This is a drawing of vee from the owl house with professor Layton, this is my very first time drawing him and he turned out really good, and I think he and vee look nice together.

I probably should’ve drawn Luke in this but I think that vee is good friends with professor Layton and Luke, and vee sees that Hershal Layton is like a father to her.

Another Mystery Room fic

"Why won't you accept he abandoned us, he took Luke and he left!" Alfendi glares at Katrielle. His sister glares back at him, standing her ground against her sibling as he loomed over her.

"Because he said he'd be back!" She sticks her tongue out at him, "he said he'd be back and he wrote to me and he promised!" Katrielle's voice comes out loud enough to drown out any other sound in the room.

"Oh, really? He promised. People break promise, you broke your promise to join me and become a detective."

"I was 5! And I am a detective." she crosses her arms, "you're not letting me complete that by not joining me."

Alfendi scoffs.

"A gentleman never breaks his promises! Never!" She yells, sweeping out the room before he can answer.

He couldn't blame her for not knowing their dad was a liar. He'd only found out when Flora admitted it in a moment of weakness. She was actually ashamed! How could she be ashamed of his actions? He lead her to believe that she'd done something to deserve being lied to because a true gentleman would never lie without cause.

Going home did nothing for his mood. Hershel Layton had a lot to answer for. The frustration followed him everywhere. It followed him when he went back to apologise. It only grew when Katrielle refused to open the door despite obviously being in. It was Hershel Layton's fault Katrielle was now refusing to talk to him.

Hershel Layton who had lied. Hershel Layton who had left them to be torn apart by his legacy. Hershel Layton who's legacy is impossible to follow who had pushed them all into places where they never had time for eachother, where they couldn't be close without colliding with each other.

He goes to work, black suit, black tie, he looked like someone from one of those spy movies. Hilda grins at him as they argue and Justin jokes about quitting, about how they were too much to deal with.

This is his family. It's weird and unconventional. He'd make it official soon. He had the ring all Hilda had to do was say yes. Justin was an obvious pick for best man too...

Who needs Hershel Layton when you have people like this.

The Layton Games

So I’ve seen at lot of hunger game simulators on this website and have enjoyed them all. However, I realized that no one had made one specifically for Professor Layton so I decided to change that. I’ve cut out some of it to keep things interesting.

Here are the tributes. I’ve tried to pair them in groups that make sense within the contex of the games

I like how the first plan of action was to get fishing gear, like I feel that is the worst way they could get food
