Hi! I'm Finch! I'm a writer of fiction, primarily queer fantasy. I'll post things I've written here, but I also reblog a lot of tips, resources, and other people's work! I am more than open to tag games as long as you are open to me forgetting about them and posting them late, haha.
Here's a rundown of my main WIPs:
Project: The Rubicon, est. 2012
modern urban fantasy, supernatural, horror elements
Peter Alvarez leaves New York for the South in search of the best friend who he thought committed suicide years ago. What he finds instead is more than he bargained for: a landlord who befriends him in unexpected ways, a coworker who hates him on sight for no reason, a boss who gives him more chances than he deserves, and the ghost that brought them all together.
Peter Alvarez, 26, he/him, lost in life since his best friend died, dependent on everyone around him as he refuses to move on.
Carmen Oliveira, 24, she/her, a barista at the cafe Peter begins to work at, nice to everyone but him for reasons he doesn't understand.
Chase Greenwood, 27, he/him, owner of the small cafe they work at, willing to help but not to get too close.
Elliot Bingham, 27, he/him, high school friend of Chase and Peter's landlord, contains multitudes.
Noah Bryant, 19 now then and forever, a ghost
Project: The Stewniverse, est. 2019
high fantasy original setting
Stewie has a wonderful family, a stable lifestyle in the town he grew up in, and should have no complaints… and yet, he’s always been anxious and restless and could never understand why. After a close encounter with life-threatening danger, his mother, a retired adventurer, finally relents and passes on her sword to him. Stewie sets off to solve all the problems of the world that he possibly can with nothing more than his mother’s sword and his loyal horse, Ser Decadence. Along the way he finds companions he never expected, along with a mystery that only seems to get more twisted and complicated the more clues they find.
Steward Knight, 19, he/him, human, the anxious son of a retired adventurer who wants to fix the world in the hopes that it will fix him.
Kieran, 26, he/him, a mysterious half-elven man with an even more mysterious quest: to help fae wherever he finds them. He seems to resent this, but does it all the same.
Rishi, 22, she/her, an elven student of magic at the most prestigious arcane college on the continent, unable (or unwilling?) to cast any spells.
Evelyn, 20, he/they, Kieran’s half-elven younger brother who is set on killing Kieran for a crime he won’t specify and who claims he is prevented from doing this only by the fact that he cares about Stewie and Stewie cares about Kieran.
Ashe, around his mid to late 20s in mortal years, he/it, a kelpie who has attached himself to Kieran and Stewie for reasons unknown and has vowed to never leave their side.
Lottie, 23, she/her, a human bard, accomplished heartbreaker,  and lover of animals who grew up with Kieran and Evelyn and is constantly putting her own problems aside to mediate between the two conflicting brothers.
Selkies is a short story I wrote for a fiction class
The Pale Demon of Hollowbrook is a chapter excerpt from either NaNo 20 or NaNo 22.
Project: Lilywood, est. 2022
modern urban fantasy, supernatural, horror elements
a haunted house time travel mystery
Canary has never felt like she belongs anywhere, even in her hometown of Lilywood, the town that accepts all stragglers, outcasts, and loners. Her only friends are fellow burnouts Ryan Shuck and Jamie Yamashita. When construction on the historic manor at the heart of Lilywood goes awry, they are pulled into a supernatural mystery surrounding the house that spans across centuries, hoping that it will answer the burning question each of them have had their whole life: who am I?
Canary Spencer, 21, she/they, a deeply insecure young adult trying to figure out who she is and how to be comfortable with being true to herself while exploring a house haunted by time.
Ryan Shuck, 23, he/they, an avoidant young adult who feels trapped by his circumstances and is scared of things changing even as his previously normal and ordinary life begins to turn upside down around him.
Jamie Yamashita, 25, he/him, a loud and cocky young man who rushes headfirst into the mystery of Lilywood Manor with more confidence than is warranted for someone who has no experience with the supernatural.
Project: Forget Me Not, est. 2024
modern vampire fantasy, romance, horror elements
a human afraid of dying and a vampire who would rather die than live forever
chronic illness, dementia, death, grief, dysphoria
Dana Hardy, 26, he/him, a young adult who has been terrified of aging ever since he watched his grandfather succumb to dementia and death. He learned about the understudied progressive illness Vampirism and is obsessed with contracting it
Wade Cameron, 24, he/him, a young trans man who has recently been diagnosed with vampirism. He's horrified at the thought that his body will stay the same forever and he'll never change or die. He wants nothing more than to find a cure.

Random Fairy Ranmaru Headcannons, in no particular order
This got longer than I was expecting so here’s a Read More to save everyone some room asdfgh
~If the boys ever decide to pick up a kitchen knife themselves, it’s Homura who’s gonna be the best at it. What’s more, he’ll enjoy it the most. It’s rather zen for him. You know Elliot Spencer from Leverage? That’s what Homura would be if he took up cooking.
~He doesn’t act like it, but he does try to keep to the Ten Laws. And he also tries to minimize risks to the others regarding them.
~His concern when Uruu was in the cage? Genuine. Given what happened to his old man, he’s not keen on seeing anyone else in that sorry state.
~When the truth comes out wrt Uruu’s Mom and Homura’s Dad, the boys will settle it as boys do: by beating the ever-loving shit out of each other. The venting of pent-up emotions smooths out the relationship between the two, and the ribbing becomes more playful than malicious.
~Still holding on to the belief Ranmaru’s “out to lunch” bubblehead thing is just an act.
~Also Ranmaru knows what sex is, but he doesn’t know where babies come from.
~Uruu has games on his phone. Granted it’s Minesweeper, Solitaire, and Mahjong, but they’re Games and on His Phone
~And he would 155% play the Pokemon Snap games if they were a thing
~Uruu’s paintings just kinda hang on walls here and there. He leaves them like calling cards, one small act of being the little shit he isn’t allowed to be. There’s one in the Council Room, another in the Faculty Office, the Cafeteria, boy’s a benevolent menace.
~Takara, being Metallum, is knowledgeable about the economy. Half of Bar F’s income is from Stocks.
~Speaking of Bar F, most of its’ business comes from when the boys are at School!
~Seeing as Fairies can and do live human lives, many of the Bar’s clientele are Fairies. In fact, they’re so deeply interwoven in that city forging papers for the boys was easier done than said.
~With everything he went through growing up, Takara is a spendthrift. When he first learned about Curry, he thought it was a miracle food. The fact it’s balanced nutrients and cheap to make made it his go-to for the boys.
~Government assigned or not, this is Takara’s first time in the caregiver role for Family. He has about as much clue what he’s doing as the boys do. (And he’s taking care of four teenage boys. No easy feat, that.)
~The guy Uruu replaced as Student Council President was exceedingly forgettable. Entire Council Meetings went on as though he was not there, even though he was present and active in the proceedings. It would have lead to rumors of a Haunted Meeting Room.
~If the means were available, Jyuuka would moonlight as a Streamer. And he would be popular! Not that he’d know why people love him, but the mix of gameplay and Jyuuka-style commentary would endear him to many a viewer.
~Don’t let these boys babysit. Ever. They might look responsible but there’s not a single brain cell among them when it comes to kids. It’d be chaos, and they’d be trying to put out each other’s fires to the point of losing their charges.
