until I produced this lil kind of fancomic with a scene from chapter 5 of the fic Of Saints and Sinners by @morningstarwrites (totally go read it, it's awesome)

As a sucker for platonic Radiorose, this interaction has me weak over them. Rosie completely ignoring Alastor's attempts at threatening her because what's he gonna do? Bleat about it?

no but fr the fan comics and fanfics have done way more with the character dynamics for HB and for HH (it's not out yet, but I suspect I'm gonna be disappointed with how all three of Chaggie, Charlastor - whatever moments they get even though they aren't canon - and Huskerdust is written)

back when I was in fandom it was my goal to make a fancomic good enough for PDJ or someone else to want to dub it. I never got round to it cus I got busy with other stuff, then the steady decline of HB and whatever Twitter mess Viv was in that week put me off ever bothering

I still love those dubs though and I recommend them for anyone still attached to the fandom who doesn't want to be let down. There's especially some cute stuff for Radiodust & Huskerdust floating around. There are some good Stol/tz comics but most of them have to work around canon interactions & my dislike of Stolas has grown to the point I can't even with his show incarnation anymore, though the comics do tend to play fast and loose with including insta details. the other best thing to enjoy is the animatics of the Hunicast imo

If nothing else, we'll always have Paris Hunicast.

surprisingly the only reason Adam actually showed up on my pinterest is bc i sometimes look up HH art in general or just art of Sir Pentious and for some reason pinterest goes " oh you like that ?? here we have more stuff you'd like from them !! " bc i'm also getting stuff from a fancomic that's related to HH and i've NEVER seen it before until recently

So, I am working on a bigger art project that I will be making a sideblog for. It's a fancomic for HH/HB and I expect it to take...a long time. I'm still in the development stages of that mess since I am redesigning basically every character (even ones we haven't seen yet) to make them easier for me to draw. I will post on here when I get that set up since I know zero about webcomics at the moment and how to post them.

A foreword though, I am not doing this for any profit (obviously), but for the love of creating and wanting a satisfying story and characters. Also to test my still...subpar skills.

Yikes...Idek how long has it been since I've actually sat down and drew out one of my many comic ideas. 😂 But, here's the cover for one of them~! This whole comic is going to (hopefully) be short, plus it'll be some good practice for me on all grounds (eg. backgrounds, comic paneling, plot, etc.). As some (or none) of you may recall, I did make an attempt at making a short, Smash!Red-centric comic in the past-- then, I realized...If I used my usual art style, it'd take like mcfreaking forever to make pages...And my ADHD-lookin' ass won't be having that, so-- taking the Chad Cutesy Style route it is. lol

Honestly, this comic might not come out good, but...for the sake of the whole 'new year new me' shtick-- I just wanna finally be able to say I, at the very least, brought one of my silly ideas to fruition.

If I'm confident enough, I'll likely make more comics down the line! Plus, knowing me, I'll likely make more Dark and Angsty Pokemon/Smash bros comics later on, 'cause I just l o v e making my favorite characters suffer. :']

My break is over. However, I still gotta work on several animation collabs auditions and spots. And since I'm also working aside of my art, as I'm not making a living from it yet, my personal projects sadly aren't my priority right now. So it's normal if I don't post much, despite being back.

I hoped that I'd have still worked on some stuff during my break if I felt like it. But right at the beginning, I watched Hazbin Hotel, which was on my "To watch" list, and instantly became a fan. And I love Angel Dust and the only thing I doodled these 2 weeks was him, and the rest of the time (other than outings and such) was watching HH videos, reading fancomics, etc. XD So yeeeaaah... 😅

I'm more saddened by the fact that it's a musical and not a truly grasping plot that'll follow itself through (I'm assuming oof) Nothing wrong with musicals, but I would've preferred the older and grittier take on HH that Viv had in mind like way long ago

I don’t like musicals much tbh. Hard for me to get into, so I don’t blame you.

BUT (cue another shameless friend plug) if you like the old, gritty HH- go check out @tremendousmiraclecherryblossom‘s comic forgery! It’s a fancomic based on the old designs and personalities of the HH crew, it’s one of my favorite webcomics! 

You want good writing? He’s got it. It’s beautifully written and the characters are A+ on point!

I recall a Drunk Alastor mini-comic that was quite nice as a short comic.

Bet that the fancomic is going to be more interesting than the real Alastor, knowing how bad HH will turn out.
