Happy Humpday, gorgeous peeps! 🐪😁 My yoga practice usually begins between 5am - 5:30am, but since I awoke at 3:13am 😯 I approached my mat at 4am. 🌃 My Gurus have encouraged me to wake up at that time to meditate, do pranayama, and prepare for asana, but I’m not sure if it’s in my path just yet. 🤔 It was a peaceful morning, nevertheless. 😌 .
