Izel your OCs are so cool, I care them... They're all fantastic in different ways but Elly is my favorite!!! This is something I’ve thought about a bit before but it’s still rough as most things, but back when they used to do internships (Hal is one of the first of the new batch of interns in the revamp of the program since “The Incident”), that was one of the main points of the program, finding out which part of the happiness regulating process they would want to be a part of. For now I have a rough outline for what sort of jobs the Happiness Facilities have in order to keep the happiness rate steady and or slowly growing! Operatives who go to earth, Technicians who research kids before hand, Magic Engineers that oversees the magical machinery they use for the portals and filtering the raw magic, the numbers folks that calculate earths happiness and do all the cool statistics and graphs that help the technicians (techs know how to do this too, but on a more individual level, like seeing how a kids happiness levels has improved over time vs the Calculators who calculate an entire country or city), A Selection Committee that probably finds and decides which kids need assistance, a literal human resources where techs can go get info on humans and check out any magical equipment they need, like happy drones( i really gotta design these cause they’re super important to the world fjjffj, they’re basically lil drones that turn invisible and are how unicorns can do research and keep an eye on humans without risking their lives <3) 

OOf okay went on a tangent again jaja, SO the internship program Hev was a part of was specifically to help prepare them for either being a HT (happy tech) or FO (field op) because 1) bigggg job, so it requires a lot of training 2) DANGErous job, 3) but also the biggest way to literally help unicornkind 4) ANd the biggest way to get fame and fortune soooo lots of reasons to wanna join if that’s something a unicorn may be into. Usually you pick your interest before joining the program, but they’re open to undecided interns as well. You just gotta have those good grades and have a certain amount of magical potential. (Because they will either be operating huge magical machinery if they’re a tech, OR taking in HUGE amounts of magic and raw magic and USING said magic if they’re an operative, so having a certain level of magical knowledge and ability is a big deciding factor, but not the end all be all ofc) 

So for Trixie, he already decided he was going to be an Operative before hand, and so his internship program helped him with those skill sets! And once hired that’s exactly the job he got! Hev on the other hand got stuck on earth for a 100 years, and despite originally wanting to also be an Op, there was a lot of... legal issues... once they came back to earth, but in exchange for keeping quiet about the incident, the company gave them a job, the only spot that was open.. a tech, and by that point Hev just wanted any way to help humans out so they gladly accepted it. But back then if you were a part of the intern program you pretty much were guaranteed a job on the specific track you signed up for.

Now during the130ish years without the internship program,  the rules became much stricter, there was no more earth field trips for interns that’s for sure, they chose their techs and operatives very carefully, and pretty much didn’t really hire any new ones unless they already had experience, had gone through intense private training elsewhere at another company, or some form of recommendation. But luckily with time, the internship program came back, and with Hev as the companies low profile human consultant they’re hoping this time no one gets killed ;w;

