- romantic like lavender, or tough and sporty like ginny

- beautiful like fleur, or not fit society’s narrow standards, like madame maxine

- kind like luna, or ruthless like bellatrix lestrange

- funny like tonks, or have no sense of humour at all

- homeowners like molly weasley, or career-focused like minerva mcgonagall

women can be:

- sisters like parvati and padma patil

- friends like katie bell and leanne

- girlfriends (and wives) like angelina johnson

- mothers like narcissa malfoy

they are not perfect because women are people.

personality has no gender or sex. women can be all of these things. women can be more than these things. women can be none of these things.

and it doesn’t make them any less women, or any less important, because women can do whatever they want with the life they have. celebrate the ladies in your life!
