i dont actually surprisingly have that many LOL, they're mostly small twists on canon. in my au i have with my friends, he's actually decently good friends with gears, and they have a lot of long talks regarding his drinking. or rather, gears talks at him and he lets it happen since he knows that really its coming from a good place. me, @admingears and @grabnok-the-destroyer actually have a pairing with kondraki and his version of 963 called victor and it's called bugcatcher. they scout out bugs and get really nice photographs.

i'm pretty impartial to a good girldraki and i really wanna have my own version for TC. kondraki's sort of the magnet for the more unpopular people that work in the site with him- sort of like the nice english teacher people always spend their lunchtimes with. he also definitely fairs better in discussion with the women and in his life- idk, this just felt nice to me i might tie that into the 🤫 secret trans agenda he has.

when he isn't immediately on the job he's a pretty big reader. he's got a shelf on his desk dedicated to ripped up dirty written on books he's kept and reread throughout his career- they're kinda his grounding items when dealing with the worst of his pretty intense seasonal depression.
