you ever catch feelings for somebody but you've spent your entire life convinced/convincing yourself that you're fundamentally unattractive and broken in a way that makes you unlovable and unsuited to any sort of relationship, and so instead of just enjoying that extra dopamine burst of seeing them around you just make yourself feel miserable for even daring to feel that way in the first place? or is that just me?

Found a Fun Genshin Impact Uquiz

fuck a baldwin queue i want an arlo queue so bad i hate having to click all that shit again every 10-15 minutes please god let me just queue up like 5 magnifying glasses at a time and forget about it for like an hour please god

my mom: *has dozens of stories of both myself and her being the exact opposite of a Pleasure to Have in Class, blissfully ignoring instructions, doing our own thing, and being very impulsive*

also my mom: "everyone in this family is Normal™ :)"

#a growing list of things i didn't start noticing until i was an adult with a job who lived on my own #the one that drove me to post tjis was the twelve year old one because ive THOUGHT that before #many times #and she said it too so im like #'woman we are the same'#another driving point is the fact that when i go home to visit people tell me i remind them of my nine year old brother #not my mom #not my dad #not my adult sisters who look like me #its kinda hilarious #anyways gonna try and get a diagnosis in the next year or so wish me luck #once upon a time i wouldn't have bothered but im too easily distracted and forgetful at work so im hoping medication helps #calico is befuddled #and not so say that these symptoms make a diagnosis but they aint all that neurotypical either

everyone jokes about memory and how i cant remember things i said minutes ago and yeah i joke about it too but it Is a bit disturbing from time to time just how easily i forget stuff

i went to go make soup so i poured the soup into the bowl and then walked away to go Do Something and forgot the soup on the counter . then i came back and put the soup in the microwave before forgetting how long to cook it for (even though i looked at the can) and so i looked at it and then realized oh my cat needs water so i gave him water and then went and sat back down in my room thinking the task was Complete before going to my room sitting down for like 10 minutes and being like huh im hungry i should make something to eat. and then going out and seeing the bowl of soup in the OPEN MICROWAVE and being like oh did i not cook it. i thought i closed the door but i guess i just Left it open. and had i not started feeling hungry again it woulda sat there all night . . . god

#i wish there were two of me #i wish there was me (normal me) and me (non-memory issues me) who just follows me around being like #'dont forget (x)! hey dont forget to do (y) while ur doing (x)! dont forget you have to do (z)!'#because while i do have that inner monologue for like a minute i end up getting distracted with other things so easily and then #whoops there goes the thought and now i dont remember what i was gonna do so ill just sit here #ill be like i need to do something. and then forget about it . and then 3 horus later just start doing it because im like oh #i need to do something.#you get it #god . its frustrating #this is why i think i wouldnt be able to function living alone i . cant do this by myself #im the kjind of person who forgets that im in the shower and ends up just sitting in there for an hour #and the person who goes to the bathroom and is in there for 30 minutes because i get distracted picking at my skin #gah i hate being easily distracted i hate being forgetful i hate mentol illnece . agrrghh agrhgghhgg
