I love them sm lol. You can get them here. I gave Penelope's bracelet an axe because of her challenge and the Odypen bracelet has both Odysseus' black beads and a few of Penelope's pink beads as well as an olive tree ^w^

From the very beginning, the vote between “keychain or asymmetric earrings” was close to each other

So the two wolves inside me said:

You know what? Why not

As a result, I ended up making earrings and one of them can be optional used as a keychain ☝️

This time I was mostly experimenting and just having fun with it, so yeah… it might feel a little extra in places. But I guess that’s part of the charm?

P.S. Stranger things:

Yesterday I nearly set my glove on fire while pulling pieces for these earrings/keychain out of the oven

Today I broke my glasses...

Another month, another shawl. This time for my good friend. She picked the colors and chose the pattern. It's Rutka shawl by Martika Grabowska (Kaleo handmade).

I used a little under 1400m for this one and I made it in record time of under two weeks.

Creating my own tarot was something I had planned for 2024. I think I kinda missed the mark on that resolution this year 😅... But... better late than never, I finally started testing and making some prototypes.
