Good news for all you tire kickers, gear heads and even new vehicle purchasers, the Montreal International Auto Show returns for 2022. Expect to see a slew of electric stuff.

Well Honda has finally done it. They’ve given us an SUV that isn’t catered to city slickers who believe they need a 4x4 to go shopping at Walmart in 2 inches of snow. The Honda Passport TrailSport – there’s a mouthful, is the first SUV in Honda’s history to actually not only look the part of an all terrain vehicle, but if judging by the press reports, will actually be able to take on the big boys in the segment

The TrailSport edition features standard intelligent Variable Torque Management (i-VTM4®) marketing speak for an all-wheel drive system with true torque vectoring.

A 3.5-litre V6 engine provides motivation with 280 horses (262 lb.-ft. of torque) and is hooked up to a 9-speed automatic transmission. Yes Virginia manual transmissions are rare even in SUVs.
