a/n: i actually have no idea how i wrote this but enjoy!! i love yuuji sm
Tumblr media
People described yours and Yuuji’s relationship in many different ways.
Nobara was both happy that her two best friends (not that she would ever admit that she considered any of you her best friends) had found love in each other; and jealous that Yuuji had found a significant other before she had.
Megumi was utterly sick of the dumbassery (his words), something about you each being insane enough on your own.
Todo was glad that his brother/ best friend had a significant other but heartbroken because “how are we to talk about Jennifer Lawrence’s butt now?”
Yeah... Todo weirded you out when you first met him. Who yells “What kind of woman is your type?!” when you first meet someone??
Anyway.
You guys had started dating in your first year at Jujutsu High and the past four years that you had been dating were absolutely amazing. Perfect even. Yuuji is an amazing boyfriend. He cooks for you (the meatballs are KILLER), his body temperature is somehow always perfect for cuddling, and the sex is mindblowing.
The first Christmas eve after you graduate, you follow him down the sidewalk, your hands intertwined, heading to have dinner at a restaurant with your old teachers, Fushiguro and Kugisaki. He’s excitedly ranting about the sushi restaurant Gojo-sensei, Geto-sensei, their spouse introduced him to. Admittedly, you’re barely listening, too distrated by the sparkle in his eyes, the bounce in his step, his ever so perfect side profile, and his muscular build accentuated now that hes wearing a fitted t-shirt and jeans instead of his jujutsu high uniform.
Yeah, you’re drooling over your boyfriend. What? It’s not a crime.
“Baby? Baby are you listening? Hello? Earth to y/n?”
Yuuji’s hand waving in front of your face brings you back to reality and you apologise to the boy for ignoring him, albeit not regretting staring at him at all. You grin abashedly as you tell your now pouting boyfriend, “Sorry darling, but really its your fault for looking so sexy and edible.”
His face flushes a warm pink at your words and he pulls you closer by your waist to press a kiss to your hairline. “Say shit like that in public again and we might end up with a problem sweetheart. We wouldn’t want to leave our old teachers hanging now would we?” His voice had dropped to a deep, seductive whisper, sending shivers down your spine.
With his sunshine boy personality, it was easy to forget that Yuuji was inhumanly strong, and a lot less innocent than he appeared on the surface.
The proximity of his face to yours was causing your heart to pound ferociously in your chest, blood rushing to your face, and maybe somewhere else too. His golden eyes shone with mischief and lust, flicking between your eyes and mouth. His grip on your waist tightened as he took his lower lip into his mouth and you had to fight the urge to kiss him senseless in the middle of the street.
“Yuu,” you breathed out, pressing a kiss to his jawline. “We should go or we’ll be extremely late and Kugisaki will never let us live it down.”
He lets out a huff and pouts, but starts walking to the restaurant you were supposed to be at nonetheless.
As soon as you guys enter the restaurant, you’re greeted by over enthusiastic yells by Gojo accompanied by his arms waving in the air to catch your attention.
T/n rises from the their chair and pulls you into an aggressive hug. You laugh as you hug your favourite teacher back, as they repeatedly tell you how pretty you look.
“Sensei, are you trying to steal my girlfriend from me?” Yuuji joked, as he received affectionate but mildly aggressive headpats from Gojo, all while Geto laughed in his seat. All the while, Megumi and Nobara ignored your existence.
“Yeah actually i am. These two aren’t cutting it anymore,” T/n laughs, gesturing to Gojo and Geto, who make gasps of mock offense.
“Thats not what you said last ni-“
Gojo is cut off by his black haired husband getting up and slapping his hand over his mouth. “Not in front of our students, you fool,” he hisses.
You head off to greet Nobara and Megumi as Yuuji chats with your teachers about his upcoming mission.
Megumi looks up disinterestedly from the book he’s reading as you approach. “Hey Thing 1,” he greets. Before you can give him a response to the blatant disrespect, Nobara shoves a Santa cap on your head.
“HO! HO! HO!” you immediately say obnoxiously, taking special care to say it right next to Megumi’s ear. He glares at your triumphant expression and mouths a silent ‘fuck you’.
Sticking your tongue out at him, you slide into the seat next to Yuuji and rest your head on his shoulder. He turns his head, momentarily distracted from the conversation he was having, and smiles at you. That beautiful dazzling smile that leaves you wonderstruck everytime you see it. He wraps an arm around your waist and turns back to his conversation with Geto.
He picks up his drink, condensation around the cold glass, and brings it to his lips. After four years of being together you realise just how attractive you find Yuuji’s hands and arms. They’re muscular and just the right amount of veiny. You’ve always known his hands were attractive, but something about the dim lighting of the restaurant, soft music playing in the background and being pressed against his side that makes you incredibly hyper aware of everything about him.
The rest of the evening passes by with Yuuji hands constantly resting on you, eliciting mock disgusted glares from Megumi, fake retching sounds from Nobara and fond looks from your teachers, who saw their relationship in their younger years in you.
When everyone gets ready to leave, T/n insists on driving “the kids” home. When your teachers’ car pulls up to your apartment complex, you and your boyfriend thank them for the ride and make the way up to your place.
The elevator ride up to your floor is shrouded in comfortable silence, Yuuji’s arms wrapped around your waist from behind, his face tucked into the crook of your neck.
You enter your house a little after midnight, absolutely wiped from the night you had. As fun as it was, keeping up with Gojo and Kugisaki’s energy at the same time could be pretty exhausting.
The small Christmas tree you and Yuuji set up a week ago twinkles away in the corner of the living room as you slip your shoes off. The moment you straighten up after putting away your shoes, Yuuji pulls you into a crushing hug.
