In ep 24 "Knock Knock" I found this interaction between Kalaya and Eursulon so fascinating

Kalaya: You're a true friend of a wizard of the citadel?

Eursulon: Yes.

Kalaya: Is she kind?

Eursulon: She can be.

It felt like such a big sister thing to be cautious of this wizard and have concern for her little brother. A spirit in a world that can be unkind to wild ones such as themselves.

But more interesting than that was Eursulon's answer. "She can be." It could be interpreted as, sometimes she is kind and other times not. Which we have seen both from Suvi (wielding the power, prestige, and station of a wizard vs loving and cherishing her friends).

But it could also be interpreted in a future connotation. Like she COULD be kind but we have yet to see. Will the citadel justification machine take over or will she retain the lessons learned from grandmother wren and hold on to a respect for the world of spirits

Last Eursulon saw Suvi she was caught between her friends and the citadel. And while wizardry is not innately unkind the systems put in place by the citadel can be concerning. Suvi has the potential to go down an alarming path with the brass of the citadel pushing her along. She has the capacity to be "unkind". But the gut reactions we see from her. The Suvi reactions, not Sky or the citadel, but SUVI are always kind. With her friends in her life Suvi can be kind and would continue to be kind. But her friends keep pulling away and the fall out from the last goodbye may be very influential into who Suvi will be.

Eursulon may not have meant much by his response but it feels very ominous in that we are yet to see the type of legacy this interation of the wizard Sky is going to leave.

hi i have just created the FUNNIEST interaction in my head, by mixing the "potential baby's" ask and "hunter being in Insane Grimwalker denial"

potential future where everyones like. early twenties and hunter still doesnt know the grimwalker thing but luz has decided she wants kids with her life partners, and hunter and amity agree. but also all of them are feeling stressed abt how to go abt this, pregnancy, and who will carry, etc. etc.

so hunter is researching solutions.. and he finds grimwalkers. and hes reading through like. "hm, magenta eyes.. strange coincidence." and he decides he wants to propose this to luz and amity. bc it avoids a lot of the mess they were worrying abt.

and he makes a whole fucking power point and is so caught up in powerpoint mode he doesnt notice the audience reactions (i imagine he even uses the magenta eyes as a pro bc "itll look more like my kid if im not the ortet.") and he finishes it still not noticing the reactions until hes like "so. thoughts?"

luz, as if on command, softly goes "not again" and faints all while shaking like a chihuahua. amity, not even looking at luz but still managing to catch her, just says "hey hunter. are you fucking stupid?"

So, what do you think would be more devastating to see:

Miguel lashing out violently at Peter B while Mayday's in the bjorn and her screaming (or at least looking scared) and him realizing what he's become if even Mayday is scared of him?

or Miguel lashing out violently and everyone else being scared to even take a step closer to him but then Mayday casually crawls to him and hugs his leg and Miguel just crumbles under his grief and Mayday wipes his tears and then Miguel finally manages to smile again?

Guys what if Lex and Hannah combine powers? Like, you get Lex's ability to reach across space and dimensions alongside Hannah's "nuclear power plant" energy and ability to see across realities and into the Black and White.

With Hannah bolstering and guiding her, could Lex pull the Black Friday MacMamara out of the Black and White? Sure, there's the risk that he'd essentially disintegrate, but if Hannah could accidentally revitalize Willabella and Wilbur, why couldn't she purposefully save John?

Or hell, let's think overly big and forget about individual people. If Hannah's that powerful, and they get additional help from Webby, could the Fosters pull together timelines?

I'm reading thru my kid brother's summer reading list with him because he's a lazy butthead and can't be cajoled to do anything academic and he needs to prep for his Fancy Highschool and someones gotta read along and make sure he's ACTUALLY reading and not just using sparknotes and I'm incredibly jealous of the academic opportunities he's getting that we couldn't afford when I was his age

Half his reading list is stuff I also read in highschool, and the other half isn't, which is fine except that what I REALLY want to do is go back to thara celehar hours. The count of Monte Cristo is RLLY interesting so far but also I can only read about bonapartists and royalists for so long before I go insane
