everything has been so horrible recently but then i get to watch my friends laugh at a silly joke i made or get to drink overpriced coffee while they doodle on my hands and then i realise that no matter what happens this will always be precious to me. i may choose to wallow in my sadness or somehow manage to get better or stay stagnant but all of these good things have happened and that means that i have lived happily and that's really all that matters

I don't talk about this nearly as much as I should, but i am SO proud of myself <3

my favorite person in the entire state of kansas just got a promotion and i am SOOOOOOO happy for her like literally i am over the moon it made a pretty not great day (super sleep deprived) now amazing. i lover her so MUCH she deserves this SO MUCH & she'd been passed over for the job she just interviewed for internally but it sounds like they MADE HER ANOTHER JOB POSITION SO SHE COULD TAKE IT. and i love her. did i mention i love her so much

Yesterday I had a panic attack because one of my friends weren't texting me as much as those previous days and I panicked thinking I did something wrong. I didn't. They were just busy. I hate myself for thinking they would just start ignoring me without explanation but at the same time I understand why I thought that; my parents and a few friends I've had before would do that all the time when I did something wrong, so i kind of have reason but at the same time I feel like it's a little unfair of me to just assume they'd do the same. Like, they literally reassured me EVERY DAY since we started talking, that they wouldn't talk to me of they didn't like me.