“You look so beautiful tonight,” he whispers. “You look beautiful everyday but you looked extra beautiful tonight. You’re the only Christmas gift I need baby,” he continues, all sweet and perfect and you want to cry and kiss his face off.
“Well then, its a pity I bought you the collector’s edition of the Human Earthworm movies,” you grin.
He gasps and before he has a chance to respond, you kiss him.
He responds with just as much enthusiasm, kissing you lovingly, even going as far as to lean you back into a dip.
You laugh contently as you break apart and straighten up, still pressed into his body.
“I love you so much, Yuu.”
“I love you too baby.”
He scoops you up bridal style and carrying you to the bathroom, both of you giggling like middle schoolers. You wash your faces and finish your night routine, smiling at each other and bumping hips.
You settle into the covers with Yuuji pressed against you, your face resting against his chest. His comforting presence was lulling you to sleep. He had always been such a safe space for you, holding you through countless stressful breakdowns.
The last thing you hear before you black out is a soft “Merry Christmas sweetheart, I love you,” followed by a gentle kiss on the crown of your head.

ok I’ve been stuck in quarantine for 6 weeks and here are some jjk nuggets that I’ve been mulling over
I’m gonna talk about:
Mai and the weird tradw;fe bullshit the zenin clan’s got going on
The fact that Yuji used to have zero/zilch/nada friends
How i don’t think Gojo can leave Japan I literally just saw him in Kenya
Is Nobara in credit card debt?????
manga spoilers below, but this is mostly me speculating
Mai & being stuck in a fundamentalist hell hole
So we know that Mai was forced to attend Jujutsu Tech after Maki left. We know that she would have rather lived a quiet, domestic, and forgettable life. We know that she hated everyone that bent the course of her short life.
Her technique allows her to make something out of nothing, and it’s usually used as a last ditch effort. It echoes her character arc and it is very very sad.
Maki acted as a lightning rod for criticism. She worked the hardest, she wanted to be seen, and she had a lot to prove. But she wasn’t doing any of this for Mai’s sake.
I think that the rift between them formed gradually. The louder Maki was, the easier it was for Mai to sink into the background. Understandably, I don’t think that Mai ever intervened when she saw her sister being reprimanded/abused. She tried to help in her own small ways at first, cutting up fruit like their mom used to do. This didn’t last. She came to learn that avoiding Maki was the only way to preserve her social standing.
She remembers how the warnings her mother gave her; to never complain or scowl no matter how vulgar the boys get; to never upstage them during training; to show Maki up wherever she can; that her reputation would be ruined by the smallest scar; that her father’s reputation would sink if she couldn’t produce children of quality. Mai knows that her body doesn’t belong to her and she hates it.
Mai has never considered a reality where Maki leaves. When the rug is pulled out from under her, she falls. She barely has any skills she can rely on, and scrambles to catch up. All of her inadequacies are suddenly on display. People look at her differently, like all they’re waiting for her skin to mar and her value to plummet. But what can she do? Mai Zenin cannot be a proper woman and a proper sorcerer at the same time. She doesn’t really want to be either.
Utahime understands this, and Momo does too. They encourage her to focus on long range techniques; to stay out of sight and keep tricks up her sleeve. They meet up at cafes and talk about their futures. Mai doesn’t want to run away like Maki did. She just wants to graduate, meet someone nice with pretty hair, move far, far away from Kyoto, and never have any children.
Also has anyone else noticed the kids at Kyoto Jujutsu Tech are like…. A little extra fucked up. I feel like they should have a student union or something those kids are way too stressed out.
Yuji didn’t have any friends. Like none.
I’m paraphrasing some of the stuff i put in the tags of this post! It’s mostly talking about the first couple of chapters.
I’m not saying he was unpopular or anything, but I don’t think Yuji’s ever had a chance to form a deeper/meaningful relationship with someone before he got to Jujutsu Tech.
I know it’s a weird thing to say since he’s so authentic and outgoing, but he just didn’t have the time. He made his Grandpa his first priority, and really, truly felt a deep responsibility to make sure he was cared for and comfortable.
In middle school, I feel like people kept inviting him to things, but he said “no” so often that they eventually stopped asking. He doesn’t really harbor any resentment towards them though, which is kind of refreshing?? Like he doesn’t expect anyone to show up for him. He’s so used to being independent that he doesn’t even think to miss emotional support.
No one really calls him after he transfers schools either. No one checks up on him or asks him how he’s doing. I don’t think he remembered to give Setsuko and Iguchi from the Occult Club his number. If anyone could just up and leave to go to Jujutsu Tech, it would be a kid like this who doesn’t have anyone looking out for him. Thank god they got to him before the culling game.
I think that’s what made the whole Junpei situation hit as hard as it did. Yuji knows what it’s like to not have friends. He knows what it’s like to grieve alone, and he’s able to empathize when someone is lashing out in pain. To be honest I felt like they had the most genuine friendship in the series!! I’m never going to be ok!!!!!!!
Also one more tidbit: Setsuko and Iguchi are PERSONALLY escorted out of the culling game by Kenjaku. The kids who knew him for like what? Less than a semester?? It really goes to show that even the smallest interactions can have a positive impact on someone’s life. I mean they found the first finger so it could also be related to that but they were really nice to Yuji. Love them.
I really love Yuji’s character arc like… he’s just a good person. The Higuruma arc?? Relatable content chefs kiss I’m gonna reread it later.
I don’t think Gojo can vacation outside of Japan
Well, technically he could, but the thought of it makes him anxious.
He knows what his presence means to Jujutsu society. If he left for even a weekend the higher ups might get cocky and expedite an execution. A special grade curse could appear in the middle of Shimokitazawa. Someone he knows might disappear again.