~Jyuuka took up skateboarding because he wanted to go fast. Little Speed Demon. Would wreck the squad in Go-karting, and take no prisoners in Mario Kart.
~Betelgeuse doesn’t know why Sirius is doing what he’s doing. He made up the Ranmaru Ai persona to get sent to the human world to find him and get some answers.
~That’s not to say Ranmaru is a completely fabricated persona; Ranmaru is Betelgeuse’s means by which to be relatively innocent again. Be who he was before it all came crashing down around him.

Psych 2: Lassie Come Home Easter Egg and Reference Guide
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
The following contains spoilers for Psych 2: Lassie Come Home.
As fun as 2017’s Psych: The Movie was, its 2020 sequel Psych 2: Lassie Come Home will likely supplant it in Psych-Os’ hearts, because it’s got 500% more Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson). But how does it stack up to its predecessor in terms of Psych callbacks and pop culture homages? Using our Spencer powers of observation, we’ve tried to catch every recurring inside joke between Shawn (James Roday Rodriguez) and Gus (Dulé Hill), plus all the episodic-specific bits. It’s a feature-length Hitchcock homage, but it’s also the toughest Easter egg hunt of your life. C’mon, son!
Psych 2: Lassie Come Home Easter Eggs and References
The title is a reference to Lassie Come Home, the 1943 Lassie movie about the beloved dog making her way home from Scotland. A German-language remake came out early in 2020.
It’s always a treat to hear the Psych theme song “I Know, You Know,” performed by creator Steve Franks and his band The Friendly Indians.
Lassiter wakes up to Shawn and Gus hovering above him at the recovery clinic is a throwback to when they kidnapped him for his bachelor party in “Deez Nups” and he came to with them screaming “Surpriiise!”
Morrissey the rescue dog reprises his role from Psych: The Movie in being adorable, incredibly nosy, and oblivious to Shawn’s hissing commands.
Sarah Chalke’s nurse character Dolores is most likely a nod to San Francisco’s Mission Dolores church and cemetery, the location for Carlotta Valdes’ grave in Vertigo.
Right out the gate, Dolores is treated to the requisite Gus nickname: “My name is Shawn Spencer, and this is my partner Bill Poopingtons.” However, Shawn and Gus take a sidebar for a very meta argument about their ongoing bit (while fitting in another bit):
“Gus, don’t be the night your dad fell asleep inside your mom. We can’t just stop doing bits we’ve been doing for ten years. We have fans, they have expectations, there’ll be a huge backlash.”
“Shawn, we are two dumbasses, we do not have fans.”
Compromise: Gus gets right of refusal until they land on a nickname he prefers. And so:
Bill Poopingtons > All the Pips in One
Ding-Dong Ditch > Claude O’Dern > Big Poppa Pump > Lemon-a Lemon-a Lemon-a Liiime
Leggo My Eggo > Norman Brown Butter > Dijon Hounsou
Gus also calls himself Jermajesty, channeling some Jackson Five energy.
“Black Jello” was Gus’ nickname in their adult dodgeball league.
The Herschel House is likely a nod to Herschel Daugherty, who directed over two dozen episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents…
Gus and Shawn are still bickering over driving the drivers ed car, even if we don’t see it in the movie. They do manage to be just as bad at turning the right direction when riding a motorcycle together.
“Now I know this ‘goofy little white guy/sexy black dude’ routine the two of you have going like the back of my scrubs.” Sarah Chalke played Elliot on Scrubs, whose JD/Turk bromance walked so that Shawn/Gus could run.
Shawn calls Dolores “the nurse from Color of Night,” the 1994 Bruce Willis erotic mystery thriller that won a Golden Raspberry for Worst Picture.
The boys get Jamba Juice because you never turn down an opportunity for a Jamba.
Shawn likens Gus’ pubic hair to Eddie Murphy’s mustache in his 1987 stand-up film Raw.
Shawn offers the dismembered hand to Gus to “knuck it up softly,” per their penchant for fist-bumping.
They later do fist-bump outside the old Psych offices, but not before channeling Han Solo and Chewbacca in Star Wars: The Force Awakens: “Gus, we’re home.” “[Wookiee sound]”
Psych has become a French-themed cat café… for now, at least. It’s not an alternative universe from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, but the current subletter’s pop-up business. The proprietor (not the girl from Orphan) is played by Allison Miller, James Roday Rodriguez’s co-star in A Million Little Things.
“I am a psychic. He is a sympathetic pooper.” Poor Gus’ intestinal system gets called out again.
Henry’s (Corbin Bernsen) put-on voice gets compared to Tom Waits, Kathleen Turner, Harvey Fierstein, and Diedrich Bader.
Shawn neglected to tell his landlord that he’d moved, which tracks with his behavior in the series finale “The Break-Up.”
Henry reveals that in addition to telenovelas, he enjoys zeitgeist-y sobfests: “You left behind a slow cooker with a three-pound roast in it. You nearly This Is Us-ed the entire block.”
“This Is Us—Dad, why are you watching that show? They have the same show on ABC but newer”: Shawn’s shoutout to A Million Little Things.
Lassiter mistakes Reese Kessler, his supposed shooter, for country music singer Conway Twitty.
Lassiter’s to-do list includes “tape Galavant,” the short-lived musical comedy fantasy series created by Dan Fogelman (This Is Us), in which Timothy Omundson played King Richard. It also includes items poking fun at Lassiter’s crankiness (“yell at nature,” “chirping bird d-day plan”) and tenacity (“solve black dahlia”), and heartstring-tugging items (“pre-register for ironman” as in the triathlon). He also has written down Shawn’s S.E.I.Z.E. mantra from his short-lived career as Lassiter’s life coach in “S.E.I.Z.E. the Day”: Seize Eggs I don’t know Zebra Eighties.
Juliet (Maggie Lawson) lying to Shawn sounds strange, though not as strange as Lupita Nyong’o—the Tethered Lupita—in Jordan Peele’s Us.
Shawn’s “romantic dinner” for Jules is the menu from A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (jelly beans, pretzels, buttered toast, popcorn, and ice cream sundaes) because it’s all they had at the gas station on the way home.
That prompts an iconic “C’mon, son!” from Gus.
Gus’ ringtone is “I’m Mr. Bootyman,” which is both Henry’s ringtone and the song featured in Buzz McNab’s bachelorette party stripper routine in “Deez Nups.”
Gus’ (technically Jules’) green snuggie bears a striking resemblance to official Psych contest merch.
Lassiter spotting mysterious bleeding figures out his window is an homage to Rear Window.
Richard Schiff (as Dr. Herschel) was Dulé Hill’s co-star in The West Wing.
Potterhead Gus wants to know if there are any people hiding in the pipes of the Herschel House, “speaking in their own tongue, perhaps Parsel.”
The Psych boys’ map of suspects briefly includes the Hell Hag from Gus’ dreams in “A Nightmare on State Street.”
Shawn has only been to Norway once with his brother-in-law Ewan O’Hara (John Cena), but they don’t talk about that… Maybe that’s where Psych: The Movie went after its cliffhanger ending?
