Some more obscure, covert 13′s in The Ladies Man. 

My sister spotted these and after consultation, we stand by them. They do require a bit more observation and decoding but they are 13′s. We also feel that their more cryptic, slightly absurd appearances are very fitting for this particular film. For further context there is a clip from a 70′s telethon where Jerry is very excited about the ending numbers of the toteboard total adding to a 13. To quote Jerry, “13 ON THE END!!!” So, with that in mind and knowing Jerry’s character to be highly clever and detail-oriented, my sister and I are of the opinion that disguising 13′s within numerology and visual puzzles is not outside the realm of plausibility.
