So this happened a week (or more) ago...but I found out that my job pays the guys more than the girls. By two whole dollars. I get paid 9 USD, the guys get paid 11 USD. Looks like I'm finding a new job, again. 😑😭

Hey all! So my fam was in a super bad car wreck in august of 2021 & as a result we’ve got some super bad spine/neck injuries which have rendered us unable to work. I’ve been denied social security disability so now I get to fight through the red tape of the appeals process. We’re still waiting on the litigation process to be completed but in the meantime we’re asking for some assistance trying to help keep our bills paid since all of our savings are gone. Even if you can’t donate, it would be super appreciated if you could share to spread the word!

I've got a couple of big bills coming up in a couple of weeks and my main job's checks have been slim as of late and I can't drive right now to pick up that slack. shadowbaning is maybe not a thing on Tumblr the same as on other sites but you can't get messages which means that you blog is restricted

I definitely don't think Tumblr is actively shadowbanning users, but I do think there's a weird glitch that happens, and since it closely resembles your typical shadowban, that's just what people call it. I've lost some major functionality on this blog, so something is definitely wrong. I'm sure support will get it sorted soon.

THAT BEING SAID, I've slept on it and decided that once I have part 8 all nice and tidy like I want it, I will just go ahead and post it here as usual. I'm not going to tag anyone (because I can't), but once I regain full functionality of my blog, I'll reblog the post with everyone tagged.
