17th Seiyu Awards

This year's Seiyu Award ceremony was the first in-person one in three years, and it's also the first year that they made the awards completely gender-neutral which is a decision I can get behind. With each of the awards, I will be putting one notable role each from this past year or so, but I won't be putting any for some awards. I might put my thoughts under some, but I don't want to clog this post with too much uselessness.

Personality: Aimée initially comes off as a bubbly airhead with minimal intelligence, inside lies a cunning and crafty individual. Aimée knows exactly how to read a person just from a single interaction. From the moment you tell her just a single piece of information about your love life, Aimée has already formulated a five page list of possible suitors and solutions in her mind. Why does Aimée keep up this ditzy persona? Because it’s entertaining of course! Aimée loves the feeling she gets when she fools someone with this persona of hers! Although her true personality comes off as cold and icy, Aimée just wants the people she loves to be with someone that loves them in return and she would do anything for that to happen. Aimée’s true personality still does retain bits of her bubbly air headed persona but that only comes out when she’s with her beloved friends! Backstory: Aimée comes from a rich and powerful family from the Kingdom of Heros. Her family has connections to both Jupiter Corp and STYX so as she was growing up, she went to many business dinners with her family. There she met a boy around her age with bright flaming blue hair. Despite both of them having a mutual distaste for the other, they oddly became good friends but unfortunately had to part ways later on. When Aimée was older, she got into a toxic relationship with a boy. Aimée did not love the boy but stayed with him because she felt as though he had no one else to turn to. Finally fed up with the relationship, Aimée called it quits and despite the begging and pleading of the boy, she refused to keep in contact. Much later on, Aimée was accepted into NRC and was sorted into Ignihyde much to her chagrin.