Ova’s Norwegian song/chant toast at the Viking’s Ice Den is very similar to the Swedish toast in “Right Turn or Left for Dead.”
Ova’s violent son Per is first described as “the bearded Daryl Hannah.”
Shawn’s excuse to Detective Buzz McNab (Sage Brocklebank) for being in Santa Barbara is that he forgot a frisbee signed by German writer/director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck.
Shawn’s first reaction to Jules potentially being pregnant: “You know the windows in the loft don’t even fully close, right? I’m gonna have to replace them, otherwise this is Baby’s Day Out all over again.” As Gus reassures him, he always did get worked up over John Hughes’ worst idea.
At the old Psych offices, Shawn pulls out the jousting lance from “100 Clues”—as well as a pineapple! He looks about to ask, “Should we cut this up for the road?” (his question during the pineapple’s first appearance in the pilot, plus at the end of Psych: The Movie) but stops himself.
When Lassie believes that fellow patient Mr. Wilkerson (Kadeem Hardison) has been walking around, Shawn and Gus have to go “full Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” to interrogate the supposedly catatonic patient.
Shoutout to Jessie Spano’s infamous “I’m so excited, I’m so excited, I’m so scared!” speed speech from Saved by the Bell.
If it’s not Scrubs, the boys are getting compared to Ren and Stimpy.
Mary Lightly (Jimmi Simpson) returns in another incredible, extra-hallucinatory look into Shawn’s brain… this time as a baby, since Shawn’s got fatherhood on the brain.
“We got jackaled!” Gus shouts upon learning that Wilkerson can walk—a reference to “hitting the jackal switch,” or going into stealth mode.
Shawn has always had a thing for singer Jewel, even after the Civil War movie (1999’s Ride with the Devil) and the Bollywood song.
Of course there’s a nasty dance when Shawn and Gus figure out who they think is behind everything.
Gus declares that “I am not going to let you shoot Shules’ baby!” only for the Chief (Kirsten Nelson) to ask, “What’s a Shules?” That’s the fans’ name for Shawn/Jules, a cute nod to a series OTP.
And of course, we can’t forget the fact that Jazmyn Simon, who plays Selene, is Dulé Hill’s real-life wife.
More than once, Shawn quotes The Handmaid’s Tale in reference to Gus and Selene’s baby: “Praise be” and “Blessed is the fruit.”
Dolores compliments Lassiter’s “chest of hair plentiful enough to wake all of Destiny’s Child.”
Shawn comes up with possible names for Gus’ child: Shaft, Shaftie, or D’Shaft—just like Gus’ nickname Sh’Dynasty (with a “God’s comma,” or apostrophe) from “Santabarbaratown.”
They also both coo “c’mon son” to Selene’s womb.
Selene’s proposal to Gus includes his negotiation that he and Shawn have adjacent homes with connecting pools, a callback to Shawn and Gus talking about their dream setup in “The Break-Up”; as well as Pluto! She asks, “Will you make me the happiest woman on this planet, on Eres, and Pluto?”
Shawn tells Juliet that “you’re my person,” the iconic Grey’s Anatomy line (though one would argue that Gus more accurately is his person).
When Lassiter stands (shut up, you’re crying) to meet Marlowe (Kristy Swanson), they place their palms together—like they did when he would visit her in jail, like they did at their wedding. My heart.
Join us on the Easter egg hunt—let us know what references we missed!

Hello👋 I absolutely love Sanders sides but I keep seeing a lot of posts that talk about someone named Remy, and another person named Emile and sometimes some other people are mentionedand I have no clue who they are. The only people that I know are the 4 sides, deceit, Thomas obviously, Joan, and Talyn. Are there any other people that I should know about and also are these people from the original Sanders Sides videos? I hope that you have a fantastic day❤️❤️❤️
Wonderfull question anon! Emile Picani is a character from a different series of thomas's and its second chapter is currently in the making. Its called cartoon therapy and you can check it out on his youtube channel if you want. I reccomend it its great! Remy is the unofficial name of a character from a few of thomas's shorts. He makes them all the tike and then uploads compialations of the shorts he made that month to his channel. Remy is the personifacation if the concept of sleep, the fanders named him after REM sleep. We are very creative i know. Theres a short involving the personifacations of the months october and september (i shit u not) and even the sun and the moon. (Thomas has quite the imagination and sense of humor in case anyone failed to notice by now lol) if youve seen the names larry, dot, sloane, corbin, or elliot on my blog, they are also from cartoon therapy. I sometimes give characters from the shorts new names. (October-oliver, september-spencer,etc...) so that might have also caused some confusion. Sorry.Anyway i hope this cleared thing up for you and im sorry this is so long. Have a nice day,you shiny anon!

My Burning PLL Questions
I’m gonna list out all the questions I want answered - or answered better (more completely than they have been already) in the finale or by the story the finale tells us. There’s so much we’ll likely never get answers for, but I’m gonna list ‘em anyways. This is largely for me...but eh I’ll share it anyways. If we’re lucky, I’ll be able to answer them during the finale...or by simply remembering the answer - It’s likely I’ve forgotten some answers by now anyways.
I’ll add to this over the next day or so - right up until the finale. I hope that I don’t have to add more after =/
I think anything left unanswered - or seemingly unanswered - I’ll try and answer. A whole rewatch will probably be needed after TuesdAy anyways....
These are in no particular order, but it does seem to start out with the older questions first. This isn’t a comprehensive list - just the stuff I want to know or haven’t pieced together on my own. Feel free to send me more!
1. When Mona was A...was she truly the only A? Or was there always a “Big A” kicking around?
2. Why did Jenna seem to know Alison before even moving to Rosewood? She knew who she was in the costume shop...and at the memorial or whatever, Jenna said that “her whole life” she thought she knew Alison. That always seemed odd to me.
3. Who killed Garret Reynolds? I feel like it was probably Wilden. Then Melissa and Jason were meant to dispose of the body on the train - not knowing Aria was in there too. That’s why Jason had the hip wound.
4. Garret said medical records don’t lie...which records did he refer to? Was it to do with Melissa not being pregnant? Alison not being dead? Jenna not being blind? Spencer being adopted? We’ve never had a clear answer on this so we don’t really know how much Garret knew.
5. Was it actually Cece (Charles?) that drugged Emily at the start of the third season? This has never been revealed.
6. While Emily was drugged, she was found by Jenna and Noel. We get a hint later that they had some connection to Cece that night as well (the game of truth in Noel’s place). We found out this season that Noel and Jenna were working with Charlotte....so what were they up to that night? Was it actually them that drugged Emily and they weren’t so “lucky” finding Emily that night?
7. There was a short scene where Mona in her black hoodie was tailing Byron from his office at Hollis..but we never find out why she’s tailing him.
8. The whole Beach Hottie vs. Board Shorts debate needs to be settled. I’m still convinced it’s two different people. There’s several reasons, but mostly how Alison reacted to each of them. She was afraid of one but intrigued by the other. Was Wilden Hottie while Board Shorts is Ezra (Ezra being all but confirmed) ? There’s some hints to Wilden for sure - and he would definitely be enough to scare Alison if she thought she was pregnant. It would have been statutory rape...And I know it wasn’t real, but we do see Wilden in bed with Ali (it’s Dunhill in a mask..but hey, symbolism!).
