Ohhhh, I canโ€™t believe tomorrow is Day 8๏ธโƒฃ and final day of the #SummerMoonYogis #yogachallenge. ๐Ÿ˜ข It has been such a wonderful experience seeing my co-hosts and our participants share their exquisite posts. I learned so much from all of you! ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป . . The last #asana is Kapotasana aka #pigeonpose or #yogischoice, so in closing I opted for Eka Pada Dhanurasana aka #oneleggedbowpose or #fallendancer pose. The sun was really starting to beat down on my face and I was getting a bit dehydrated (guilty! ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ), so it was difficult to get my foot to my head. Day 2--
Well, today I woke up with vertigo. It's something I suffer from, not usually on a daily basis, but it does affect my life. Since I had my "dizzies" (Arrested Development, anyone?) I decided to take it easy today, focusing mainly on mediating and stretching, and less on movement. I did get to practice day 2 of the March Backbend Challenge, but it definitely doesn't look great! I guess I should also mention I suffer from chronic lower back pain. Fun! So this backbend challenge is, well, a challenge! I did managed to go for 11 minutes today. Hopefully my dizzies will be gone by tomorrow. *crosses fingers*
