Everybody, I made a breakthrough with the new Take Me Back To Eden alphabet and one of the poems on the jumpers. Excuse my sloppy handwriting, but the only letters still missing are J, X, and Z.
The jumper says:
“I am hunting something, and in turn, that same thing is hunting me.
The beholder, the void beyond. I am the line between. I am the teeth of God.”
The UN General Assembly just voted to adopt the resolution to abide the advisory opinion of the ICJ (I wrote about it here) which states, and is now affirmed by the UNGA, that "Israel is under an obligation to bring to an end its unlawful presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as soon as possible", and is demanding that this happens within the next 12 months. In the full resolution, available here, urges countries to stop exporting arms and support to Israel, lest they be found in breach of international law. They are also specifically demanding that Israel returns the teritories it had gained since their occupation of Palestine started in 1967. This is huge. I urge you all to read the whole thing, but this part struck me as the most impactful:
Also, 124 countries voted for this resolution. I'll leave you the picture of the vote here. Take from it what you will.
