House: The Erstwhile Sanctuary

“This secluded cave passage once served as a shortcut for daring adventurers, but it only sees a very few uninvited travelers who’d live to tell a tale about it in this day and age, for it has been occupied by pirates and smugglers. 

Within this cavern of gargantuan mushrooms you can also find the remains of ancient ruins, and a sacrificial site, which has now been re-purposed as a stage for secret black market auction house to which only the few most wealthy and influential ones may receive an invitation to.”

Madness & Desires

“This house was an entry to Tamriel Homes’ housing contest #2: “Lost to Madness.” Pay a visit to this typical neighborhood home at you leisure and make yourself at home. Hang your coat on the mushroom by the door and grab some flesh from the pile and a drink with a secret flavor.  Don’t mind that some of the furniture are currently floating about in the middle of the room, they still function for you to get across the overgrowth. If you want, you can join my friends having a dinner - the fun will last forever!

You may also enjoy the performances of my talented companion who insisted on having a dance pole of his own. I admit I sometimes find myself joining him in the stage now and then.

If you are going to use the queen-sized bed, be informed you can find some smut and crosswords in the buckets nearby, and if you need help at relaxing just reach under the bed for some. There’s also an alarm clock, but the precision isn’t spot on, not until I have trained it further.”

The Altmer Tailor

“The theme of the house is “an altmer tailoring shop.” The downstairs has a lobby / showroom for the customers and a small side room for fitting and for taking measurements. In upstairs you can find the actual workshop and private quarters of the shopkeeper. Please do visit!”

The Forlorn Inn

House: Strident Springs Demesne

While the house is owned by @techno_spider, all the construction and furnishing has been done by @happy800mph. This house was created as a story and a hub location for Tamriel Homes’ roleplay campaign in the past.

The Forlorn Inn is essentially a secluded boarding-house that doesn’t see many visitors, but works more as a hideaway for some misfits and outlaws and people who generally don’t want to be found.

The Inn is owned by an old Khajiit who is often out in town carrying various routine tasks himself, while a young Bosmer lad helps by taking care of things back at the Inn. 

There are various small rooms in the building, most reserved for permanent or long-stay tenants of different backgrounds. Downstairs you can find a small tavern and a small stage for bards and other performers.

The premise also has a secret hatch to a nearby abandoned mine, and a mysterious tower that is forbidden to enter.

The Young Senches’ Hideout

House: Serenity Falls Estate

This house was originally built to serve as one of Tamriel Homes guild’s roleplay event locations in the past. Lore-wise it’s supposed to be an estate that was once owned by an Imperial general, but had later gone vacant and was inhabited by a fresh gang of young khajiit outlaws going by the name of Young Senches.

There’s signs indicating that they have had started to get their business rolling pretty well, while not everything in the household is that well attended to. There are some preparations that were meant for a party to be held at the house, but this idea was scrapped when the house furniture cap ultimately prevented further construction on the site. (It’s so punishing trying to fully furnish a big home with the current item limit.)

There’s also a hidden Skooma laboratory in the premise. See if you can find it.