He’s thought about experimenting with teleportation overseas - somewhere close like Jeju Isalnd in South Korea - but it’s a little risky. There are some variables due to Tengen’s barrier that might interfere with the technique. It might be fine both ways, or it might only work one way, or it might fail at the barrier’s border. He wants to avoid his teleportation failing over the ocean, or even worse, wasting 5 hours at the airport trying to get a flight back home.
However he DOES have a passport. He got it to create extra work for the higher ups. It’s someone’s job to check his visa status daily. When he’s bored he applies for travel visas just to fuck with them.
When someone (especially Nanami) goes abroad, he always asks if they brought him a souvenir. Surprisingly, they usually bring back some local sweets. They know that he doesn’t really go on vacation and they feel bad for him.
If he could go somewhere, it would either be India or France (for dessert purposes)
Is Nobara in Credit Card Debt???
Ok so I don’t know what they’re paying these kids but I DO KNOW what it’s like to move to a big city with a lot of designer stores. Sometimes I walk past them just to feel something.
I’m gonna guess they get a pretty high stipend, like $60k USD per year? And they don’t have to pay rent or tuition, so that’s purely spending money.
So, she moves to Tokyo from the country with a big ol paycheck. She’s gonna do some shopping, and buy some high quality basics like jackets, shoes, makeup, etc. If she walks up to checkout and they offer her 20% off to sign up for a store credit card, she’s going to say yes every single time.
Just don’t check your bank account it’s fine!!
Until she gets her first credit card statements in the mail. How did she sign up for 12 different credit cards? How did she spend $2000 in one week??? Why is the interest rate so high???
She asks Yuji for help, since he’s actually pretty good at budgeting. However, He’s never seen a bill with this many zeroes, so he called Nanami instead. He tells him to come immediately, it’s an emergency.
Surprisingly, Nanami really does treat this like an extreme financial emergency. (He also used to have a bit of shopping problem. When he started his job in finance, it was all designer all the time in an attempt to keep with with his clients. It took him a while to get out of that hole)
He consolidates all of the debt onto one good cashback credit card with a generous sign on bonus, and helps her come up with a plan to pay it all off. He also teaches them about the importance of investing in staple pieces, and warns them about the peril of lifestyle creep.
I wonder if they have like? Any sort of financial literacy courses for these kids to take? I’m so curious about what their daily schedule looks like. What’s the highest level of math they have to take?? Gojo is their only teacher right???
Anyways thanks for reading this far! I hope you have a good day!!

Tumblr media
Patiently, at this current moment in time, you were quietly resting your body on Gojo’s expensive chair with your little human, who had seated himself on your lap, playing with the few strands of your hair to occupy himself with the pending silence that was going on between you and him, waiting for his father to safely return from his mission with his current first years.
Ever since your blossoming relationship with the white-haired shaman, there was never a day where you weren’t expecting something chaotic to happen wherever it be him surprising you by him popping out of nowhere to him telling you weird and compelling stories that he had from his missions that he went alone or his first years - it had been like that since the both of you met during your first year at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College, the most chaotic being when he caused a whole mansion to blow up from his use of his curse technique while forgetting to put a curtain up leaving you, Gojo, Ieiri and Geto to get a stern scolding from their teacher at the time Yaga.
Feeling a little hand slap itself on your open palm like a high-five, you peered down to see your baby staring up at you with his most beautiful glossy crystal-blue eyes that he had inherited from his father. To be completely honest, you wondered what this little boy had even inherited from you, he was a tiny exact copy of your husband with his bright white locks that was surprisingly smooth to the touch.
“I carried you for 9 months, only for you to come out looking like your papa ha?” you teasingly asked the child as if he could even answer back, as his only response was a cheeky smile before he called out to you with his hands up in the air.
“Mama!” the joyful boy cheered, causing you to lower your head letting the boy cutely cup your cheeks with his small hands before he gave you a messy kiss on your nose.
‘Yeah, an exact copy of your papa, personality-wise as well’
However, before you could even voice out this little thought of yours, there was a sound a wooden door being slide open causing you to turn to look towards the direction of the sound, only to find awaited first years as well as your tall husband in the doorway to which then you were greeted with two extremely confused faces, one surprised face and one exceedingly happy face.
“Is that my wife and baby boy waiting for me?” Gojo gleefully said before walking towards you and your son with ‘give me, give me’ hands causing your little boy to cheer as he also reached his smaller hands out to his father.
“WIFE?! BABY BOY?!”
Looking towards Gojo’s student, you saw the two students that screamed, who you assumed were Itadori Yuji and Kugisaki Nobara, point towards you with Fushiguro standing beside them, giving an irritated expression due to their loudness. “Megumi, there is no need to give them such a look, there is no surprise that they don’t know me and the little baby here, have you eaten yet?” you softly stated before he walked up to you telling you that Gojo took everyone out to eat as he then asked how you were.
“Hold up Gojo-sensei, since when did you have a family?!” Itadori loudly questioned leading to your little boy - who was now lifted up in Gojo’s arms - to look towards the student and smiled before lifting up his tiny finger. “Salmon,” the baby suddenly uttered, causing you to cover your mouth in shock as well as to try to hold in your laughter.
‘Yeah, definitely a copy personality-wise’
“Now, now, where did you learn that teasing from? Your mother?” Gojo asked in an ‘innocent’ tone, causing you to turn to look at him with a slightly annoyed expression as you snapped back with, “I think it’s the other way round here idiot, I raised Megumi and look how perfectly he turned out”. However, it seemed like your baby boy wasn’t concerned with the little incident as he just adorably giggled at Itadori’s confused expression before quickly turning back to you with his arms outstretched towards you again - as you said, personality-wise he was like your husband, he was quite clingy towards you like Gojo is.
