Echo during most of his time with the Bad Batch: tucking kids in, telling bedtime stories, always carrying healthy snacks, in bed by nine, putting people in time-out, telling “kids” to behave, tending to sick “kids”, being the only one to put their foot down and shut down any shenanigans, generally being a mom and an absolute angel (of course this is when he isn’t being the absolute badass that he is and always had been since let’s not forget that he’s an ARC Trooper)

What's my favourite scene in X-Men First Class? Well, easy, it's the scene where Hank shows up as Beast for the first time in the hangar. Why, you may ask?

Because, after the eternally hilarious exchange that is "never looked better man" "dont mock me" and Hank choking the life out of Erik,

After he puts him down and you can see behind them, we reach my favourite part of this scene:

Alex, who had been 2 seconds away from Actually mocking him, realising that after the bullshit he's been putting him through, Hank would have Genuinely Fucking Killed Him

I often think about how Lou Binghe is just a more attractive, darker haired, protagonist halo’d version of Shang Qinghua. SQH was too tired, too desperate, and too distracted to notice how much he put himself in LB upon his creation.

How flabbergasted SY would be when he realizes one day when Shang Qinghua looses his patience in a peak lord meeting. How SY knows that narrow eyed stare, twisted lip and voice like knives as he scolds his fellow peak lords for something SY isn’t listening to (he gets his work done thank you) - immediately calling SQH on it when he can and SQH is like no what are you on about bro?

LB doesn’t see it either when SY mumbles how the two look like kin, just a curl of his lips in dislike at his Shizun thinking of someone else.

Mobei Jun tilts his head and simply says ‘Shang Qinghua is Shang Qinghua’ when he hears about it.

It drives SY mad.

It tickles me that Liu Qingge is so transparently pissed at Shen Qingqiu for pulling the dying stunt and also pissed at him for sticking with Luo Binghe despite the fact he basically made himself an enemy of the sects, of Cang Qiong sect specifically, and more importantly brought grievous harm to Shen Qingqiu several times (or so it really seems to Liu Qingge, especially when he fishes them both up after Maigu Bridge). And he will fight Luo Binghe on sight, and he will berate Shen Qingqiu as if he's taken lessons from Qi Qingqi herself...

But he still unconditionally supports Shen Qingqiu. Like. He likes him so much, so he's still his friend, and brings him gifts like a big grumpy cat, and brings back his fans like a loyal dog.

Shen Qingqiu NEVER bothers explaining himself or the situation to him on page, but he goes off merrily with his disgraced disciple who stole his corpse and papapa-ed him to death as if it's the most natural thing in the world, and Liu Qingge will gnash his teeth and furrow his brows and sike his disciples on Binghe, but he will remain loyal and cute and friendly.
