Ostatni dzień sierpnia. Ale zleciało. Dopiero co był lipiec, zaczynałam praktyki inwentaryzacyjne i nie mogłam się doczekać aż je skończę i pojadę do domu. A tu już wrzesień za pasem. Waga spadła bardzo fajnie, wyczuwam jutro 66 z przodu 🤭 ale nie chce się napalać, bo kurcze ostatni raz tyle ważyłam z 3-4 miesiące temu albo jeszcze dalej. Tęskniłam.

W pracy trochę nudnawo i monotonnie, ale staram się nie zasypiać zbyt często 😅 jeszcze tylko jutro i urlop 🫶 nie mogę się doczekać.. później jeszcze na trzy tygodnie do pracy i witaj uczelnio, nie tęskniłam XD

Żołądek i wszystko z nim związane wróciły do normalnego trybu pracy, mogę jeść! Choć dalej robię to ostrożnie, nie przejadam się, nie jem ciężkostrawnych dan, żeby mi się nic nie nawróciło. Powoli do przodu.

2nd Update

Consistently using the Fenty Toner with the rest of my routine has been wonderful for my skin, but a new problem has now come up: I was running low on cleanser. I was scrolling through Sephora for cleansers, and the reviews were all over the place for everything. Shopping for something I knew nothing about was really difficult, and equally daunting. I wanted something that was gentle on my skin, but still effective enough to cleanse my skin properly. I settled on the Farmacy Whipped Greens: Oil Free foaming cleanser, nervously tried it out, and was happily surprised. My skin felt clean afterwards, but not stripped. My skin cleared up a lot, and other treatments like tretinoids or exfoliating didn't bother as much as they used to and felt as if they were working better.

I still had a little bit of my old cleanser left, so when I was in the shower I used that with the Neutrogena Hydroboost Cleansing Oil and my skin immediately broke out. Those were clearly too harsh for my skin, especially because my skin felt dry and tight after the shower, when it still feels fine with the Farmacy cleanser. It reiterated the fact that finding the right products for your skin are important, but budget is something that should be kept in mind also. There are quality products at the drugstore, and more expensive does not always mean better.

3. a specific color that gives you the ick?

BEIGE. idk if it’s bc of growing up in the early ‘00s where everything was painted beige/light brown but it’s awful. the current gray-everything trend is having the same effect.

9. do you have a skincare routine (and how many steps is it)?

i do! only 5 steps: wash face with cerave hydrating skin cleanser, use the ordinary’s glycolic acid toner, apply cosrx’s 95 snail mucin, moisturize with neutrogena hydroboost gel. i use the ordinary’s mineral filters spf30 sunscreen in the mornings/before i go out but it’s very tacky on my skin so i won’t be repurchasing.

12. brand of haircare/bodycare/skincare that you trust 100%?

ooh, tough question! i rotate my hair products frequently but right now i really like the kristin ess micellar water shampoo and the ref intense hydrate shampoo & conditioner. skincare - cosrx, never tried anything from them i didn’t like. bodycare - the slmd body scrub cleared my kp almost completely. that’s a holy grail product for me.

18. your boba/tea order?

i used to be a die-hard taro girl but i’ve been switching it up lately. if i want something sweet the place near me has an oreo crème brûlée that’s v good, otherwise i get thai milk tea.