“Wait, she raised you Fushiguro?” Nobara asked as she turned to him leading to the quiet shaman to nod before proceeding to lean against the wooden wall. “Y/N-san was somewhat like a mother to me when I was younger,” Fushiguro explained as he then turned to look at you, only to find you concentrating on the little human that was now back in your arms.
From his perspective, you looked extremely happy, just like how you did 2 years ago when he saw you holding the baby when it was a newborn in the hospital. You had that motherly look in your eyes when you looked down at your son - the same motherly look you had for both him and his sister when you both first met. Looking back up to his teacher, he noticed the calm and content expression painted on his face - the same one that he saw when Gojo first saw his child on your arms. Even within this world full of evil and destruction, you and Gojo still had that hint of happiness that both of you shared that he also felt ever since he came into your lives. This was what a family was like.
“Can I see the baby Y/N-san?” Nobara kindly asked as she crouched down to be in height level with the child to which you answered with a gentle smile at her as well as a nod before placing the child on your lap, facing him towards the student. “Woah, he looks exactly like Gojo-sensei,” Nobara quietly muttered as the student admired his features, leading to your husband to butt in and exclaim while pointing at himself, “isn’t he cute? He is my twin after all,” leading you to giggle slightly at his childish behaviour.
Looking around the room, people on the outside would think this was just a room filled with people with no deep relations at all. However, when you looked around the room, you saw a huge family that was wild and chaotic. Yes, even though you only knew Itadori and Kugisaki for at least 10 minutes, you knew that they came all the way here at Jujutsu Tech with no family by their side just like Fushiguro had. Maybe it was just you being a motherly figure? When did it start? Was it when Gojo introduced you to Fushiguro Megumi and Fushiguro Tsumiki? Or was it when your son was born from the love that you and Gojo created? To be honest, you don’t think you’ll ever know. But that didn’t matter at all, because your family was right here in front of you.
Suddenly, you felt a light kiss being placed upon your nose causing you to snap out of your thoughts, only to then come to the realisation that Gojo was in front of your view. Although, this also didn’t go unnoticed by your cheeky son, as he unexpectedly grabbed a small strand of your hair before gently tugging you down to give you a kiss on the same place leading you to laugh at both of your boys.
“Thank you for giving me a family honey~” Gojo gently muttered as he stroked your son’s cheek with his finger, causing you to brightly smile at him as you looked back at your beautiful son.
“Thank you for making me a part of your family”

The General (Part 8): Geto Suguru x Fem!Reader
synopsis: Going home seems impossible now. And it should be, now that your definition of home has changed.
wc: 2.4k
tw: none
masterlist
Waking up in the embrace of the General is the closest thing to heaven. His strong arms enclose you and press your back against his chest, which rises and falls evenly as he sleeps. Home, heaven… how are they any different from each other when you’re here with him? You look over your shoulder slowly, trying your best not to awaken him, and take a look at the dragon tattoo on his bicep. You had almost completely ignored it in the passion of the night before, but now, you witness it fully at rest. There’s no movement, no motion, no twitching.
You pray that this moment would stay the same for the rest of your life - and in the silence of the morning, you can hear the whisper of the prayer being carried off on the wind. But it returns back to you with a resounding ‘no’ in the form of a breathless Yuta entering the tent.
He completely ignores the sleeping General and announces: “Master Geto, the village elders have denied the terms of negotiation.”
Suguru immediately awakens from his sleep and groans. “We ride out in an hour, then.” Yuta leaves, no doubt to announce the news to Nanami, but you’re laying in the bed, heart flailing around in your chest. Geto leans over to press a few kisses to your cheek, then rolls out of the bed with ease. “I will call for Kaori to come and bathe you, then pack your things. You’ll head home within the hour.” You tumble out of the bed, still naked, and approach Suguru from behind, wrapping your arms around him tightly. He places a hand on yours in acknowledgement, stroking it with care.
“Please stay safe,” you croak, and he nods slowly; his only response to your request.
_______________________________________________________________________
Your tears are freshly scrubbed from your face and your body is fragrant with rose oil when you emerge from the tent, dressed in a lavish, silk kimono that didn’t belong to you, but had been presented by Kaori as a “gift”. The head maid is following behind you, and Nanami behind her as you trudge toward the waiting carriage. Suguru is standing beside it with Yuta, and at the sight of you in the kimono, his lips turn up slightly.
When you finally reach the door of the carriage, Suguru bows his head slightly. “You are absolutely radiant in my mother’s kimono, my love.” You spare a glance back at Kaori, who shrugs, smiling. Suddenly, careening out of the camp comes three panting children: Nobara, Yuji, and Junpei, who have hands full of random wildflowers.
“For you!” Yuji announces, shoving his share of the flowers into your hands. Junpei and Nobara follow his lead, and you can’t help but laugh and smile at the displays of affection.
“Thank you, thank you,” you reply, and they line up behind each other. You wait for a signal of what to do, and Yuji gives it to you, clearing his throat and pointing to his forehead expectantly. “Ah,” you immediately realize they’re all waiting for a kiss goodbye. Your lips peck one, two, three foreheads, and then they take their palace beside Nanami, who shakes his head at the scene.
You turn back around to face the General, who is handing you two letters. “These are for your family. They will explain your return.” You nod your thanks and he holds his hand out as you step into the carriage, settling into the seat comfortably with the wildflowers in your lap. Kaori joins you - to your surprise - and you look to Geto for answers. “And I am sending her with you. She will not be separated from your side, it seems.” Kaori gives him a wide grin, then grasps your hand tightly.