9. Who did Alison fear had gotten her pregnant. I’m inclined to believe both Ian and Ezra that they never slept together, so who was she sleeping with? According to Mona, Alison wasn’t pregnant in the end, but she was damn sure she was... I’m putting my money on Wilden.
10. Once upon a time, when we were super suspicious of Jason, he was hiding someone in his house. We never found out who that was. I almost wonder, now, if it was Mary Drake? But who else could it be?
11. Around that time, they showed a dog sniffing around the house and A petting the dog. That was never explained either. Neither was the bloody tissues that Jason had...
12. We saw A rifle through a bag and pull out a bottle of pills that belonged to  Maya,..but we never found out why? Especially since, according to the writers and all, Maya had NOTHING to do with A and was already dead at this point?
13. I’m still not convinced the story we were told about Maya’s death is true...but I suppose we’ll have to live with it. Bah.
14. What the hell did the NAT club have to do with anything? Was it just a really intricate red herring? Really? I find that hard to believe...
15. It seems clear that the Hastings/DiLaurentis feud is about more than just Jason, so what started it all?
16. Also, why did Mary seem the Hastings as someone who also needed to be punished?
17. Who is the father of the Emison baby? This I assume we actually will find out. Wren? Please don’t be Charles...
18. Why the hell was Sarah Harvey working for Charlotte?
19. Why was Sydney involved with this all?
20. Mona, in the woods at a picnic table, met up with Jenna and Sydney...and someone else. Who?
21. Did Mary really have more than two children? It seems that she did, based on lines delivered earlier in the season (Dr. Cochrane), but why wouldn’t she share that with Spencer now?
22. Why would Archer Dunhill shack up with Alison BEFORE Charlotte was killed...if we’re supposed to believe that his motive to torture Alison was because of Charlotte’s death? That doesn’t add up at all. Unless shacking up with Alison was the only way to get Charlotte back in on the family business?
23. Why would Archer Dunhill pretend to be Dr. Elliot Rollins in the first place? Something about getting close to Charlotte...so are we to assume that he knew her before this? I actually think this is exactly what happened. He knew her before she was discovered as A.
24. It is said that Cece taught Alison how to be..well...Alison (the Queen B we knew). But then Charlotte says that she was doing her best Ali impression - and evidently Alison was like that before Cece taught her..soo...what?
25. How could Cece have pretended to be Alison to be admitted to Radley IF SHE WAS ALREADY IN RADLEY!? We see in a flashback that Jessica was enraged by this little game...but if Cece (Charlotte) was a patient already, how could that have worked out?
26. This is super out of order here but...why was Alison crying when she left her house and went to the Hastings while Jason had a party (The scene where she goes “your family has the worst apples”)
27. Just...everything ever concerning Wren. I have questions upon questions. Why go after the 16 year old sister? Why continue to go after her? Why always show up with Spencer is upset? Why did his name have quotes around it on the police murder board? Why did Mona stop trusting him? Who did he call to “take care of their end?” Why colour that jacket in red? Why get a visitor pass for Cece Drake when she was a patient still? Why lie and say Melissa convinced him to let her in? What was he and Spencer arguing about in the airport? The questions are RELENTLESS.
28. Alison wanted masks made of her for her friends...A has them but the four girls don’t. What happened there?
29. Who was wearing the Emily mask?
30. So Jenna was scared of Cece Drake (as told by Shana) but totally okay working for/with her?
31. Who attacked Alison in “The First Halloween” !? It supposedly wasn’t Noel. I have a feeling this may have been Lucas? Maybe he was encouraged by his friend Charles to protect himself like Arcturus would. The comment of “Bitch” later may have been trying to spook her further?
32. The night Ali disappeared has had the timeline messed up a couple of times with different tellings of where Cece was during it. If the story we were told by Charlotte is to be believed, then she showed up at the end of the night and hit Alison by mistake...but before it was mentioned that she was speaking with Melissa Hastings. Jason’s eyes can’t be trusted, but who did he see Melissa talking to? Was it just Alison after all? Or maybe she was arguing with Bethany?
33. What was up with that meeting Melissa had with a hoodie in the backyard? Spencer read her lips as saying “do it” or something?
34. Why make Lesli Stone so suspicious? All the fake glasses and shit...
35. Why did the people at the Kahn party remember Cece? Noel’s brother knew her well apparently...but how? She was in Radley all that time and somehow I doubt she escaped that often?
36. Which reminds me. Cece said that Mona knew how to help her escape Radley. Mona says that she made a deal with the devil and she gave her ways in and out of Radley. Which is true?
37. Was it Charlotte that tried to kill Jenna in the DiLaurentis house?
38. Was Sarah Harvey a prisoner in the Dollhouse all those years and THEN signed up to help Charlotte? Otherwise, how had she been hiding for so long?
39. Early on we were told that A was a man and a woman with dark hair that wanted to hurt Alison? What? Was that actually Mona and Lucas? Still confused about that clue.
40. What did Maya want to show Emily the night she was killed? They found a note but that’s all that was mentioned of it...

PLL CLUES TO ENDGAME
So Over the past week or so I’ve been rewatching Pll from 6B on. These are just some things that may be clues/ things I picked up on.
In 6B, Aria starts off super shady. Sneaking out of the hotel. Everyone was convinced that Ezra and Aria are somehow behind/involved in Charollets death.
Lucas and Melissa both return in 6x13. Lucas to impress Hanna, Melissa to call out Spencer on her *ahem* dating life. Melissa is also worried about the tape she made spencer, and spencer says its destroyed dont be paranoid.
They reallly are putting Ezra out. Calling out his drinking, and outbursts. “No one broke a chair....it was an inncident.” This behavior is presumed to be because of Nicole.
The whole “It was highschool.” “NOT FOR HIM” gets me everytime i stg
Ezria scene “you are compassionate, sensitive. You are kind.” Ezra, “Maybe I’m not.”
Insert infamous scene where the liars burst in and accuse Ezra of murder (ARIA INCLUDED) they are convinced and he says “Anybody bring torches ptichforks? anything like that? (lolz) and Ezra has his outburst “NOW! GET OUT!” which was pretty extrra for someone who’s only secret was aria’s parents hooking up??? seems like a major overreaction.
“Who do you think I am?” Ezra
“I don’t know” Aria
Ezra makes it clear he is glad that Charollett is dead.
Lucas is involved in something, maybe he killed Char to protect Hannah. He loves her to death obviously, is that that big of a stretch? I know he and Charles were friends way back when, but according to Lucas he didn’t know Charles as Charollete, and it makes more sense for his loyalty to be to Hanna, since he partially blames himself for what happened to her, all he wants now is to protect her.
6X13 we get the first new text from the new enemy. “jYou know who did it and I’m going to make you talk.” At this ponit they think Ezra is the killer. The texter isn’t refered to as AD until 6x20 (they think AD and the other texter are different people: one who wants revenge for Chars murder and one who wants to cover it up)
Now, this text is also thought to be sent by Archer/Mary right?? But then why at the end does it show A getting rid of the hoodies. Archer wasn’t around when OG A had hoodies and was tormenting the girls, if Archer was the one being A, then that scene doesn’t make sense. 6x14 “JI don’t lurk in the shadows, I hide in plain sight” Making it seem like its someone they know.
