I stay #KillingFat At the beginning of my fitness journey I read something in an article that said, "The fastest & easiest way to fail when you're striving for greatness is to do what everyone else is doing." So ever since then I've paved my own way in the #Gym. I know what my goals are and I'm completely cool with being #TheWeirdGuyInTheGym. Ok, admittedly some things won't change. A bench press is a #BenchPress and the #Strength range or #Endurance rep range will never change. How you own it, however is completely up to you. My #WarmUps start out with 3 rounds of my ambitions. Trying to convert into a #Handstand #OneArmPullUp #OneArmPushUp a #Level & a #WideGripPullUp. With burning 4000+ calories daily on average and staying in the #FatBurningZone about 80-90% of the time during #Exercises, it's a far greater sin to want to be normal. (Especially when normal people in the gym don't want to be normal themselves) And I'm training for my first #5K and started #IntervalTraining (swipe left). #IReadALot #KnowledgeIsPower #IAmPowerHungry #KindaBeastly #IGFitness #InstaFitness #GymIsLife #Musclevation #WorkoutMotivation #GymMotivation #NoExcuses #TrainHard #PersonalTrainer

#HowToGetAbs #Core #LegDay #BackDay Awesomeness on 💯 from #MuscleAndFitnessMagazine I learned the power of combining the #PullUp with other #Workouts in a conversation with another trainer a while ago. I found it effective when added to a #Squats set. (Squat, rest 1 minute. Pull up set, rest 1 min. repeat to completion) A previous post states 5 mins rest between sets yields 152% #Muscle #ProteinSynthesis vs 76% with only 1 minute rest and to work other muscle group while waiting for that 5 minutes to burn out which is why I added the pull up to the squat. As an advanced lifter, I start with a 30 sec side #Plank (each side to activate my #Obliques and #Abs), do half my squat/pull up set, then a 1 minute #SidePlank and finish second half of the circuit. Yes I know! They say you should leave to obliques and #AbExercise for last, but if #Muscles do not develop until they are tired.... Well😞. A pretty lax #Workout. #LegDay. Lots and lots #Squats due to bad knees. 14 sets of 15 reps from just the bar to 175lbs. #Deadlift my max and #LegExtensions. However, 66% of it was in the #FatBurningZone and I'm cool with that considering the first 30mins is warming up. Cool down was a #Walk to the store for a #PostWorkoutMeal. 2 cups of #GreekYogurt, 2 #Bananas, a #ProteinBar, and liter of #Water for my #ProteinShake for an extra #CaloricBurn. I wonder what my stats are on my #Beastly days?