“I have no greater desire than to remain with you, Lady y/n.”
“My General, you are too kind,” you murmur, staring into his onyx eyes for what feels like the last time.
“I will not spare any comfort when it comes to you,” he replies, and you reach a hand out of the carriage window to touch his face. He closes his eyes as he leans into your palm, then kisses it tenderly. You lean out of the window fully, capturing his face with both hands and kissing him in front of the entire camp but not caring.
“Come back to me,” you whisper as you pull away. “Please, come back to me.”
“Wait for me, then, my love,” He replies, taking both of your hands and kissing your knuckles. You slide back into your seat, the sting of fresh tears pricking at your eyes as he orders the driver to go ahead. The horses pull your carriage away from the gathered group, and you watch them disappear into the distance until you could see them no more.
That’s when the real tears begin to leak from your eyes. And unfortunately, these are the ones you can’t stop.
_______________________________________________________________________
“Y/n!” Your mother rushes to meet you, squealing with joy at the sight of her youngest child returning home. Your father is behind her, standing in the open doorway with the ghost of a grin on his face.
“Mother,” you greet her, hugging her tightly and inhaling the scent of jasmine from her hair.
“You look so beautiful - oh, and who is this?” She peeks over your shoulder at Kaori, and you smile widely.
“This is Kaori. She’s my maid from the ca--”
“From the Imperial Palace.” Kaori corrects you quickly, and you nod, remembering your ruse.
“She’s very skilled at her job and wouldn’t be parted from me.” You remember the letters Suguru had given you and present them to your mother quickly. “These are for you.”
“Oh, come inside! You’ll probably want to get settled and rest before dinner.” You look up at the place you call your home and remember the way it looks, the way it smells, the way the walls feel as you run your hands over them… but it doesn’t feel like home. Nothing feels like home anymore.
Even your old room seems foreign compared to the General’s tent, despite everything being as you left it. Kaori looks around the space and you give her a grim smile, hoping it would ease her fears about the new space. But when she gives you a genuine, loving smile, you know it’s going to be alright.
“Y/n,” your mother calls out, entering your room with a letter in her hand. “This is for you. Not sure if you got it mixed up or not, but here you go.”
“What did yours say?” you wonder, taking the letter in your hands with trepidation.
“Oh, the Prince made it very clear that he would be taking care of you financially while you’re here, despite the fact that you’re so terribly far from the palace. He’s sending money to take care of all of your needs for as long as you’re staying in the village.” You frown at this, wondering why he didn’t just give you money outright, but you nod anyways. “Also, he’s asked someone to come and be your bodyguard… but he wouldn’t say who it was. I thought you should have come with one, but the Prince says he’s a specialist, so…” You blink twice, trying to make sense of her rambles, but shake your head and fiddle with the letter you hold in your hands. When you open it, you slowly read each and every word written by Geto.
“My dearest,
I write to you knowing that you are feeling alone, even though you are surrounded by your family and Kaori. Do not worry; you all are safe and well-protected. I will be sending Toji Fushiguro to your home, where he will protect you and your family should something go awry. I have paid him a hefty sum and will continue to pay him, regardless of the outcome of this war, so make sure Kaori doesn’t lose her head trying to deal with him. He’s a special breed.
Communication will be impossible. Do not send a letter, speak of, or attempt to get anyone from your village to contact the camp. This is for your safety as well as theirs. Yuji, Nobara, and Junpei’s survival depends on you keeping this secret between you and Kaori. Even Toji is not aware of the camp’s true whereabouts, which benefits everyone involved.
Lastly, I love you. Life was terribly boring before you came along, and I look forward to the day when my eyes can rest upon your face again. Without you, things look bleak.
Wait for me.
I’ll come back for you as soon as this is all over.”

A massive brute of a man is standing in front of you, holding a toddler who looks almost exactly like him in his arms. A black shirt is stretched thin across his chest, as if he were some man who only wore one thing ever. You stand in the doorway, arms crossed over your chest while you look him up and down, scowling.
“Geto didn’t say you’d be bringing a kid.” You jerk your chin at him, and Toji rolls his eyes.
“He also didn’t say he’d fallen for a brat, so I guess both of us were left out of the loop.” When he pushes past you and lets the child slide off of his hip, your mother instantly goes into her nurturing mode.
“Oh, you must be her lovely bodyguard!” She circles around him, eyes glowing with a light you’ve never seen before. “He never mentioned you’d be so… so…”
“Let me guess… handsome?” Kaori grumbles beside you, mirroring your stance.
“Yes, so handsome.” Toji grins at your mother, now the epitome of manners and poise.
“My lady, you are too kind.”
“And look at your son! Ah, he’s the spitting image of you. What is your name, darling?”
“Megumi,” the child replies, rubbing his eyes with the heels of his hands and looking around the foyer of the house curiously.
“Megumi and Toji, we’ve made the guest room up for you and dinner will be ready shortly, if you’re hungry.” Toji clasps his hands together and smiles while your mother retreats to the kitchen, then looks over to his son, who's taken interest in the painting hanging on the wall.
“This is perfect. I’ll have to give Geto my thanks if he returns…” Toji disappears into the kitchen, Megumi following not too far behind him.
_______________________________________________________________________
A few weeks later, the idea of visiting the village square feels familiar enough to you that you’re not anxious as you walk around to get some fresh air and shop at your leisure. Kaori is beside you with a basket full of fruits and vegetables, eagerly perusing the carts of fresh fish and meats.
Anything that could get you out of the house and away from the stony gaze of Toji Fushiguro was welcome, and shopping seemed to be just the thing that he wouldn’t even dare get his legs up to do. He had waved you off when you mentioned your plan - instead, choosing to teach Megumi how to spar - and Kaori and you had quickly ran to the gates, anticipating the excitement of being somewhat free from his supervision.
