Combo 1: @fever4fitnesss crunches (elbows touch knees at same time); @make0xcuses overs & unders (feet touch) into feet together leg raises from side to side over his feet (left to right equals one rep) into alternate leg raises over his feet (left and right is one rep into leg raises (legs stay outside during set).
