And here is my finished "Palace of Medusa" based on the artwork of the same name by @patrickjjonesillustrator sculpted by the team @mindwork.studio I fell in love with this as soon as I saw it! Painting this was quite possibly the most work I have ever done on a piece, with numerous layers going into each element and glazing to try to get as much depth as I could without making it look overdone. I loved the original and wanted to show it while amplifying the colour so it could be seen at its smaller scale, which proved to be quite challenging! I really hope you enjoy this piece as much as I do and I also hope that it might get some sort of achievement at the @qld_model_hobbies_expo in August, so if you are in the Brisbane area and are attending the event you can see this amazing piece as well as some of my other works in person! Nun haben auch die ersten zwei Vorboten Farbe bekommen. Die Vorboten sind, wie der Held Vaerix, Drachenhybriden, allerdings dienen diese hier noch treu dem Drachenfürsten. Meistens verheißt es nichts Gutes, wenn sie den Spielplan betreten. Schaut auch heute wieder bei den anderen der #myminiyourmini  crew vorbei (Liste unten). 🇬🇧 Now the first two harbingers have also been given color. Like the hero Vaerix, the harbingers are dragon hybrids, but they still serve the dragon lord. Most of the time, it doesn't bode well when they enter the game board. Like many a 40k player, you end up with spare space marine models here and there and after some time and a few too many really good deals on EBay I have enough marines to have an army so I did some looking and some color tests and here is my first Emperor’s Spears mini. I like the darker blue armor but I’m still color testing and we’ll see where they end up when I’m happy with them

Die ersten beiden "Wiedergänger" sind fertig. Zwei fehlen noch.💪 Das Farbschema musste ich nochmal ändern, die Rüstungsteile waren in einem Kupfergrau, aber das hat überhaupt nicht zusammen gepasst. Hat etwas Zeit gekostet, aber das Ergebnis finde ich deutlich besser.👀 🇬🇧the first two "wights" are ready. Two are still missing. I had to change the color scheme again, the armor parts were copper grey, but it didn't go together at all. Side note: don’t work with old employers, they hate it when you’re more successful than them.