“We never had this at the camp,” Kaori mentions and takes a sniff of the ginger root she had purchased earlier. “I love this idea - everything is on display to pick and choose from.” You acknowledge her comment with a hum, keeping an eye out for one particular person as you roam about the square. But even when you peek your head into the potter’s shop, you see no one except his betrothed - perhaps, wife - sitting among the various articles of clay.
“Is Yuko here?” You inquire and she looks up from the kaolin to see you. Her brown hair is tied up in a bun and her green eyes drift over your attire before she gasps.
“Oh!” She stands immediately, hands chalky. “You’re back!” You don’t know the woman, nor have you ever known her, but the fact that she knew you was a little concerning.
“I’m sorry, do we…”
“Yuko has told me so much about you, Lady y/n. Please, come with me. I’ll clean up and make you something nice to e--”
“Yuko’s spoken about me?” you ask, and the woman smiles widely.
“Of course he has; you’re Suguru’s lover.” Kaori starts a little next to you, gripping the basket with both hands. Before you can ask how she knows so much information about you, she shakes her head quickly. “I’m sorry, I must’ve forgotten to mention: I’m related to Yuta; we’re siblings. We know all about your trip, and we’ve been expecting you.”
“And where is--” The woman wipes her hands on a towel and approaches you.
“I’m afraid you’re a few days too late. Yuko got the call that he would need to serve the Emperor in the Imperial Warriors and left. Rest assured, he hasn’t turned coat, though. Like many of those who are with the General, we will fight on the other side then become informants or turn against our squads at the last minute.” She pats your elbow and then steps back, remembering her place. “The General will win the war, my Lady. And he will come back. Yuta has given us the assurance that everything will go to plan.”
“Are you sure?” you whisper, and she winks at you.
“Trust me, the General is much stronger than you think. I’ve seen the way he can decimate a village first hand.”
“You have?”
“My lady, I think that we should g--” You shrug Kaori’s hand off of your shoulder before taking a seat beside the pottery wheel.
“Tell me everything.”
Before the woman can open her mouth, however, a massive commotion begins outside. You jolt out of the chair and peer out of the door, watching a crowd of people begin to gather at the square’s fountain.
You hadn’t been gone so long that you didn’t remember the thrill of news from the town’s announcer, and you’re fortunate that you can hear the man from the doorway.
“From the Imperial Palace! The forces of General Geto Suguru have been surrounded at the foot of Mount Takadashi and completely wiped out by Prince Naoya’s army. The Emperor is ordering a week of festivities in celebration of Prince Naoya’s victory, which will begin tomorrow at noon!” Riotous cheers erupt around the square, and for a moment, you’re stuck in the doorway, your mind going absolutely blank.
Kaori drops her basket, Yuko’s wife gasps, and you...
Gojo. Haibara. Yuta. Nanami. The children. Geto.
Gone.
The world shakes furiously under your feet, and you careen backwards, losing all of your senses at once as your knees buckle and you black out.

The Sacrifice: Part 7 (Geto Suguru x Fem!Reader)

You cannot touch the meal until Yuta is done, despite the tantalizing smell of kamuth invading your nostrils. And you cannot leave the table either. But by the fourth day of your patience training, you had the skill down.
Ignore the rumbling of your belly, you tell yourself. If he says something off-color, answer with “yes, of course” or “you’re absolutely right”.
“Besides, what good is a servant if they don’t have two legs to serve? You might as well be like the rest of the street urchins and crawl along, hoping for scraps.”
“Yes, of course,” you reply, hands in your lap, itching to eat the delicacy and then wring Yuta’s throat.
“I’m done.” Yuta stands, tossing down his napkin and walking out of the room without so much as a goodnight. But this was the signal. As soon as the doors close to the room, you practically inhale the meal, swallowing the wine down greedily. You’re much too busy eating to hear Gojo land in the room with your daily letter, but when a hand reaches around your shoulder to snatch the egg tart off your plate, you sigh.
“If you want the letter, you know what you need to fork over.” You let him take the treat, and he hands you the folded paper immediately. “He was working hard on this one today. Got him all in a huff. Please don’t ask me to read anything,” Gojo moans, walking toward the window to eat his stolen goods in peace.
My love,
You’re working so hard, and I am so proud of you. I know Yuta can be a demanding person, and your growth in only a few days is remarkable.
“Re...mark...able…” you sound out to yourself before continuing.
Gojo will not tell you this piece of news, but I will. Toji is on the prowl for you. I know he will not be able to slip past Yuta without him being aware of the issue, but keep your eyes open for anything amiss. There are only a few days left until our reunion. I love you and will love you until every star in the sky goes dark.
Stay safe.
Suguru
“Pen and paper,” you demand, and Gojo presents it to you without hesitation before you scribble your response. When you hand the paper back to him, he grunts once, then climbs out of the window and descends into the depths below. You don’t watch him, instead choosing to swallow the rest of your wine and wipe your hands on the napkin, leaving the plates and glasses where they are.
When you make it back to your room, you see an attendant has drawn a bath for you, and you undress then climb into the warm water, sighing in pleasure. You’d asked for privacy during these moments, desiring to wind down instead of chatting with anyone. As the sky darkens outside, you hear the whistling of the wind and close your eyes, wishing Suguru would come sweeping in and comfort you. You imagine that he would massage your shoulders first, whispering about how well you’re doing and how proud he is of you.
You feel an actual set of hands on your shoulders, and you jolt upright, but they clamp down hard, pushing you back down in the tub.