Oh, my mom loves Niall’s album too. But I don’t think she “knows” any of the lyrics,jajaja. Though, she knows the hmmmm in This Town. But that’s all. Honey is a menace, yeh, I couldn’t love him more,jajajaja. He can’t see me petting Liam, he gets jealous and comes to me and headbutt my hand so I pet him too. And Liam is so patient with him. They’re totally like liam and Louis, jajja. Hey! did I tell you the story about when I got Liam? no!! Well, someone gave my dad 4 kitties (they were sooooo small). So, guess their names (it was post March 25, 2015…) yes!! They were named (by me) Louis, Niall, Harry and Liam, jajajajajja. But Harry died a couple of days later, because he was really really young. He couldn’t survive without his mom ☹️. And the other three, my dad took them to a place we have were he has a little garden (?) with vegetables and chickens and proper farm-y, jejeje. I wasn’t too (any) into cats back then, so… Then he brought home one of them, to have our home free of mice. AND IT WAS LIAM!! And I adopted him. I took care of him. We started loving each other. And he became useless with mice, jajaja. He’s totally domesticated now 😝. And that’s his story. The rest? Louis became a big alpha male at their new home. But s car ran him over last summer, and he died 😔. And Niall is a female, jajajajaa. And I hate her. Because she hasn’t been able to keep her kitties alive once!! (She’s pregame again, and we’re praying this time she knows who to be a mom🙏🏻) Ah!! And Honey had siblings the other day!! The guy who gave it to my dad is my brother’s friend and he show him a pic. Hey, we might have in common the reason why we started liking tats, jajajjajaa. And, well, to piss off the family is as good a reason as any other,jajajaja. And why are dads like that?? It will be considered a massive destruction weapon, so he better be careful. But god, for real, when will Louis and Liam release their albums. At this pace, Harry and Niall will be releasing their second one before LiLo has finished their respective tours. And when they finish, Narry will have release their second one, and will be promoting them. So Lilo will start working in their seconds one. Hiiii, Love!!!! I’m so sorry it took me so long to answer! but yesterday I was busy, and when I came home my head hurt like a b*tch, 😖😖. Liam’s eyes very pretty, aren’t they? We just put in there his family, his biggest celebrity crush, our friends, ourselves and a couple of animals and started writing nonesense. He hasnt read anything yet, bcs we want to finish it first, and me and my cousin (and our siblings, bcs they wanted to help) only hang out alone sporadically. But we laugh a lot writing it. Tbh I never payed attention to that, :/ (heteronormative mind and all that). If I had, maybe I had known about a lot of my high school friends’ sexuality. Looking back, we were just a group of friends, boys a girls, nobody cared about boyfriends/girlfriends (we were friends from 12-16). Then we went our separate ways, and we lost touch. And now I see in Facebook that they are gays and lesbians, and I’m like… :/ we didn’t know much about those things back then. And I hope I didn’t make any comments who could offend/affect them. But it makes me so happy to see them being themselves and living with they’re boyfriends and girlfriends… 😊 I just wish I could have been a better friend back then 🤷🏻‍♀️. But now I pay attention to that. And I always try to show support in a non invasive way. And try to educate people about who they’re been homophobic, or make not appropriate comments… like there’s this boy (around 16) that likes to paint his nails. And I love everything to do with nails. And, at the shop, I comment on people’s nails (if I know them enough, lol). And I always try to say something nice to this guy. To normalize the fact that he has his nails painted (and no make a statement that I approve of it, if someone else is listening, so they don’t make rude comments around me). And then my friend’s sister is Lesbian. But their mother is so ancient-minded… like, my friend has a dit of fat, and she’s always making comment about how she should be skinnier bc she won’t ever find a husband 😒. And her sister is very thin. And once, she was working as cleaner in a /cuartel de la guardia civil(?)/. And their mother was always: hmmm, I hope she finds a good guy there, bc she’s never had a boyfriend. And I always thought: I wonder why, lol. Well, she finally came out to her parents, and while they don’t treat her different (which I don’t know if it’s good or no), they’re like “waiting” she changes her mind. And hoping she finds a boyfriend. Anyway, her mother is friends with my mom, and she comes to visit at the shop sometimes, and she always has a comment to make about what people do or don’t do. And I get so angry 😡. I’m always correcting her. But she doesn’t listen. And I feel sorry for my friend and her sister. So whenever I have the chance I saw her my support, and always talk about these things, lol. (I talk so much about lgbt+ things, that my family associates me with it, to the point that every time they see a rainbow or whatever they tell me: look look! And I just satisfied with it. At least they don’t make so much homophobic comments anymore 😒)

Well, she isn’t a nasty anti, jajajja, but she doesn’t think they’re together. Not for nothing special, just that she thinks they would say it if they were together. And since they haven’t say it, they aren’t together. But I’ve shown her the famous Christmas pic, and she doesn’t Thing B was ever pregnant. And I show her pics of F to ask for an outsider opinion, and she doesn’t think the kid looks like Louis at all, lmao. So, I think if they ever come out, she wouldn’t care at all. She asked me if I think they’re still together, and I told her that now more than ever, but it’s a long story, so we should talk about it another time, bc lol, we were just talking about it for a couple of hours, and we both had things to do. Of course, I dont share that info with everybody, but I dont mind my friends knowing. I have this one friend that i bother everytime i get frustated bcs of a fic. I tell him the plot, and what is happening and i cry about it (and he laughs at me but at least he listens). Sometimes i make him choose which one should i read next when i cant decide. (9)

I listened today Room for 2 and Homesick, and I think I like them. I’ll have to listen this new one two. For me, to like a song, I have to heard /a lot/ (not as much as Despacito, please). How lucky you are, you can pay attention to more than one thing. If smartphones and SM had been a thing back on my student days, I would have failed everything. In fact I did. Yes, it makes perfect sense. I totally get it. When I first heard OMO I thought “lol, me”. And when i heard Mirrors i though “not so lol. Me too”.
