To the point, Daedra would feel she was acting out of character for herself if others didn't regard her with such. Atleast upon first meeting. Like a badge of honor at this point, in a weird way.

Me: yeah prices for houses are getting completely unreasonable, I think the whole market is going to collapse (literally bcz no one will be living in most of the houses) in 10-15 years

My family: yeah but you guys have record low interest rates and mandatory down payment, I mean a 7% down payment with 2% interest was unheard of in my time! That's fantastic news!

Me: yeah no those high unterest rates and high mandatory down payments ensured that house prices never got unreasonable. People are buying houses with up to a 30 year mortgage, that 2% adds up over time, and it's very likely that something will happen in those 30 years that will render the family unable to make the necessary payments. But thats also why I think the housing market may last 10-15 years, we're extending the hotpotato game as long as possible, but eventually the final payment will come due and my generation will be left with thousands or millions of vacant decrepit houses with no amentities for miles. The housing market is a ponzi scheme, and it's time we start treating it like one and kill it dead before it kills us

I hate playing Headcold Hotpotato in this house. Dad always gets it first and it's a barely inconvenienced sniffle, then Bear gets it and it's a little worse, and by the time it hits me and mom? Death by mucous. One step up from a zombie. You will never breathe or sleep or taste anything again. Your lips are cracking and falling off.

I have been marinating in my own snot and sweat all week and I am exhausted. Can't even enjoy the first snow for all this shit.

Also dad took all the pseudoephedrine and didn't replace it cuz he's a dick.

Did you ever heard about Hot Potatoes?🥔

The Hot potatoes is a software suite. It is not an open source. You may use it for any purpose or project you like.

It includes five applications that can create exercises for the World Wide Web (WWW). Hot potatoes software contains applications such as JCloze, JCross, JMatch, JMix and JQuiz. There is also a 6th application called The Masher. The Masher will compile all the Hot Potatoes exercises into one unit.

The Hot Potatoes six applications very simple and easy to use. It enables you to create interesting and creative multiple choice, short answer, jumbled-sentence, crossword, matching/ordering and gap-fill exercises.

Below is the link of the Hot Potatoes software. You can take a look and start creating interesting work for yourself or for your friends.

Using kahoot for teaching and learning

Just learnt how to use kahoot. I think that it is a very interesting 'game- based learning platform'' which gives teachers a quick and efficient way to assess students (mainly formative but also summative assessments).

It is easy to use and can be used for free. Pictures and videos can be added, which will make it even more fun and interesting for students to use. Has a lot of advantages over jquiz (hotpotatoes). It can be used with google classroom for online teaching and learning.

I am creating my first 'kahoot', will add the link to my google classroom.'I think they will work great together.