“Don’t. Move. Scream, and I’ll make sure it’s the last thing you do.” Your breath wheezes out of you at the sound of Toji Fushiguro’s voice. You freeze in the tub, facing away from him, but captured under his grip. “I have to admit, getting to you was a lot harder than I expected. But you’re well-protected. Too bad Yuta’s barriers aren’t working as well as they used to.”
“I--”
“Hush, human. I have some questions for you, and if you lie to me, I’ll kill you right here. If you tell me the truth, I’ll let you live for a little while longer. Understand?”
“Yes,” you breathe, suddenly feeling a bit weaker than before, like life is draining from your bones as you spend time under Toji’s grip.
“Why are you not immortal yet?”
“I-I couldn’t read the contract,” you whisper shakily as lightheadedness sets in, and Toji huffs a laugh.
“And why is Geto keeping illiterate human scum in his Temple?”
“Because he loves me,” you reply. The fingers on your shoulders tighten and you wince, hoping he wouldn’t prod further.
“He’s been fucking you, hasn’t he?” You don’t have to reply for Toji to understand. “Tsk, tsk. Not something that’s usually allowed… A god and a sacrifice? Unholy, I would venture to say.”
“Will he get in trouble?” you wonder suddenly, your stomach twisting into knots and your vision blurring slightly as you weaken.
“You’re in no position to ask me any questions, sacrifice.” Toji’s mouth draws closer to your ear. “What’s your name?”
“Y/n.” At the sound of your name, he drops his hands from your shoulders and the sapping sensation leaves you slowly as your body regains control over itself.
“Y/n, I look forward to seeing you soon. Next time, tell Geto to dress you up nicely for me. And have Cly bring you with her after you become immortal. I’m sure you’d enjoy our nights of… fun. If Geto can have his little playthings, I should enjoy them as well.” You turn to face the God of Death, but he’s vanished completely, not leaving a trace of his presence.
You consider informing Yuta of Toji’s appearance, but as you towel off and drag yourself to the bed, you realize it would do nothing but worry Yuta and possibly worry Geto. You had to finish your lessons first, then you would tell Yuta.
As you climb into bed, you still feel the weakness in your body. The power of the God of Death is nothing to trifle with, you think to yourself, and now you fully realize why everyone is terrified of him. If he could render you weak in seconds, imagine what he could do to a god if given an eternity?
_____________________________________________________________
“Sleeping until noon is unusual for her,” you hear as you fade back into the land of the conscious. When you open your eyes, Yuta is hovering over you, flanked by Gojo on the left. Gojo’s eyes run over you worriedly, and you rub your own, looking up at Yuta’s confused expression.
“Did you stay up late?” Gojo wonders, flipping the letter in his hands around and around.
“Y-yes,” you lie, shaking your head. “Sorry to worry you.” When you look up at Yuta’s dark blue gaze, however, you notice that he’s squinting at you. But he seems to leave his suspicions when he backs up and crosses his arms over his chest.
“We have news. Toji’s been spotted nearby and I’m afraid he’s going to try to get to you soon. I need to teach you how to defend yourself. I had hoped we would get to this later, but it seems like the threat is real enough for us to speed past patience and straight to combat.”
“Combat?” You swallow hard, but Yuta shrugs your trepidation off.
“We’ll have Nobara come by after you eat so she can help you with your weapons handling. And you’ll be practicing hand to hand combat with me,” Gojo announces, thumbing at himself with pride before handing you the letter and walking out of your room. Yuta walks to the door, then turns around, looking at you with a stern expression.
“You didn’t happen to encounter Toji yesterday, did you, y/n?” He raises his brow at you, but you immediately reply,
“No.” Yuta seals his lips, then walks out of the room, closing your doors behind you.
When you open the seal on the letter, a slip of fabric falls out. When you examine the fabric, you realize it was taken from the outfit you wore to dinner the night before, and you read the words on the page slowly, then again, and again, and again; fear racing down your spine.
Toji left this for me on our bed.
Did he hurt you?

The Sacrifice: Part 7.5 (Geto Suguru x Fem!Reader)
synopsis: Sometimes, fear drives people away. Other times, it brings you together.
wc: 1.5k
tw: NSFW
masterlist
“You really know your way around a staff,” Nobara pants, and you swing at her without mercy.
“My father taught me as a child how to defend myself,” you reply, remembering the hot evenings spent in the front lawn of your home, swinging at your father before...
“Yes, but he did not teach you to set the offensive, did he?” Nobara catches you off guard with her staff, knocking you flat on your back. “You’re facing powerful gods, y/n. You must know how to catch them off-guard.” You nod, understanding your next task. Catch a god off-guard.
“Toji is nothing if not sneaky,” Yuta adds, crossing his arms over his chest. “He will use every opportunity to get you alone and then strike where you’re weakest.”
He’s already done that, you want to say, but you keep your mouth closed as you rise from the ground.
“I think that’s enough for today,” Norbar sighs, brushing her short hair out of her face. “You did well.”
Hand-to-hand combat with Gojo had not gone so well, however. You remember how he made you eat dirt five times before you gave up, laying on your face with no way to rise from the ground except to tap out.
“You’ll get better,” he lied, but you didn’t mind. You were never good at close-quarters combat anyways. You had always been handy with an object in your grip, but hand-to-hand combat is what got you caught stealing in the first place. No point in using it now.
Not when you had a god who wanted you dead.
_____________________________________________________________
The day blows past you like the wind, and you realize it’s bedtime as soon as Gojo ghosts your letter off to the realm of the Dragon God.
My dearest, you replied.
Please do not tell a single soul about what transpired. I am fine, he did not harm me. I look forward to seeing your face in two days when we can talk about this further.