It’s important, I think, that this is the first A who allows the girls to communicate freely with them. From 6x14 when Hanna texts the number asking “Do i know you,” to Aria calling AD lateley, idk it’s interesting. This AD has to have more confidence than whoever was playing the game before, they are tech savy enough to KNOW beyond a doubt they won’t get caught. (caleb, mona, lucas?)
The murder weapon was the golf club right? Ezra has the club in question, but it could have easily been replaced after he used it right?
“When he get’s like this I’ve learned not to ask....He’s dark and depressed.” That blonde coffee chick emily dated, about Ezra.
Toby seems content and happy with Yvonne, I really don’t think he is AD. At least from season 6 perspective, so far.
Flashback of Aria’s parents arguing about Charolete, making it seem now like it’s Aria’s dad that killed her. Adding to the evidence that her dad doesn’t have a 9 iron in his set.
Shower Harvey’s room was 214. 214 has connections to Jenna and Toby (the hotel room with the flute music that was faxed in braille. BAD) Hanna and Caleb (The locker combo and Jenna and the flashdrive.) Sara, (this) and something recently in season 7 with the school and Aria being shady with the locker.
In season 2 episode 14, Ezria gets outted to Aria’s parents, Spencer confronted Garrett about the NAT club, Toby gives spence the rocking chair (A Replica of which was in the dollhouse)
Mona called Char from the two crows diner the night she died and asked for her to meet at the two crows. (SHe had pie???)
After Ezra sees Arias parents, he says he went to the house of pies and had a three hour conversation about politics with a truck driver named Earl.
Melissa’s suitcase is broken and there is a piece missing that could be the murder weapon. Eyes off Aria’s father. Melissa comes back in 6x17. We know Charollet called wren and (probably) told him that Melissa was the one who burried bethany alive. as heavily implied by Hanna and Melissa’s conversation. Melisssa was a sobbing mess that night. That’s her motive to (kill?) Charlotte.
“Hail to the conquerer” Caleb to Melissa....hmmm....
Emily finds the ‘murder?’ weapon on a roof and AD? steals it. (The driver was NOT melissa according to sketchy garrage guy who is on AD’s payroll so his words aren’t exactly credible)
6X20 SoME lady calls Toby PRettTY EYES I SAID IT THEN AND ILL SAY IT NOW THATS A CLUE ALL THESE PIE CLUES AND PRETTY EYE S I STG IF THIS BITCH IS IN THE NEXT EPISODE IN THE DINER THATS PRROOF IDGAF ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE that toby is involved somehow. (im particularly fond of the toby and spenciritta theory) (IF he is involved otherwise i like wren theory or ezria theeory)
ELLIOT OR ARCHER OR WHATEVER IS BRITISH. THAT IS NOT A COINCIDENCE I SAID IT ONCE AND ILL SAY IT AGAIN. HUGE WREN CLUE.
7x01- AD knows somehow hanna was lying and isn’t charlottes killer. The liars now begin to think it’s Alison that killed Char. Later in the episode Archer, thinks it was Ali as well, who told hiim that? someone with the group? He continues to believe it was Ali and that’s why he tortures her.
Toby: “We can’t pretend that the Alison that blinded Jenna never existed.”
THANK YOU!!!! (This points to Ali potentially being AD or at least involved.)
*INSERT SCENE WITH HANNA AND “”SPENCER”” which is a ‘’dream’’. If this is the twin, then she let’s hanna go (kinda by saying there is a way out) because Hanna says “its a good thing i don’t know who killed Charlotte, because I’d tell if I did.” Twincer must have believed her and that’s why she let her go. (Why would hanna lie to her best friend in a dream?) This scene just moments after Mary visits Spence and says something about twins, “you look so much like your sister...” (presumably refering to Melissa, but maybe her twin”
When Hanna is running through the woods half naked after escaping, it reminds me a lot of when Aria was running from Ezra in the woods. Only thing is, we know Ezria are together at this point, so Ezra is ruled out as being AD at this point, right? Same with Ali, who is in the hospital, Emily who is breaking into Alis house, Caleb who is at the lost woods, mona, toby, and spence who are with the group after hanna escapes, so they could still be involved somehow. So they didn’t kidnap hanna- AD kidnapped hanna- none of them are AD

PLL FINALE (Contains Spoilers)
Well, well, well...
...what a terrible episode to end the show with. An evil twin reveal, really? Marlene might as well have just stuck with the original plot line of the books! I wanted interesting, exciting, satisfying and so much more than an evil version of Spencer! It doesn’t even make sense, Wren just happens to find Alex in a bar in England?? Random.
What I would have wanted, what would have satisfied my pain since season 4? WREN. The CeCe/Charlotte Drake reveal almost killed me, I hated that. And no, not because she was trans (don’t even try with that) but that because her being Charles DiLaurentis created an abundance of plot holes and actually made no sense!!!!!
If Wren had been revealed in the finale, it would explain a lot. We were given clues that no one knew who A or AD was, that people were blindly following instructions through an earpiece with no actual face-to-face communication. It could have been so EASY to just do away with the CeCe reveal by showing that CeCe was only following instructions from Wren so that he, who was the real Charles DiLaurentis, could have been kept secret.
That it was Wren all along, under the masks, on the other end of mysterious phone calls, the one manipulating everyone. His motive? Obviously being Charles, not being accepted by the DiLaurentis family, and spending all of his childhood in Radley -- technically this would fit well since we didn’t even know anything about Wren Kingston’s childhood anyway. He was just some bloke from England who had no known connections with anyone. Also, the ages fit better, he’s older than CeCe/Charlotte which means the timelines work better and there are no plot holes. Also, Wren later working in Radley still works because he would have conjured up the fake alias “Wren Kingston” (A lot easier done than you’d think, considering Archer Dunhill or “Elliot Rollins”) and assuming he left Radley before he got older would work too, his face wouldn’t be totally recognizable; if you want to go even further, he could have gotten some form of surgery to change his face. Many possibilities that actually work.
Why would he go after the four other girls? Simple. To isolate Alison. Ali’s parents were the ones to send him off to Radley, because he tried to harm Ali, so that resulted in him wanting to harm her even more, to punish her because in his mind, he saw her as the reason that he was sent away -- by doing this he tormented the people she cared about.
But then there is the issue of incest, I know. I mean, technically there was incest with Charlotte and Jason, which clearly indicates that they just revealed the whole CeCe/Charlotte thing on a whim. If Wren was Charles, then they would not have to do the whole Spencer Drake thing -- she would never have been a Drake because there would be no reason for it (because of the twin Alex wouldn’t exist) and therefore she would not be related to Charles thus no incest with Wren.
And imagine, Wren or Charles being the leader since the beginning? What if he even controlled Mona? Let’s bring this right back to the season one. Mona had the motive to torment them as she was severely bullied by Alison which makes her vulnerable and easily manipulated. Wren/Charles could have used this to get her to work for him. Remember the N.A.T club? It was believed that Jason thought Ian set up the girls for them to film, through the girls’ friends, but it was also suggested that Ian was filming them for someone else too -- not just the club. What if Wren needed extra eyes to see what the girls were up to? What if he paid Ian anonymously to film them so he knew their whereabouts, what they did etc?
