Day 1 of looking for my wedding foundation.

Hello, there! I have been absent for quite a while, but, in that absence, I have accumulated a bit of a make-up stash that I have been meaning to review.

However, since there are more pressing matters, like my wedding (in 11 days 😱) I am focusing on finding the right foundation for me.

My criteria is simple, should be long wearing, good coverage, and right shade.

So far, my top 1 is Marc Jacob’s Re(Marc)able. In terms of coverage and longevity, this has really top marks (no pun intended 🤪).

Today, since I got my Sephora haul, I am trying Too Faced’s Born This Way. On me is the shade Vanilla. In addition to this foundation, I am also using Too Faced’s Hangover Replenishing Face Primer, Better Than Sex Mascara (testing this against my Heroine Make one), and Hangover Replenishing Primer & Setting Spray. I also am on the look out for a nice lipstick, so I found myself wondering at Tom Ford’s counter. This shade is Indian Rose 💕

I will give you an update at the end of the day on my thoughts and hopefully put in a photo too. 💋