Sincerely,
y/n
You lean back on your pillows, blinking at the setting sun slowly. Your muscles are sore, but the entire experience was worth the pain. You knew in just a few days, you would be ready to take on Gakuganji and rid your town of the corrupt man forever, thus freeing them from his commands. As you settle in for a night of deep sleep, you hear the curtains whisper against the floor and you instinctively shoot up, expecting Toji to reveal himself from a darkened corner.
Instead, you see a long-haired shadow walk through the barely-there material, and your heart quickens - in a good way.
“Suguru?” you whisper as he walks toward you quickly, hands capturing your face when he gets to your bed. He kisses you deeply, holding you close as his tongue swipes at your bottom lip. You give him permission to deepen the kiss, and he does, almost pulling you out of the bed with his grip. When he finally lets you go, you lean your cheek into his hand and murmur, “Why are you here?”
“I had to see that you were okay for myself. I haven’t been able to sleep since--” You press a long kiss to his palm, hoping this would reassure him of your unharmed state.
“I’m fine, my love,” you breathe. Suguru closes his eyes and exhales deeply, like a weight lifted off of his shoulders.
“That’s all I need to know,” he replies, pressing his forehead to yours. “That’s all.” He stays there a second more before straightening up and letting go of you. “I’m going back home. Do you need anything from there before tomorrow?”
“Suguru,” you murmur, and he raises a brow. “Do not tell me you came all this way and you won’t spend the night with me.”
“I really shouldn’t,” the Dragon God mutters, looking away. “You’ll need all of your focus on the task at hand, and I--”
“Stay the night with me,” you state, heart thumping wildly in your chest. “Please.” A moment of hesitation passes before he sighs, climbing into the bed next to you.
“We must sleep, and only that,” he rumbles, spooning you from behind. You nod, agreeing to his demands as you drift off to sleep in his arms.
_____________________________________________________________
But of course, you awake in the middle of the night, feeling him move ever so slightly as a need builds in your core. You turn over to face Suguru, hoping his eyes would flutter open in the moonlight. To your delight, they do, and they focus on you instantly.
“Y/n,” he breathes, but you’re closing the space between you with your lips, hoping he would follow your lead and just give in to the building sensations. “You need to rest,” he gasps between kisses, but you ignore him, hands wandering around his body and up to his chest.
“Make love to me,” you plead, and he hums low in his throat, his hands holding you close. “I need you, Suguru.” Your admission obviously drives him wild as he tears off your clothing in a rush and litters your neck with hickies, making you feel as if you’re the prey and he’s some sort of predator.
“These few days without you…” he begins, panting. “...they’ve been hell.”
“I’m right here,” you reassure him, and he kisses your flesh eagerly, whispering soft words of praise. “I’m not going anywhere.” When his fingers find your core and yours find his length, you both begin your small symphony of teasing out the sounds of ecstasy from each other. In the room, there’s nothing else and no one else. The both of you are in each other’s arms, relishing in the touches and gasps of pleasure.
“Come here,” Suguru breathes. “Straddle my face.”
“Straddle your…?” You watch as he gets out of the bed and repositions himself so that he’s facing your core and you’re facing his cock, settling your hips directly over his mouth with ease.
“Lean back for me,” he urges, and you do so, wrapping a hand around him and stroking his length easily. When his tongue settles into your heat, you moan loudly, forgetting everything you set out to do before that moment. Suguru licks at you with precision, knowing just where to press and how to slide his tongue so you’re left dangling on the edge of oblivion with only one thought bouncing around in your head.
More.
His cock twitches in your hand, as if it wishes to remind you of your inattentiveness, and you latch your lips around it, sucking the tip easily. Geto hisses beneath you, taking a breath to inhale, then beginning his licking again. And as the strange sensation builds in your stomach again, you make it known that you’re enjoying the feeling he’s giving you as you moan around his cock.
“You want to cum for me, don’t you?” The sound of Suguru’s voice is heady and laced with lust, and you nod, head moving back and forth as you suck him off. “Go ahead, my love.” You inhale, feeling a finger enter you. His tongue moves from your cunt to your clit, and the finger strokes your insides like before, except there’s something new… something he’s doing that makes your hips jerk. And you’re losing it before you can even fathom what’s happening, clenching around his finger rapidly.
“Unh, Su…” you groan, and he chuckles, sinking his finger deeper into you.
“Give me another one.” The command is met with the shaking of your thighs, and Suguru moans lewdly. When you’re done cumming, he slides from underneath you and presses your body down onto the bed before lifting your hips. “I’m going to take you from behind.”
“Please,” you whine, and he nestles himself inside of you easily, using your cum as lube. The sound he makes when he sinks into you is absolutely sinful, and you suddenly realize what Toji meant when he said “unholy”.
But you don’t want to be holy.
You don’t want to be right.
You want to be Suguru’s, and that’s all that matters.
“Look at me.” You look over your shoulder at the god behind you, your hips bouncing off of him in the moonlight. “No one will have you except me. I won’t let Toji lay a finger on you.”
All you can do is moan in response, your stomach fluttering with something… something… Why can't you reply?
“No matter what he said, you’re mine, and I’m yours.” Tears prick at your eyes as you let the words sink in, and your right hand flies to his, which is holding your hip. You can’t reply, but you nod over and over again, never once tearing your eyes away from Suguru’s. Not even when you cum for the second time. Geto cums with you, cock spasming wildly inside of your cunt as he grunts loudly. When you both lay on the bed, spent, Geto whispers breathlessly,
“I’ll protect you from danger, y/n. Just stay with me… stay with me.”
“I will,” you exhale softly, curling into his chest as he wraps his arms around you protectively and kisses your forehead, sending you off to sleep.