Honestly, one family surprise (Charles D.) was enough, but now they had to go a second time? And another “evil” twin to put the blame on, the first one being Mary Drake to Jessica? Seriously?? Twice! I just wanted something original, something that would have connected all the dots. Something that would have gone all the way back to season one, because from the very beginning I hated that there were multiple “A”s. I wanted there to just be one true one, and them having minions like Mona, Toby, Spencer, CeCe would have been fine by me because of course someone who wanted to stay anonymous would have a team of workers to do the work. Something Like Wren Kingston who was really Charles DiLaurentis and wanted revenge on Alison and her family and friends.

PLL is back tonight!!!
Yay! In celebration I re-watched the last 3 eps of 7a to refresh my memory.
Keep in mind I stopped following writers and cast on social media before season 7 aired. And have for the most part avoided spoilers so that I could look at the show for “just the show” during it’s last season in hopes of getting to a point where I could enjoy it again. Short of reading theories on tumblr, I’ve actually avoided PLL since the break between 7a & 7b.
Things I had actually forgotten:
-Jenna asks A.D. if they shot Spencer
-Aria & Ezra haven’t discussed “Nicole” now that we know she’s alive.
-Paige was stalking Sabrina
-The doctor says he delivered 2 of Mary’s babies implying there are more
So My thoughts/theories/hopes/things to remember for 7b
-I kind of want Aria to be done with Ezra.
-I do NOT trust Paige. And I think she’s only applied at the school as means to get closer to Ali. When she and Em are at the school she says “ I kind of want to go back “ (to high school) - weird - And outside of Spencer’s she told the cop she needed to see her GIRLFRIEND despite her and Em not actually getting back together.
-Jenna says she didn’t shoot Spencer, Mary didn’t shoot Spencer, Obv, Noel, Hanna, Aria, Em, & Ali didn’t shoot Spencer.
-Jenna doesn’t know A.D. I think Noel was the “middle man” between A.D. & Jenna. Now that Noel is out of the picture, A.D. has kidnapped? Jenna.
Mary + (assumed Peter) = Spencer ---My guess is Peter is her dad
Mary + (unknown father) = Charlotte/Charles --- My guess is that her father is neither Ken nor Peter but another character that she’s been connected to. (See below for theory)
Jessica + Peter = Jason
Jessica + Ken= Ali
-We don’t know if Mary or Jessica have more kids floating around out there but we have yet to have definitive answers regarding the fathers of Mary’s kid.
-Ali is pregnant by Archer/Elliot we do not know if it has anything to do with Em’s harvested/stolen eggs or not... I don’t think they are Em’s eggs.
-Toby & Yvonne had a car accident -- I think Toby makes it, Yvonne won’t.
-Just because the person died, doesn’t mean they are dead.
I have 3 major A.D. suspects. All who have had several clues against them throughout the series. All who have been suspected by the liars at one point or another.
1. Melissa.
-She’s connected to the liars, Ali, & Charlotte.
-She’s been involved or mentioned in some of the most important events (that night, Noel’s Halloween Party, Halloween train, the lodge fire, Cape May, etc)
-She is the only other person besides Ali & the Liars that we know visited Hector, no coincidence that A.D. has been using masks lately.
-Melissa is old enough that she would remember Spencer’s birth, So if Mary is really Spencer’s mother Melissa would know about this. “I’ve been protecting you since before it started”
-She’s had her fair share of shady companions, Ian, Garett, CeCe, Wilden, Jenna & Shana, Mona (Mona’s “army”) & Wren (I also think she was connected more to Noel Kahn. I believe he’s the man in the hat that Spencer see’s Melissa talking to on the surveillance cameras.. Noel likes to play sides, Charlotte/Alison... Why not play sides against Charlotte & Melissa. Noel was heavily connected to Jenna who was connected to Shana who both did things for Melissa (Shana even helped with some things at Wren’s apartment)
-Melissa is the most suspicious person to have killed Charlotte. She literally had the murder weapon
2. Lucas
-He’s been a bit shady with all his cameras and “smart” house that just seems to keep landing our liars in trouble.
-He was caught visiting at Radley and he was not visiting Mona
-He was always in to taking pictures, something we never seen Charlotte do despite her and Mona having access to all the photo’s Lucas has taken.
-He’s always had it out for Ali, and subsequently the girls for allowing her to be an ass. He only ever connected with Hanna.
-He went to prom with shady ass Jenna
-He could have easily killed Charlotte and planned to let one or all of the liars take the fall
3. *Wild Card* Wilden
-I’ve learned that not everyone who dies in this show are actually dead. And Wildens death was probably the one that shook me the most with this show as he had soooo many answers.
-Wilden could be Mary’s 3rd child, It’s never been confirmed that he had an actual relationship with Charlotte (not that it matters cough JASON cough) I mentioned YEARS ago that Wilden and CeCe looked like they could be related.
-Wilden being Mary’s child could answer so many “why’s” like
--- Why did Jessica call Wilden to cover up the Marion thing and why did he agree? Why did Jessica call him again when Ali was hit? Maybe because Wilden would do anything to protect his aunt and sister.
---Why did Mary and Archer use a Wilden mask to haunt Ali? Because they believed Ali could have killed Charlotte and they wanted to freak Ali out, but as far as we know other than CeCe claiming Ali liked Wilden, we’ve never seen Ali & Wilden have a bad interaction, she had no reason to be scared of him. In fact Wilden was an ass to everyone in hopes to “solve” Ali’s case despite having inside knowledge.
---Wilden has never been a fan of Spencer and if he’s the 3rd child this would explain why. He and Charlotte never got to live with their actual parents. While Spencer got super parents Veronica and Peter. He easily could have shot her and dragged Jenna out leaving everyone to believe Jenna shot Spencer, but A.D. dragging Jenna away gave me flashbacks to Jenna and Shana helping a wounded Wilden after Ashley hit him with her car.
-Alison easily faked her death with the help of Mona & Charlotte, Maybe Wilden did the same. Charlotte was accused of killing Wilden because he was seen with a blonde, Maybe she was helping fake the death, not actually killing him. If Wilden and Charlotte could falsify reports to convince the world that Bethany was Alison is it so far fetched that Charlotte with the help of Holbrook faked reports for Wilden. (We know Charlotte and Holbrook were helping each other, as he let her escape custody, we also know Rosewood doesn’t have the best police)
-Wilden has always kind of just been around, much like Charlotte. We don’t know much about Wilden’s past either (touch on that later) There was def a person (taller than Spencer) in that doll house, and neither Charlotte or Sara are that tall, Leaving it to be Noel (who also isn’t much taller than Spencer) Archer, or my guess of Wilden. Spencer says the person felt familiar that would not have been the case with either Archer nor Sara. But Wilden is someone that would be VERY familiar to Spencer as he’s literally been watching her since the beginning of the show.
-Wilden’s unreliable past.Other than a flashback that showed Wilden was a rookie cop at the time of Noel’s Halloween party we really don’t know too much of his back story, but one thing has always stood out. Hanna asks Wilden if he’s still the party boy he was in the class of 96, Wilden says wow looks like somebodies been doing their own homework. Yet later in the show it’s said on more than one occasion that Wilden went to school at the same time as Melissa and Jason (meaning he wouldn’t have gradated for several more years) So we have a big inconsistency with his age.
-Lastly I will remind everyone of the fact that there was a man at Wilden’s funeral who looked JUST like Wilden...
(I know the Wilden theory is a long shot but with this show anything could happen)

Things I picked up on from 6B onwards
6x11
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This was the car Alison and Elliot drive home in after the funeral. Notice how both passenger seat windows are about 1/3 open. Quite unusual isn’t it? If you rewatch the scene you’ll see this as well as Alison getting into the car first, followed by Elliot.
Tumblr media
The car drives off to the left.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We see this scene just a few minutes later of somebody (assuming A.D. because who else would it be?) watching the liars in a car similar to the one Alison and Elliot drove off in. Interestingly, they close their passenger window which was open to about the same length as the one in which Ali/Elliot drove off. I know people can say that it was Elliot watching but if you look closely at the picture above you can tell the person was seated by the left window of the passenger seat. Alison would have been sitting there since she got into the car first.
Since Ali/Elliot’s vehicle drove off to the left, it would have enabled the angle view you see in the second last picture above. I believe they showed us the window open as a clue because when we see Sara drive off, all her car windows are completely closed. Why would Ali’s car have windows be open like that? And why would they show us the view of that vehicle in at least 3 different angles that I’ve shown above?
6x12
This dialogue stood out to be when the girls are talking about the mysterious text sent to them.
Spencer: “Who the hell sent that?” Hanna: Someone who has our new number. Aria: Like Ali? We all know i am at the top of her suspect list.
Aside from the four girls, only Alison could have had the girls new number.
6x16
The writers often use songs as clues on the show and the lyrics of one of them caught my attention. The song Breathe you out by Kaneholler started playing over a Spaleb scene and carried on to the scene in which Aria is seen working on the book in the brew and Ezra comes in (he left rosewood for days I think? and then returns).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you look up the lyrics, you’ll notice that the song is about deception and betrayal. The lines in bold are played over this scene.
I should have known about you
And now I can see
Knowing that you got to me
It’s just a losing game
You played me like a fool
You played me like a fool
This scene could have been foreshadowing an EzrA betrayal, the same way songs such as Fresh pair of eyes (lyrics like: I want to be seen with a fresh pair of eyes..The single white tree in a black hood of disguise) and Every breath you take have done as they have been played over Ezria scenes in the show.
6x17
A Black SUV chases Emily near Two Cross Diner and Emily finds the broken handle form Melissa’s suitcase, which is thought to be the murder weapon used to kill Charlotte. This scene made me feel that the person driving the SUV led Emily to the murder weapon. They wanted her to find it so that they could get her prints on it, which they did, and then took the handle with them before Emily saw who the person was. I think this person was Charlotte’s killer. They wanted Emily’s prints on the weapon so they could frame Emily if the handle was ever found.
6x18
So we find out that it was Mona who called Charlotte from Two Cross Diner and she claimed that Charlotte never showed up. But who was the witness? Was it Sara? They would have had to be at the Diner when Mona was.
6x19
The roses with which the A note was, at the hospital where Ali was admitted were the same as the ones Charlotte was holding and ones seen at Alison’s dining table in 6x11. There is clearly a connection there, I think.
6x20
I found Alison checking herself into Welby quite suspicious. I understand she was scared as she thought she was having hallucinations of her dead mother and Wilden, but if I was her, I would have spoke to my husband (who is a DOCTOR by the way) before I made such a big decision. I couldn’t help but think it may have been used as her alibi for the night. Something else has been bugging me. Why did it take A.D. until the text sent after Hanna’s kidnapping, to sign their messages as A.D.? Why were the messages not signed as A.D. from the beginning?
7x01:
A.D. gives the liars 24 hours to find Charlotte’s real killer and the group worry about how they can solve this in such a short time. Mona: This is the first time we’ve been working together. That’s what makes it different. Spencer: Mona is right. It’s just like Ali told Hanna. All of us working together knew what happened to her, so all of us working together can figure out Charlotte’s killer. Spencer’s line here is very interesting because she is referring to when Alison visited Hanna in the hospital saying to her “The four of you combined. You remember more about that night than you think you do.” In 4x25, the only thing Alison mentioned that one of the liars didn’t recall (from that night) was the scene between her and Spencer when she dropped her pills. There was no other scene involving the liars that she mentioned which we already don’t know about. This line is making me think that maybe there is more to that night (and what Alison said), than she has revealed. I also find it interesting that aside from Spencer, Mona and Emily, everyone voted Alison as Charlotte’s killer. Toby also says something interesting: “She’s been on her best behaviour since she got back, but we can’t pretend the Alison that blinded Jenna never existed”. Even after all this time, they think she can do something like this, as if she never changed.
7x07
I think I found something that was deliberately put to catch our eyes (and I think someone has spotted it before). I can’t put a picture of it here but if you get the chance go to this episode and pause at 10:34 and then at 10:42. At 10:34, you see the things for Ezria wedding plans on a table but if you look closely at the bottom left of your screen, you will see a sheet on a folder that says “Patient sign-in sheet” and you see the folder again in front of Aria at 10:42.
Patient sign in sheets remain at reception to keep a record of those who come in and go and so the fact that Ezra has one in his apartment (that is filled out) raises alarm bells.
7x08
A scene stands out in which Alison is discussing The Winter’s tale by Shakespeare, in her class.
Alison:  What happens to someone’s character when they are wrongfully accused?.. Queen Hermione…suffered for a sin she didn’t commit. So why would her husband or for anyone else for that matter put her through that? What did Shakespeare observe in human nature that rings true today?
Student: That some people like to troll other people.
Alison: I’d like to think that the Bard had something deeper in mind.
Student: But that’s what’s going on in the story isn’t it?
Alison: No, not really.
Student: The king’s ragging on his wife because she slept around him.
Alison: But she didn’t, that’s the point.
Student: Whatever, If you’re the king or the queen and people look up to you, you can say or do whatever you want, and get away with it.
Alison: Until your lies catch up to you.
I couldn’t help but feel that this scene was supposed to parallel Uber A’s story, that this game that they are playing goes a lot deeper than that. Maybe it is reminiscent of her own suffering considering her husband tortured her for thinking that she killed Charlotte.
Winter’s tale might be worth checking out for more clues and parallels.
7x09
The last scene in which Hanna hits Noels reminded me so much of how Charlotte died. The thing Hanna used to hit Noel with looked a lot like the handle Emily found in Melissa’s suitcase and she hit him at about the same place Charlotte was hit in. Did Hanna really kill Charlotte like she confessed (and so convincingly, may I add)?? She did leave the hotel room and she panicked about getting an alibi as soon as it was uncovered that Charlotte didn’t commit suicide. She also impulsively deleted the security footage of the hotel from that night even though leaving the hotel room at the time of murder does not make the person a killer.
Numbers
Sara was initially staying in room 214 at the Radley hotel. Episode 2x14,  Through many dangers, toils and snares, has some key events. The main one that stands out is that Aria’s parents learn about Ezra and Aria’s relationship. The girls also find A’s phone in that episode. In reverse, if we look at 4x12, Now you see me, now you don’t, there are so many stand out reveals. The girls go to Ravenswood and find that there are two red coats (cece being one of them), Grunwald tells them she pulled Ali out from the ground, they find a lair that is being used to track their every move, Ezra is shown to be in Ravenwood and using the lair the girls found. Both episodes have Ezra in common.
Alison was admitted in room 204 in the hospital after her accident. If we look at 2x04, Blind dates, it was the episode in which the girls found Ian’s body (shot) with a suicide note and confession to killing Alison. In 4x02, Turn of the shoe, we are introduced to tippy the parrot that hummed the phone number that becomes the girl’s next lead in finding out about Alison’s murder, Mrs Dilaurentis reveals Alison could hold her breath for a while, and Toby reveals that A gave him information about his mother’s death in exchange for moving the RV.
Jenna and Sara were staying in room 418, and Sara Harvey was killed in that room. 4x18 is titled Hot for teacher and it has EzrA vibes all over it, and it could be a clue that Ezra killed Sara.
I noticed something by accident as I was looking for a particular A message sent in 7A. All messages sent by A.D. (in 7A) to Alison (or the ones she opens) are written in Capital letters and the ones sent to the other liars are in normal lower case. I think this is a clue that makes Alison the odd one out for a reason. http://pretty-little-liars.wikia.com/wiki/A%27s_Messages_in_Season_7

Dare I say it, because the cool, trendy thing to do is to hate on PLL. But season 7A is my favourite season to date.
I’ve spent the past few days rewatching 7A, and I hit a level of appreciation that I think I slightly missed the first time around. The story progressed dramatically from episode 1 to episode 10, and yes, there are answers in every episode as promised. I don’t think Marlene meant ‘answers’ in the sense of “who killed Garret! - episode 1″ and “why Ian committed suicide! - episode 2″ and “Jessica’s I can’t protect you email! - episode 3″ and “who is Charlotte’s father! - episode 4″. That’s not what she meant. Loose ends like those will only make sense with the endgame reveal in the series finale. By answers in every episode throughout 7A, she means actually dropping CLUES to the endgame, that will all culminate later. Killing Sara, revealing Elliot’s true identity to be Archer, Charlotte and Archer had a romantic history, Noel was in the dollhouse, Spencer is a Drake, the doctor dealt with “two of Mary’s babies”, Mary had another child, the wording of AD’s threats are clues in themselves, Jessica is the evil twin and Mary was the victim of her cruelty, Grunwald bleeding when Noel is near, Grunwald saying the source of the threat is very close, Jessica never stopped searching for Ali... the list goes on. I could break it up per episode if I really wanted to. We get blinded by the fact that these answers raise more questions, so we feel like we got no answers. But we actually did get answers. Every single episode of 7A reveals something new towards the endgame, which will all culminate in the series finale. The answers we get are indeed brief, and they raise more questions, but each episode gives us something new to think about until the series finale. And the romance is interesting too. I love these characters. I’ve known them for almost 7 years now. So seeing that Spencer is able to love again after her breakup with Toby made me happy. Watching Hanna be in a difficult position giving Spencer her permission to be with Caleb, and watching Aria delete Nicole’s call to save her marriage... the content is incomparable to Aria dating her martial arts teacher, or Spencer flirting with a random dude in London.
I also hear from too many people that the writing is exponentially worse in recent seasons. I couldn’t disagree more. Many people are searching for answers and answers only (regarding the mystery), and so they mentally ‘switch off’ when they feel the scene won’t give them any. I appreciate every word said and the meaning behind the words. For example, in 708, Emily asked Paige how long it’s been since they last spoke. Emily says 2 years, and Paige says it’s actually been 3 years. “Here we go, why do we care about that?” Well, don’t take it literally: the point of that line is not to give us a number as to how many years. The point of that line is to show us that Emily has moved on from Paige - time is flying without her, hence she recalls only 2 years, meanwhile Paige feels the distance more as she misses Emily dearly, and she’s counting the days that go by without Emily, and so she recalls an extra year (3 years). As we can see, it took me a paragraph just to explain one line. I won’t explain the other 10 examples I had, some even in the mystery aspect of the show, not the romance. (This appreciation for the lines is coming from a person who doesn’t even watch PLL for the romance; I’m here for the mystery.) I’m okay to admit the writing is just fine.
Is the show perfect? Hell no. Answering questions in interviews and not in the show is a big no-no. I won’t let that bother me. Yes it sucks, especially for those who don’t go snooping the web for these interviews. But I do. I see the answers. I’m happy. I move on with my life. Plot holes?? Nope. Charlotte lied about her story in 610 for very specific reasons, and they’ll be fixed soon. Yes, some storylines are dropped faster than they’re written (#Who’sInTheBarrel). This tells me they mustn’t be important, so I’ll move on with my life. Also, if the story has been dropped out of nowhere, the writers must feel they’ve appropriately concluded that story. So I’ll dig and find the answer myself. And I successfully do find the answers myself. Heck, I’m keeping a record of them here!
Long time followers of my blog know that season 4 is my all-time favourite season. (Well, now, used to be.) Actually, everyone always says the earlier seasons of PLL are the best. I think we enjoyed the earlier seasons more because the story was new and fresh, and not so convoluted. Now 7 years in, we know these characters backwards, there’s a list of more than 150 questions, the ‘high school drama’ and ‘queen bee goes missing’ and ‘16 year old girls’ stigmas have faded and the story is more complex than ever. I say those as good things. Of course, 7 years in, it won’t be as ‘fresh’ as it once was. I don’t believe ‘fresh’ equates to ‘better’, because the ‘better’ stories are being told now in season 7.
Sorry for the long post, but I was just re-watcing 7A and I was frustrated that a season of this quality is being hated so much. I genuinely loved the re-watch experience, asking myself “do I have time for one more!?” ... even though I know what’s coming up next.

365 Days of 90's Songs
Every day of 2017 (or at least close to it), I posted a different song from the 1990′s on my Facebook page. When I started it, I had no rules and no plan. I just started posting songs that came to me that I enjoyed from that era. To be honest, I had always done a lot of research on 90′s music because in film school (2010-ish), I outlined a screenplay set in 1996 and deep dove into the music then. As 2017 went on, and I continued to work 70-80 hours a week in film production, updating the list became cumbersome, but I still refused to post weak 90′s songs like “U Can’t Touch This”, “Barbie Girl” or “Blue (Da Ba De)” etc. If you like songs like that then please go listen to them, but I’m not going to pretend that I enjoyed them at all in the 90′s or now.
Looking back on this list, I wish I had put a little more thought into creating a cohesive mix or including my favorite songs, many of which were left off because I ran out of time, but most of the fun of doing this list was just winging it and seeing if anyone liked any of the random songs I did when I was 7-17 years old. I’m going to make an Apple Music and Spotify playlist out of all of these songs but compiling this full list in the proper order already took enough time for this weekend.
